Look no further, awesome glass company! I have a sunroom which was built by Pacific Patio and I had nothing but problems with them. When a rock from the lawn mower broke my dual pane door window, I didn't even consider calling them back out for help! I've been shopping around for a reliable glass shop for months after moving into my newly purchased home. I live by a freeway and the noise was a problem. After shopping at numerous of shops and them just pushing for a new window replacement, I came across BVG. As soon as I was in contact with Christina via email sharing my concerns with the noise, I got an appt set up for a technician (Scott) who was extremely knowledgeable to come out to do a evaluation. He was patience and share multiple options of solutions. We finally settled with a brand new glass of unit change out ( not the whole window ) using laminate glass and man did that made a HUGE difference in noise ! Everything started 20FEB23...called for a free quote and within a day the measurements gentleman came by right on time and took necessary measurements and glass thickness...days later Christine (making things happen) called to follow up and see if I want to move on with the replacement...I ended up making decision on 16MAR23, my window glass replacement arrived on 31MAR22 and installation happened on 7APR23...half the agreed amount paid prior to order and rest was paid at job completion...There is no higher than and usually you have some hiccups doing such job but with this company ZERO oh by the way and zero regrets...so darn happy we decided to choose them compared to rip off HOMEDEPOT and LOWES and couple other where everyone said glass replacement alone impossible. We have older wooden single pane frames and one got cracked, they were able to come out within a week and get everything fixed. The installation crew installed the window perfectly, then cleaned the new window along with the dirty adjoining window and thoroughly cleaned up all the broken glass including moving furniture and getting down on hands and knees to vacuum for bits of glass. Just started the process 12/15/16 1) they arrived later then expected got a call just before the end of our meet time and was told they would be late. 2) The estimate over the phone was 50$ less then the actual estimate. 3) The lead estimator was Pablo V. he seems to enjoy what he does and he has a contractor license that's a huge plus. He also measures with lasers so we know that we know it's the right size. 4) I put 1/2 down I'm not a fan of that but I am buying a product plus install so I understand. 5) they said they will have it in before the 24th ill keep you posted. 6) the people that work in the office have lots of energy and they remember you. 7) I will update once the full install is completed. I am ordering a mirror with an edge and a two outlet cutout with a mirror face. 8) they said they would glue the mirror to the wall and seal it so no water can get in as it will rest on the counter ledge. I don't see any reason why at this point not to choose this company. Here is my update. They nailed it. The mirror works lol. But it's perfect shape and size. I noticed they put a cloth tarp over my sink to protect it but then after they cleaned the sink and counter top. They didn't have to do that. Ahhhh. Good looking out. They also make a cloth tarp runway to my bathroom from the front door. The office staff was great and they made payment and invoice easy. I needed 2 windows replaced. One was a single pane in the house, the second was a dual pane in our garage. I reached out to 6 different glass companies to replace our windows glass, just the glass! The frames were in good condition and I wanted to keep them. Only 3 places called me back, but only 1 was able to replace just the glass and that was Best Value. I filled out a quote request on their website, and Best Value Glass called me back with in a day, and got a guy out the next day. Mike, the service guy, was great! Super helpful and gave me a great quote for the single pane right away, and I couldn't refuse it. Said the single pane will be ready the next day, and I could pick it up at their facility with the quote for the dual pane. I picked it up because they are about 10 minutes away from my house, which was super convenient. Picked up the window, looked amazing. Got my second quote, which was reasonable and within 2 weeks it was done. I am very happy with the glass and the work they did to fix it. If you ever need glass replaced, I highly recommend this company. They are super friendly, helpful, and their show room is beautiful. Not only were the reviews good but the price was fair (this size door/hardware is not cheap). There were some delays from the manufacturer but I was happy that that BV glass didn't initially accept the order because they inspected it and, guess what, there were chips in the glass.
