Someone who was not paying attention backed into my wife's 2017 VW Jetta and damaged the driver's side door. Their insurance company recommended Fix Auto Lancaster for the repair. We left the car with them as we vacationed for a week, and we returned to see a repair that was absolutely FLAWLESS! They were able to match the deep blue metallic paint PERFECTLY and all costs were covered by the insurance claim. I also arranged for a paint repair on the rear bumper that also came out PERFECT! Today was my very first time coming here. I had a minor issue with my car door and stopped at this place to get a quote. First of all, when I walked in to the office the employees there are super friendly. Once I walked out to get a quote from Andrew, he was nice enough to fix the issue him self. I had the great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I called ahead to see if they can check my broken AC and right away, they told me to come in. I really thought they will just take a look at it and tell me to come back to fix it, but right when I came in, they checked it right away and fixed the problem. Their work is first rate. No way can I tell the damage was there, even no way to see any paint difference on a triple coat paint. The incident was on the other party's insurance and Andrew did a great job taking the hassle off me dealing with them. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to completely remove the scratches for me in very little time.
