I was referred here by my Insurance, and am so happy I was. First, I was clueless where to go, and second, I needed someone in my city that was knowledgable. I have a highly technical car and wanted to be sure that they knew their stuff. That was four months ago, and my car came back to me looking and driving beautifully. Today a clip came undone from the under carriage due to my driving and how low the car sits. Niguel came out and at 4:45pm, took the time to have the clip replaced. My car was not under warranty, and I honestly just went there to understand where the noise was coming from. Not only did they fix it minutes before clocking out, but I was not chatged either. Had someone swing open their car door while I was driving and scrape the side of my car so bad the handle & side mirror came off. My insurance took us to caliber collision and we had an amazing experience! We were updated constantly and everything was finished faster than expected! By far, the worst experience I have ever had in my life. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. I took my car there to be repainted. I had previously had Lancaster Body and Frame do the job but the paint had oxidized in just over a year and was cracking and looked absolutely horrible. My insurance company determined it was bad paint. Took Josh Smith my car in January of 2022. I was told it would take them at least 6 to 8 weeks as they were seriously swamped. So I accepted the fact I would be without my Camaro for 2 months. After Caliber having my car for about a month, I get a phone call one morning from Josh. He informs me that their shop had been broken into and my car was one of 4 cars that had been broken into. He told me that my speaker box and my amps had been stolen out of my car. But that I should feel very lucky that my car was so low to the ground as the other three cars had the Catalytic Converters stolen from them. He promised me though that by the time he was done with my car, that I would never know it had been broken into. WRONG!!! He also told me that he would need my car a little longer now as well because the car now had to go to the stereo shop. OK, I accepted that as well. I asked how this could have happened and brought up the cameras in the shop. He told me that they were TURNED OFF somehow? Well, 4 1/2 months Caliber Collision had my vehicle. The day my husband finally got the call to come pick up the car, he was already in town and rushed right over. He was then informed when he got there that additional charges would need to be paid before he could get the car back. They had already charged our insurance company roughly $7,000 and now we were being surprised with a $2,500 bill that had to be paid in full before they would even bring our car out. My husband paid the bill, and was told the car would be brought around and that he needed to wait outside for the car. When he got the car, first thing he noticed when he opened the door, the seat now had a rip in it and the emblems on the car were all missing. He immediately said something to Josh about it, who said "Back ordered" and the seat, must had been the mechanic who drove it around. Long story short here, the damages were never repaired, Its been over a year now, I just got my car back the 2nd time and still, they are not fixing what was damaged. My car is in Limp Mode, it wont go over 85mph, my sun roof wont open, one of my emblems is broken another is missing and the manager Miguel is a complete and total LIAR. If I could give less than one star I would. Our vehicle was taken here by the tow company and we have had nothing but problems. The timeline for pick up is moved daily with the same lies told over and over. They wasted a week trying to decide if there is a kill switch (there is not) and have an I don't care attitude. I was skeptical about bringing my car to this particular Caliber Collision as it was the only one that did not have any reviews. I can tell you, my experienced turned out to be exceptional. It seems like since Covid, it's so hard to get any decent customer service. Well if your looking for great service, Go to the Caliber on Trevor Avenue. From the time I arrived , until the time I picked up my car, I was thoroughly impressed. My Lexus looks awesome. I was rear ended and needed a new bumper as well as the grill behind the bumper. You would never be able to tell that I was in an accident at all. Besides that, They kept me updated twice a week. I even received updates after hours and was able to speak to the rep. Joshua Smith was so informative. Can you believe they actually finished my care early. Kyle and Sarah also provided superior customer service. IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SENDS YOU HERE RUN!!! Ask for another company. I was involved in an accident in Feb 2022 and my insurance sent my car here for repairs. They had my car for 3 weeks and as soon as I drove it home the splash shield was dragging and falling off. I spoke with the manager Kyle and he removed the shield and told me he would order another one. He didn't call me for MONTHS. Keep in mind he closed out my insurance claim as completed. After months go by, I call to inquire and he says its on back order. I wait a few more months and I eventually call the dealership who tells me they can have the shield within days. When I bring this to Kyle's attention he LIES to me and tells me my shield arrived a week earlier and someone must have forgotten to call me. 2 days later he calls me to say, "Oh my bad its still on back order." I called the dealership again and they said they have the part and Kyle told me to get it and he would reimburse me so I did and he refused to reimburse me. Days after he told me the part was still on backorder I went to the dealership and had the part fixed the same day, NO BACK ORDER ISSUES. And the dealership also noticed several other bolts and plates missing from their repair. I had to pay an additional $600 to the dealership to fix this company's mistake which they collected from my insurance. I'm currently in communication with my insurance to reopen my claim and deal with their mishaps! They will lie, ignore you, take your money, close your claim, and leave you with a non-repaired car! read more
