The staff and Store Manager were very friendly. They informed us that Cedric and Anthony were running late due to traffic and passed out water to everyone. Once the Meet and Greet started all i can say is WOW. Cedric and Anthony were VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK PICTURES WITH EVERYONE. I didn't feel rushed. I bought 4 bottles of their BBQ Sauce (Greet Price) and can't wait to try it. Heard great things about the Sauce. They also had giveaways Afterwards I did my grocery shopping. The store looks Fantastic. Very clean and organized. I asked an associate about an item i couldn't find and he walked me to the item ( didn't just say asile 3). The prices were good. Ill definitely be back

I went in on a Saturday morning to do some casual grocery shopping…read more Pros: *LARGE PARKING LOT. Maybe it was because of the time I went in on the weekend but there was plenty of parking spaces. *HAS BAKERY SECTION. Not too many grocery stores have fresh bakery sections so I think this deserves credit. I myself have not tried any of their baked goods because I was not interested in them at the time of shopping. (I have mixed feelings with other yelpers commenting about their baked goods.) *SUPER CHEAP! I would like to believe that most imported products are harvested from the same location. (I could be wrong though.) For example, if grocery store #1 is selling a tomato that was imported from location A; Superior Grocers is probably selling the same tomato type from the same harvested location for much less. Save money, buy here. Cons: *A BIT MESSY/UNORGANIZED. *LIMITED CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABILITY. It was my first time visiting this grocery store so I was not familiar with the locations of any items yet. I was hoping to find an employee but could not find any that were free.

Not only are the products Dutch (mostly), but they also have an extensive selection of Indonesian cooking products. Super authentic. The radio is tuned to a Dutch station for full ambiance. So many questions as to what that radio station was. I bought a coffee mug that had a "gezellig" joke on it. They had fun magnets with jokes about being Dutch on them. I also spotted an Anton Pieck birthday calendar while I was there. This store is so fun and if you are homesick for the Netherlands, this is your spot in Bellflower.

Everything is fresh like I said from the meats to the produce there is varieties and varieties of products different brands, different sellers and there's always good service at this grocery store. There's big aisles. The cashier lines are always open. We like the fact there's a little bitty store inside the grocery store as well and when you first walk in there's a soda machine, a machine where you can get stuffed animals a Coinstar and you can spend a certain amount of money and come home with 15 bags or more so affordable that's why me and my husband love that story because it's great and they have a big nice clean bathroom for men and women and people who work at customer service cashier everyone who works at the Winco is polite and sweet and very helpful. You can't go wrong going winco grocery store!

The cashier/clerk tells me "sir I don't think this is going to be allowed to go through because it's now 2:13am." Sure enough, it did not. Literally 40+ minutes in line only to have this happen. I should have known better. It's the same shit-show every time I shop here and they don't care about customer service because they know they're the only option for late night shopping. Zero points for customer service.

That is because once they run out of an item they will not restock it until the following day. I enjoy buying salads, bread, cheeses, salami, and my most favorite trail mixes and dried mangoes! I plan to make a shopping trip here soon to search for the seasonal limited edition holiday items. Service can be hit or miss and this is because they are always short on staff. There is really no staff walking around to see if you need anything, they are usually all at the cashier areas. So you are on your own shopping in the store. I wish they hired more staff to help look for items or answer simple questions for the shoppers!

"than the policy doesn't exist yes or no No. A single, company-wide policy does not exist, but individual store policies do. Disappointing After Giving This Store Multiple Chances…read more The store itself generally appears clean, and I will say that many of the employees I have encountered have been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, after giving this location multiple chances, there are too many ongoing issues for me to overlook. I have personally seen moldy bread, moldy vegetables, and even moldy cheese still available for purchase. I have also noticed fruit flies or gnats flying around the produce. Regardless of how clean the store may appear overall, seeing spoiled food and insects around fresh produce makes it very unappealing and difficult to feel comfortable purchasing those items. Customer service is also very inconsistent. While some employees are wonderful, I have encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from certain employees, including management. The pickup service has been another disappointment. I have received substitutions that were completely different from what I ordered, items have been missing, and there have been times when an employee brought my groceries out, loaded them into my trunk, slammed the trunk closed, and simply walked away without saying, "You're all set," "Thank you," or anything at all. A small amount of courtesy goes a long way. I understand that staffing may sometimes be an issue, but customers should still be able to expect fresh food, properly maintained produce areas, reasonable substitutions, and courteous service. I have continued shopping here and given this store plenty of opportunities because I hoped things would improve, but unfortunately, I'm reaching the point where I feel it may be time to take my business elsewhere. I really hope management takes these concerns seriously because this store could be so much better with more attention to food quality, cleanliness around the produce, and consistent customer service.
