My husband and I spent the night here and it was a fantastic place to stay. All of the history and collected antiques were so fun to see. Beautiful clean rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast choices were great and ready to eat as soon as you arrived because you filled out menu choices the night before and time choice of 8am or 9am. I am planning to stay here again. Great getaway spot! The lady working this morning serving breakfast was super sweet and honestly couldn't ask for better service. Good food too!

We loved the Mulberry Inn! It is an amazing house and full of history and antiques. Located in a quiet part of town but close to everything! Hosts were amazing! Gave a full tour of the house and all the history with it. Looking forward to going back again to see what's new!!!

This place is amazing that offers an experience in and of itself. The quaint historical building offers you the feel of being back in time. Owner Peggy was there often along with her staff that kept the place clean and quaint with wonderful service, and they all are more than willing to share the stories about the historic building and all have a passion for preserving the past. For the record; if you're someone who requires absolute luxury and the best in high-tech amenities at a some world class hotel - no this is not for you. But if you ever want to visit the wonderful city of St George, Utah in an element that offers a wonderful and peaceful experience in an environment that allows you to 'get away from it all', you should absolutely make a reservation.

The beds were some of the best we've ever slept in at a hotel and breakfast arrived on time and with a smile. Tip: you can request luggage racks and they'll bring it to you. And of course the view from the room was great. Sat outside on our 2nd floor balcony enjoying breakfast and the balcony and chairs were spotless. Not sure how they keep that up, but it's literally the only place we've stayed at where the balcony and furniture wasn't covered in dust. Bravo. The Keurig machine was also very clean, almost seemed brand new. Wish the rooms had full length mirrors and more than two coffee Keurig K-Cups (in case one person drank more than 1 cup of coffee in the morning) but at this point I'm just nitpicking.

Complimentary breakfast was super cute & arrived on time for both mornings we were there. I took a star off because... A) no one was at the check in desk when I was waiting for 10min to check in - there was a sign saying that stepped away for a moment, I waited & waited until someone told me to press 0 on the phone (the hostess from the restaurant side had to tell me) & I arrived right at check - in time. B) for the price a microwave & full - length mirror in the room would've been nice. Overall, the stay was nice & we would recommend, but I don't think it was worth the price per night.

There are restaurants in every direction and easy to get to. You definitely have to drive...the road isn't really walkable and especially in the dead of summer. There is ample parking all the way around the building and multiple exit doors and elevators at each end. This BW has clearly been renovated. The lobby was impeccably decorated and had an open coffee/tea bar and ice cold water with fruit added. There is also a well stocked market right near the front desk. When we checked in we got the floor I requested and the front desk person told us all about the amenities including a daily free happy hour in the building across from the lobby. We made our way to our room and got settled in. The room felt and smelled clean. The room was just what I wanted with two queen beds and an AC unit that worked to perfection. I love when there are multiple lamps around with different brightness settings including on the nightstand. The room was also equipped with a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was stocked with loads of towels which is always preferred. We did check out the happy hour which was pretty good and yes included cocktails. If you stay don't skip it! The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a dog on a log. We got up early and departed. Our one night stay was just what we needed! Thank you, BW Abbey Inn!

The property looks very nice from the outside, with plenty of free parking. Very quiet. Ashley checked us in, and she was very nice. She even gave us information on local restaurants. We asked for an upper floor, and she put us on the 4th of 5 and we were happy. The room was clean and spacious, with two queen beds, a microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. There were plenty of towels. The TV and AC worked well. There was a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The sink counter space was plentiful. What I didn't like: low water pressure in the shower, a bathroom fan that did not work, uncomfortable beds, electrical outlets that allowed the plug to slide out, making it difficult to charge devices, and worst of all, water that had a faint smell of raw sewage. The complimentary breakfast was your standard fare, with the scrambled eggs being a little watery and the sausage patties lacking any browning and rubbery. The OJ and coffee were good. My wife mentioned the water smell and the bathroom fan not working. Though nice, the female clerk that checked us out didn't seem too bad concerned, which was a bit disappointing. The room and hotel were overall very nice, and the rate for this trip was a great value. However, the water smell might keep us from returning. My wife, especially, was not comfortable showering and brushing her teeth for fear of contamination.

While the property isn't located right in the heart of town, we actually prefer its quieter surroundings--it makes for a much more relaxing stay. The rooms have consistently been spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, giving us plenty of room to stretch out and unwind from our day. It's clear that cleanliness and comfort are a top priority here. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are exceptional--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction feels personal, and they go out of their way to make sure we feel at home. That kind of service is rare these days and is the main reason we keep coming back.

We don't need much as we spend very little time at the hotel when we visit St George. We come for the hiking...full stop. We don't expect luxury, spa, fancy dining or any fluff. We love the simplicity of the entire Tru brand. Let's discuss shall we? Check in-Simple. Download the app, check in online and receive a digital key sent to your phone to access your room. Literally zero human interaction Room-Small but efficiently designed, always clean with a few toiletries provided. Bed & pillows are very comfortable and offer a great nights sleep. Toiletries-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, body lotion all in large bottles attached to the walls. I actually appreciate and prefer this model vs the mini bottles. Most people bring their own products, myself included. Also, most people take extra home with intentions of using them and guess what, they collect in a random drawer in the guest bath for years until they move or die then someone throws dozens of wasted plastic and expired products in the trash. Ty hotels for saving is all the headache! Also, the brand Tru offers smells so good! Gym-24/7 access which we love. It's on the smaller aide but offers an impressive amount of equipment. 2 treadmills, an elliptical, 1 weight bench, weights 5-40 lbs, stability straps which I loved, a Bosu, 3 stability balls, several matts and a box for jumping. Think I saw a few Kettles too. Free Breakfast-Always impressed with what's offered for free at the free breakfast here. Scrambled eggs and some type of breakfast protein is always offered. Oatmeal with tons of fixings, yogurt, cereals, several juices, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and the most popular item...the mini pancakes! There are 2 pancake machines you simply wave your hand in front of and makes you a little hot fresh pancake! There were multiple toppings including sugar free syrup. Refreshments-24/7 regular & decaf coffee and hot water for tea. 2 flavors to choose for cream, a few types of sweeteners. It's really great coffee too! In the morning there ice water & citrus infused water. Common Areas-For as small as the lobby os it has several seating areas to sit and work on your lap top, eat, or play games with the family. Tru does a great job at providing family entertainment too with big screens to watch tv on, a pool table and lots of games to play too! We don't spend mich time at the hotel outside of sleeping, a workout and a quick bite before hitting the road but we're always hapoy with our stays. We will be back!

We arrived really late at night, around 2:30-3:00 AM, and ended up standing outside the hotel entrance for about 10-15 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. We were calling the front desk number and nobody answered. Luckily, there happened to be another guest sitting in the lobby -- honestly a blessing at that hour -- and he let us inside so we weren't stuck outside in the cold. Even after getting inside, we still waited another 10 minutes or so before someone from the front desk finally showed up. We called the front desk number again while inside and still got no answer. Overall, it took close to 20-25 minutes just to see an attendant and get checked into the room. I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and have some level of membership with them, and at most locations it's pretty common to at least be greeted warmly or offered something simple like points or water bottles. Unfortunately, when the attendant finally showed up after the long wait, it honestly looked like she didn't care at all. I even asked if they had any water bottles available and she simply said no. She just didn't seem welcoming or interested in being there, which was disappointing considering a hotel front desk is a customer service role. Once we finally got into the room though, everything was fine and pretty standard with no other issues during the stay.
