I had Aglasco replace our atrium glass roof. The glass roof was original about 40 years old. The glass panels had started slide down the sloped roof. The replacement project for the existing atrium slope glass required sloped glazing to be laminated safety glass. Aglasco removed the existing glass, measured and installed (10) pieces of Solarban 70 over clear laminated and tempered safety glass. The project was completed on schedule. After answering a few additional questions about exactly what I needed they gave me an estimate of about $220 to come out and make the replacement with tempered glass. I needed the job done quickly and that request was answered as the job was done about 3 days after first contact. That's pretty impressive considering they had to order the tempered glass. The guy who came out was awesome and even pointed out something else that needed repair in my place. To make it short and sweet like the wait I endured. A Glasco is a pretty awesome business. They did a fabulous job measuring, fabricating, and installing the screens for both homes. There was a minor hiccup in the measurements for a few screens, but AGlasco stepped up to re-make the screens without any issues. They were very easy to deal with, and I truly felt they stepped up to do the right thing for their customer (me). There aren't too many businesses out there like that anymore. I ordered a piece of glass from A Glasco. It came in the wrong size. They did not replace it. It was for a vacation rental apartment. I had to put a substitute piece of glass in to accommodate my arriving tenants then take it out and replace a second time with a piece from another glass company. Tgis company was great to deal with. I had a break in and had no idea what to do. I called some glass companies, but they didn't specialize in window glass repairs for houses. I was referred to A Glasco. I'm so glad I got to work with them. I mostly dealt with the receptionist Desiree. She was pleasant and helped walk me through the process of what I needed and the costs. At the time they were a bit busy. I was bummed I had to wait a few days to get my window replaced. However when they did come they fixed the window, wiped it down, and cleaned up the broken glass pieces that were on the ground outside. The window looked great. It looks better then the other window. The cost of the window wasn't too bad. I believe it was $160 to replace a single pain window. Of course that price changes according to needs I'm sure. The reason why I have them four out of five stars is because the communication with the worker was difficult. I was given a window of say 12-3 pm of when I should expect them. I made sure to mention that I had to leave at the end of the replacement since I had an appointment. It was hard to get an eta from worker. He ended up showing up about 10 minutes to 3 pm. I had left right before they showed up. Technically they were within the grace period of when they would come, but I wasn't expecting them to come right at the end of the original eta. The worker called me as he pulled up to my home. I asked if he could wait 10 minutes and he said no because they were about to close. I got him to wait 5 minutes and my brother in law rushed over. I knew if it didn't happen that day it wouldn't happen for days. Other then that little miscommunication everything went smoothly. Window was installed and it works anf looks good. Fire department came in and needed us to get code compliant with panic doors. A lot of quotes and trying to push me to upgrade the whole set up later I called A Glasco. Finally found someone who understood, worked with me on a solution to get in code compliance and it was literally 1/7 the cost I had been quoted for a full replacement of my double doors. Make sure they're your first call. Reasonable. They listen and don't try to gouge and they have this guy they call mcguyver for things that need non traditional fixes. If you're like me and you're in an old building that needs to be in code compliance and aren't ready to drop serious cash on something that's not business critical this is a business to call who gets it. read more

I had a window frame in my office that was broken and needed repair. I called multiple window repair shops only to be told that they could replace the glass but they couldn't repair the frame itself. This obviously wouldn't work because the frame would still be broken. I was starting to worry that I would have to replace the whole window AND frame and was about to lose all hope until one of the shops recommended I contact A Glasco. I am so happy they did! A technician was out the next day and told me they should be able to fix it, they just needed to order a part. The part came in super quickly and my window was fixed within a few days! By fixing the frame instead of replacing the whole unit, I was able to save a substantial amount of money.
