The individual containers of fresh fruit look so appealing and delicious, like the dragonfruit, coconut, strawberries and berries, etc. Love the bottles of fresh watermelon juice! Tried their monthly smoothie for $6. The tropical date smoothie was very yummy and refreshing! Definitely worth it! Salad bar: full of vibrant lettuce and veggies. It was refilled in the time I was there. Big piles of lettuce! Good options to add and customize your salad. Pasta salad, broccoli salad, Caesar salad and sweet potatoes were available. Everything looked so fresh! They also have soup available. Hot bar: good options with protein, sides and pizza. They also have rotisserie chicken, burritos and bowls. I bought a bunch of burritos, which my boys love. At home, we crisp them up in a pan. So good! Nice display of fresh guacamole and chips. Nice cheese display and samples of parmesan crisps, which was delicious! Natural Living dept: the shelves are nicely faced and full. The vitamin staff are friendly and helpful!

Value too Good to Avoid…read more I broke down and went to two stores because of the amazing Food 4 Less Independence Day sales. I bought quite a bit of fresh produce at bargain prices. Still, I couldn't find everything I wanted here so I also shopped at Albertsons. The cashier whose name started with X was really amazing. She was so fast and polite and cheerful and knew all of those produce codes by heart. I would say she was the best part of the visit besides the Rainier Cherries and Beef ribs I scored at a deep discount. There is a strong creepy factor at this location yet still I seem to be drawn back in spite of the leering at the door. I returned again last week for 2.47/lb Milanesa Steak which is a frequent sale item here. I sliced up two pieces and was able to feed my family of 3 steak teriyaki bowls for less than $5 overall. I also picked up a 2 lb bag of irregularly sized frozen shrimp for less than $8. Those two items made it worth the trip. Overall, I would recommend this as a bargain shopping destination. I suggest going with a friend.

I fully support the other comments noted about poor customer service. I asked a general customer…read moreservice question to cashier Viridiana M. and she brushed me off to go ask another department. My question had nothing to do with anything that other department specialized in. I thought to myself maybe this was just a one off. So I purchase groceries and stand back in Viridianas line to get checked out. I get to the front of the line and she frantically says "I need a minute". Not a problem, who doesn't need a minute now and then? Over the course of the next 5 minutes she kept not just me, but the entire line on hold while she counted money and frenzied through her register area looking for something she misplaced. This type of service is just rude and unprofessional. I am not the first person to opine on her poor work ethic, through Yelp and perhaps this needs to be addressed by upper management/corporate at this point. This particular location had a relatively large selection, but they didn't have one of two items I needed. My point is, you might have better luck shopping elsewhere. The age old adage "you get what you pay for" proved true.

A man was walking in ahead of me, and the security guard let him inside. But as soon as I approached the entrance, the guard closed the door on me and told me they were closed. I pointed out that it was only 11:55 and that the sign clearly says they close at midnight. I even explained that I only needed milk and would be in and out. His response? "Too bad. We close five minutes before every day." Seriously? Then why does your sign say you're open until 12:00 AM? What made this even worse was that as I was walking away, another man came up to the door AND THE SAME SECURITY GUARD LET HIM IN. So apparently the store wasn't actually closed. He just decided who he was going to let inside. What kind of customer service is this? If you close at 11:55, POST 11:55 AS YOUR CLOSING TIME. And if you're going to refuse entry because you're "closed," then that rule should apply to everyone, not selectively depending on who walks up to the door. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly disrespectful. WTH are you guys doing?

From the moment I got to the register, the cashier seemed visibly irritated and had a bad attitude when we approached. There was no greeting, no basic customer service tone, just immediate tension that made the interaction uncomfortable. While scanning my groceries, she handled my produce very roughly. I had items like fruits and vegetables that bruise easily, and she was tossing them without care into the conver belt. It honestly felt careless and unprofessional, especially for items that clearly need to be handled gently. I tried to stay polite and asked if everything was okay because the energy felt off, and her response was dismissive and rude, saying something along the lines of not knowing what I wanted her to say. That alone made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable. There was also confusion about a promotion, and when I asked for clarification, she did not explain anything clearly. Instead, she responded in a sarcastic and unhelpful way and made the situation more confusing instead of resolving it. At one point she made a comment about an item I questioned and instead of assisting, she brushed it off and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about my own purchase. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and discouraging as a customer. I've worked in customer service myself, so I understand people can have bad days, but this went beyond that -- it felt like there was no effort at basic courtesy or respect. I left feeling frustrated and honestly unwelcome as a customer. I hope management addresses this because no one should have to feel that way while simply checking out groceries.
