I feel the cleaning staff did a much better job this time and the golf course was finally open. Sadly the golf course still has a lot of issues to work on, in spite of being "finished" for over a year. The golf course itself failed to deliver the same high end service experience the Inn did, and the course also still looked very much under construction. I keep hearing that Black Desert Resort is much better for golf, which is a shame because I know when they open up their accommodations, it will take business away from this lovely Inn. As I understand it, Black Desert Resort will offer a lower green fee for guests at their resort. I really do hope the golf course at Entrada works on some of its shortcomings; combined with the Inn it literally would be the perfect getaway. The Inn on its own is completely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again; the only problem is I have a husband who plays golf, so that is also a huge consideration for our vacations. The two staff members who stood out on our visit was Lisa and Russ, both of them ensured we had a fantastic visit at the Inn! When we checked in, we were even greeted with a bag of caramel popcorn (what a nice touch). The room is spacious, and the view is gorgeous. We love the fireplace, and the jetted bathtub is fantastic after a day of playing golf. The little kitchenette was so helpful, it came complete with dishes, a mini fridge, sink and microwave. I still do think the units could use a little of an update and refresh, but they are still charming in their own way. The location is great as we were close to Snow Canyon National Park and Santa Clara, both of which we love! Checkout was a breeze and our stay overall at the Inn was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Inn again, or recommend it to others. If you're looking to play golf here, I have my hesitations (see that review on "Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club").

Inn on the Cliff - Breakfast delivered to your room within minutes of calling front desk for it. The roll was homemade and warm upon arrival.

We had a fantastic one night stay here and will absolutely not hesitate to stay here again. The…read moreroom was clean, it was quiet during the weeknight, and the staff was nice and courteous. The beds were some of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel and breakfast arrived on time and with a smile. Tip: you can request luggage racks and they'll bring it to you. And of course the view from the room was great. Sat outside on our 2nd floor balcony enjoying breakfast and the balcony and chairs were spotless. Not sure how they keep that up, but it's literally the only place we've stayed at where the balcony and furniture wasn't covered in dust. Bravo. The Keurig machine was also very clean, almost seemed brand new. Wish the rooms had full length mirrors and more than two coffee Keurig K-Cups (in case one person drank more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning) but at this point I'm just nitpicking.

Complimentary breakfast was super cute & arrived on time for both mornings we were there. I took a star off because... A) no one was at the check in desk when I was waiting for 10min to check in - there was a sign saying that stepped away for a moment, I waited & waited until someone told me to press 0 on the phone (the hostess from the restaurant side had to tell me) & I arrived right at check - in time. B) for the price a microwave & full - length mirror in the room would've been nice. Overall, the stay was nice & we would recommend, but I don't think it was worth the price per night.

Wow - this resort is gorgeous!…read more I spent the weekend on property at the Greater Zion Cup PPA Tour pickleball tournament and also spent some time in the resort lobby + restaurants. Service was mostly attentive and we were pleased with the transportation situation / golf cart rides to and from the courts and the main area. We did not stay on property but will certainly consider doing so in the future. It sounds like they are in the process of expanding and adding even more amenities in the future. Looking forward to returning!

The staff was so attentive and courteous. From the moment I walked in, Rayder was so accommodating and pleasant. We had a wonderful conversation. Then, Sadie, the host at Latitude, made an effort to remember every guest's name. She was the highlight of our morning. Maxwell at Basalt was the most charming waiter who knew everything about the menu. He was so personable and topped off our night with recommendations and a touch of class. Don't get me started on the soft beds and pillows. AMAZING. They are so comfortable. I am mad I didn't take a peek at the manufacturer. Unforgettable. I loved the gym with a plethora of equipment offerings. It was a bit chilly the week we came, so we opted not to golf. We will be back. I highly recommend it here. So glad it's an option.

But the bathroom design is not ideal if there's another person in the room. It's like a big shower curtain and some glass panels. Solid walls that go from ceiling to floor would be better. The tv had a very bright light that's on all night and shines directly at the bed. There are outside lights as well that make the whole room too bright. Plus the road near the inn is loud, even late at night big trucks go by.

The location provides great access to local hiking from Zion National Park to Snow Canyon State Park and everything in between, and is a quick drive into Ivins or St. George. Santa Clara has a unique history and offers plenty to explore on its own. Special shout out to Frei's Fruit Market and Xetava Cafe. The Inn Santa Clara has a rustic exterior, but spa-like interior with a luxurious waterfall shower and soaking tub (perfect after a long day of hiking), cozy robes and slippers, and comfortable platform bed. The mini-fridge, microwave, and electric kettle were sufficient to make breakfast and heat up leftovers. While the Inn is located on Santa Clara's main road, there is little to no traffic at night. We stayed in B3 (the Barn) and felt it was our private oasis. The room is spacious with vaulted ceilings and plenty of floor space. Keyless entry to the room provided a greater sense of privacy throughout our stay. The wifi and HVAC worked flawlessly for a truly comfortable experience. Little touches, like bath salts, spa soap and shampoo, books, flower arrangements and figurines on the window sill added to the special ambiance of the Inn. The owner/manager team, Jennifer and Heidi, provided friendly assistance on site and through text messages. They were extremely attentive to our needs and accommodating of our schedule. We would love to visit again in the future!

The room wasn't the nicest I've ever been in, but also wasn't bad for the convenience and price. It was my first time going on a trip with my dog and although it was slightly different looking than normal, but thanks to this place it was not as difficult as I imagined! The breakfast in the morning before we left was simple, but good. I enjoyed the local donuts that they offered! The employees kept things clean and tidy which was awesome. My only suggestion for improvement was that they had on a hulk movie on that wasn't entirely appropriate for my little sons. I know you can't please everyone, but also maybe something a little less intense would be a better choice, especially first thing in the morning. Also, I'm sure it can't be fixed easily, but the crack in the door made me feel a little uneasy and the bright lights outside felt a little obnoxious. (I understand they are for safety)

Only complaint is that after walking around on carpet, our socks were so dirty! I don't know if they ever clean carpets, but it is needed! Pool and spa were decent but cool.
