This place is so cute! It's almost a modern day saloon. However customer service is lacking. 1. As a gold member I was offered no water bottles during my stead and instead had to pay 7.00 per bottle. 2. I was out of toothpaste and they didn't have any at the front desk nor the small shop to purchase. 3. My room had a large potato chip laying in the floor from the previous guest. 4. The bar and restaurant has a staff meeting while customers are there waiting for service. The most important part of servicing your customer is the part where you service the customer. 5. The staff is constantly chatting to one another and not expecting any needs of their guest.. front desk is often on their cell phone. 6. The fries at the bar are okay - but they have so much garlic that they need to be served with an aioli or mayo based sauce instead of ketchup. You can tell this place is poorly managed and lacks structure and procedures it could be great and charming but it's just okay. read more

There's a lot of mirrors on the property too... they don't have on-site parking so you will need to pay for valet or you can park for free across the street. The property is new so there is no sign of wear on the property or the furniture. The pool deck is a nice place to hang out and have beers. I randomly chose this hotel on a roadtrip to see Zion National Park. I am SO glad I found it. What a little boutique treasure of a hotel. The staff weee amazing. So kind and would greet me by name when they saw me. I love those details. Fresh water and lemonade served daily in the adorable lobby, along with comfy chairs to curl up in for a chat or a good book. Bike rentals are available on site as well as valet for $20 a day. The valets are really nice. The decor is sooooo fun. Think vintage meets quaint. The main reason for my love is the panoramic views from the 4 th floor huge spa and fire pit and lounge area. Fluffy fresh towels are included and a plethora of comfy seating options. Just stunning. Maid service during our stay (last week of March) was impeccable and very kind when asking for anything. Great hotel, very nice Marriott. You have an excellent staff here who take pride in their space. You can see it in all the details. read more

Located right in the middle of St. George's cute "downtown" area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. (In fact, there's a great little 21 and over only brewpub right next door.) New hotel with lovely amenities. I especially love the 4th floor outdoor lounge space. Finding the right driveway to the front of the hotel is a bit of a challenge as it's tight, but once you find it, it's no problem. We valet parked... I have no idea if there is self parking. (sorry) The valet folks were super 'on it' and friendly. We never waited more than a couple minutes for drop off or pick up. Check in was a breeze, super efficient. Of course, there was no line or wait when we checked in at 8pm. We had a King room on the 4th floor that had a small fridge, coffee amenities and a comfy bed. I fell asleep in seconds. Of course, that could be because I was exhausted. The bathroom had one sink with a large counter space so the hubs and I weren't piling our stuff on one another. The shower had great pressure and was nice and hot since I was a tad cold. Plus, I like that you have the option of rainfall or handheld. Will definitely stay here again if / when we are in the area. read more

The Advenire is an adorable place right in the historic downtown neighborhood of St George, Utah. Everything is tastefully decorated, including the restrooms in the registration area. There is a restaurant here, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast before heading out for the day of adventure. Keep it in mind that there is no bellman at the door to help you with your luggage. You can find a bell cart outside the entrance, to load all your items and get it to your room. There is a valet parking! And I loved it! The valet person is super nice and friendly, helping you with your luggage if needed. Location wise, this hotel is absolutely amazing! There are plenty of options to eat in the nearby restaurants, cafe shops ... Beautiful parks in the neighborhood. And of course, easy access going to Zion National Park! read more

