This is the perfect place to stay if you are headed out to the plays in Tuacahn and a short drive away from all the Downtown activities and restaurants. Speaking of downtown, check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday- the many antique/ refurbishing shops and fun restaurants. There really is much to do in the little town, and staying at Las Palmas is the perfect landing spot to adventure out from. The rentals are spacious, but depending on the unit, some are dated or gaudy depending on taste (some are also more modernly furnished); the units come with washer/dryer, kitchens and BBQ's and all the amenities you need to cook in and feel at home. I believe they offer monthly rentals in addition to vacay rentals, starting at $95/night vacay or $1,000/month for a 1 bedroom. There are several pools on the grounds, playgrounds, plenty of parking and the Green Valley Resort Spa is adjacent to the property- **Now called the Amira Resort, coming Oct 1, 2017, which will be a 4 star and 4 diamond luxury property - so a lovely Spa is located right next door!**

Instant five Asian appreciation points! Each area is labeled so you know where to put things back. The entire house is clean and very organized yet you feel a sense of your own home comforts. The attention to detail was stellar - kids nood, cute bunk beds, dining areas, large kitchen, claw foot bathtub, shiplap, I can go on and on. I even told my sisters-in-law that every room is like a pinterest set-up of all the room configuration you pinned. It made me want to really live there or find me a nice cottage in Saint George. They do not honor Utah's Night Skies Resolution though they promised to prior to starting the development. They light up their rentals which so bright we no longer can see the stars at night. The lights are as bright as headlights shinning into our bedrooms. The loud parties and swearing golfers add to the grief. Mayor Billings and her code enforcement officers don't see an issue. Campaign Contributions? Friends? Wonder why??? Maybe the code enforcement should work at night. Don't do business with with non-caring rental companies.

To be thorough, and based upon a referral from a current VRS customer, we decided to talk to Brandy Perry at VRS. After learning about the additional services VRS provides, the reduced costs, and the incredible enthusiasm Brandy exhibited, we chose to give VRS a chance. After six months, we're still very glad that we did! We are first timer rental owners and we were unsure about how to properly setup the property and amenities for vacation rentals. Brandy went out her way on all fronts to help us including being at the property to accept shipments and meet service techs, advising on decoration and furniture selection, advising on utilities and data services, creative thinking on how to give tenants extra amenities, etc. On top of all of this Brandy has done an amazing job of filling the property with tenants and advertising and marketing on the main stream accommodations outlets. Unlike other extended stay places, this place has a fully functional kitchen... My family and I were extremely comfortable in this rental! And we will definitely stay here again when we visit Zion!

When I was looking for management companies I wasn't too keen on hiring this company but they had…read morethe market cornered at that time and there were no other options. There are now. HIRE ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY. They promised the moon and under delivered in almost every way. The general lack of effort, pride, attention to detail would be comical if it didn't cost me money. They do the BARE MINIMUM and charge 22.5% of revenue. They do lump all taxes and fees in that fee but they do not communicate or explain what is being charged when and why. The documents they send monthly must have been created by a child because they're virtually impossible to make sense of and when you do, if you're like me, you'll need to pull the numbers out and enter them in your own spreadsheet. If you have an issue (poor cleaning, which is a constant I've learned, landscaping that needs tending to, etc.) and you bring it up to them they will act as though they are surprised or that they'll get it taken care of and assure you that they will make it right. However, I cannot state this plainly enough, they will NOT address the issue. They WILL NOT make it right. The pool area of my home looks like a tornado ripped through town every time we've come down to stay and they are aware when we book time for ourselves as this must be done through the website they had made in the 1990s. You'd think they'd want to make sure the place was looking good when their clients visit, but no. They clearly just do not care enough to do anything about it. (Yes it gets windy here but not so much so that it would result in the mess that's always waiting for the next guests.) On top of that remotes will go missing. Garage door openers vanish. Among other stuff. They just expect you to buy replacements with no accountability on their end. Things do wear out so I asked them to let me know when something breaks or wears out and needs to be replaced, like patio umbrellas or patio furniture pillows which all take a beating in the summer sun. They assured me they would, they didn't. Last time we came down two of the three umbrellas were broken and tossed on the side of the house where they apparently like to throw anything they don't want to address or know what to do with. Apparently the junk yard if full. It's a joke how little they care. Bottom line. Hire anyone other than this company. They are terrible.