St George is a very cute little city, and in the main area of a few streets of brick-walled restaurants and shops lies The Advenire Marriot Hotel from the Autograph Collection. The hotel has been more newly renovated and is thoughtfully designed. A mix of southern prairie with boho chic sprinkled in lends an eccentric and interesting aesthetic. Our room was very clean and well-stocked, and our bed was quite comfy. Only con was we requested a new remote literally three times and one was never delivered, along with a request for more towels which never arrived. The restaurant downstairs Wood Ash Rye is delicious! Mandy was our server last night, super sweet and attentive. She took the time to explain menu items and checked on us frequently. Kyler the manager was also very accommodating and friendly, we'd asked about normally posted menu items missing, he went to Chef and requested for us a one time exception for getting a couple things we'd been craving that were only in the bar (see below if you care, it's really only first world probs). We have eaten dinner here three times previously when visiting SG, and breakfast after our stay. You can't go wrong with almost anything. The Korean wings are amazing, as is the Pollo alla Brassa, the roasted carrots, gem salad, the biscuits, avocado toast, pretty much everything we've had was delicious! Only thing is Chef took wings and a lot of typical appetizers and starters they used to offer in the restaurant, he decided those items will only be in the bar. Between the helpfulness and friendliness of multiple employees, the unique and rustic ambiance, cleanliness and stylishness of the room itself, and ideal location in downtown St George, it was an ideal hotel stay. First off is perhaps the only downside - parking. There's no free parking at the hotel itself, and they do charge an $18 valet fee which does seem a bit excessive even for a boutique hotel. We might have still taken them up on it, but had read other reviews suggesting the valet can be very slow at times. I can't confirm it, since we actually found out we could park right across the street in a public parking garage for free. If you don't mind walking in the hot sun for a few minutes or so and want to save a few extra bucks for dinner, might be something to consider. Check in process was really nice. The lobby had a really rustic (but still very clean) look to it, and the bar for Wood Ash Rye was very stylish looking. They pipe in the smell of pine or something which is... interesting. They also have eclectic artwork throughout the lobby (and in the hallways on each floor). Trey at the front desk was pleasant and patient with our questions. They were able to hold our bags for a few minutes while we got the car situated which was appreciated. Also a shoutout to Keely who was very friendly and helpful when we checked out. Wife and I were were able to get an upgraded room with a balcony on the third floor. The view over top the businesses to see the foothill was wonderful. The balcony was nice place to sit (after dark once it actually cooled off). They had a couple rocking chairs and a small table out there. The room itself was really clean yet stylish. Wood floors added to the ambiance, as well as the furniture and such. "Rustic" or not, everything felt very NEW, and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was notably opulent. The shower had two heads. One that dangled form the ceiling and pointed straight down. Another that had a removable head but mounted on the side. Both individually could only provide a fair amount of pressure (even on the higher setting). You could have only one or the other on, or both on at the same time - which was perfect. There was also a bench if you need to get to your feet easier or sit down for a second. The barn doors into the bathroom from the hallway weren't my favorite from a functional standpoint (but worked decoratively). However, the toilet was in a separate closet, so you could close a second door to that - my wife is definitely thankful for that part. As to the location, it was ideal to all the downtown St George haunts you might want to visit. In a single one-night stay, we were able to visit a bar (brewery), noodle place, coffee and tea cafe, bookstore, soda shop, and wander around the little promenades without ever having to drive. I can't say enough about how central this is to everything. I probably could have walked to the grocery store less than a mile away. Side note, bonus points if you can name all the businesses I described generically just now. I'll do reviews for as many as I can, promise. I'll also mention they have a spa on the roof and a bunch of outdoor seating. The spa was NOT heated during our stay, but I think it's because the high temps were over 100F at the time and it is left heated during the winter months.. The heat did make going out on the deck less enjoyable. There is a little shade, but not much. Still, the nighttime temps were much more pleasant and it was perfect weather for a lukewarm dip in the spa. We were able to share it with another couple without feeling cramped - definitely lots of room. There's also a couple TV's in little recessed seating areas. There was a little more shade there, but it's hit or miss. There's also outdoor seating in the restaurant where they have misters and lots of shade I noticed. I'll wrap up by acknowledging the place is probably going to be $100 or so more costly than a Fairfield or TownPlace or something like that. We had a free stay ticket that covered a good part of it, and enough points to cover the rest. Stayed here for 2 nights. This is a really well done hotel. Location is amazing, right on the blvd; walking distance to many places for dining and entertainment options. Very family friendly. On-site restaurant is legit. I ordered the beef stir fry and was one of the best in my life, no joke. Rooftop jacuzzi is a nice touch. My visit is in mid November, so being able to spend time in it was really relaxing and unexpected. Room was spacious, quiet and beds and bedding were very comfortable. This is now my go to hotel for St George. read more

I don't normally stay in boutique hotels, but my husband and I had a Marriott free night cert to burn (and some extra points)... so we pulled the trigger. We've stayed at other typical Marriott properties in St. George (Courtyard, Townplace.), but this hotel is a step above the rest for sure. The location is amazing. It was so nice once we parked we didn't have to pull the car out for the rest of our stay. We could walk to lots of shops and restaurants with barely any time at all, which was nice because it was super hot when we stayed. Also, you don't HAVE to pay the $18 for valet. There is a free garage across the street we parked at and it's a very short walk. The rooms are lovely and if you are fortunate to get a balcony, that makes it even better. The balcony has rocking chairs and a plug! The shower was really special as it had two shower heads - your standard and then a "rain" shower head. Our room not only had a desk but a vanity as well, so it was kind of almost like having two desks, which was nice because my husband and I could both set up shop and work. The TV was nice and big so my husband could watch his hockey game when he needed to. While there is no free breakfast, there is a pretty nice coffee maker in the room. There is also a good sized fridge and some nice cabinet space. The bed was SOOOO comfy and the room key is really cool too (it's made of wood - how does it work??) There is a pretty cool deck up top. They have a year round tub that is thankfully NOT HEATED in the summer time, so I was able to use it even when it was super hot outside. They also have mini open rooms at the pool so you can have a little group party if needed. Even if you don't swim, the deck is worth visiting at night since it's gorgeous and you can get a nice view of the city. read more

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its reviews, but my experience with the staff--particularly the manager, Amanda--was beyond unprofessional. From the moment I called to discuss my reservation, Amanda was rude and dismissive. I've never dealt with someone in hospitality who seemed to care so little about resolving issues or even providing basic customer service. Her attitude made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and frustrating. At a place that's supposed to offer a welcoming environment, Amanda did the exact opposite. If this is how they treat their guests, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This is a gem set right near the entrance to Utah's Nation Park Bryce and Zion adventure. This is a Marriott property and very well appointed. Dining here is very expensive. Sri ks are around $18 for a glass of wine. Across the street is St George which has well drinks for $4 and great food. Highly recommend staying at the Advenire and dining elsewhere. This hotel is beautiful ! We loved everything about it . We were on a road trip home from a family reunion and stopped there and couldn't believe how stylish it was. Every single staff member was so professional and helpful and friendly. The room is a good size with vaulted ceilings and the decor is top-notch.! The bed was so comfy. Upon arriving late at night , we went to the Jacuzzi, which is outside on the rooftop and it is stunning views and a place We would love to have had more time at! Love the breakfast amazing food, and you could tell the chefs took a lot of time to make it homemade and really good. Will come back ! read more

Popped into this Autograph Collection hotel to preview for a wedding reception. The staff was courteous. The property has a unique fragrance throughout that's pleasant but I couldn't identify. Opted to park on the street rather than use the mandatory valet. The room was nice. Overall the stay was tainted by a junk $250 "smoking" fee that appeared on my Amex card. I DO NOT SMOKE . I spend 75 nights or more in hotels and have never been charged a smoking fee in 30 years of traveling because I don't smoke. Duh! The property first stated that it was a security deposit and then the front desk claimed it was charged in error to the wrong room. I was told it would be credited. It wasn't credited after a few days. So, I reached out to the General Manager, Andrew Carey, who was kind enough to return my phone call. He agreed to provide credit after our pleasant conversation and apologized for the inconvenience. Between calling the hotel, American Express, and the Marriott Bonvoy Platinum desk, I've spent about 2 hours of my life to recover a $250 buck junk fee that should've been charged. I'll update when the credit appears. The Advenire is located in Historic Downtown St. George. It is not a old hotel though. The hotel opened over a year ago. While it is not brand-new, it is pretty new. Despite its young age, the hotel fits in well with the historic downtown landscape. The design is pioneer chic, which feels both modern and rustic, and it is an elegant and luxurious combination. The hotel is small, but that is what makes it charming. There are only 4 floors and 60 rooms. The lobby feels a little bit like a cozy living room aside from the fact that there is a tiny mercantile shop, a restaurant, and a beautiful bar as well. There is a small patio outside the hotel. On the top floor is the outdoor pool and lounge area, and it is a great spot to hang out at except for when it is blazing hot outside. My boyfriend and I stayed at The Advenire for a night. We arrived pretty late at night, but we were checked in quickly. Valet parking was available, but we opted for street parking since that was plentiful and very close by. Our room was lovely and spacious. The rooms are beautifully designed like the rest of the hotel, and my favorite part was that it had a cozy window seat with a few books. Before we left, we had a tasty breakfast at Wood Ash Rye. We also went to the pool, but it was too hot so we retreated to our room to relax before we checked out. Our time at The Advenire and in St. George was short, but we had a great time. The Advenire is the nicest hotel in St. George, and the location is super convenient since it is right in downtown. I have no idea when I will pass through St. George again, but I will definitely stay at The Advenire again the next time I am in town. read more

St as we had our German Shepherd Duchess and they will accept larger dogs. Upon arrival, I did notice that if you blink, you will miss the entrance into the hotel so be aware. However once there, the valet was really helpful in helping us get unloaded with checking in. The check in/ lobby area is definitely rustic sheik, very beautiful and not like other hotels within the Marriott portfolio. The check in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the King Suite (A Bon Voy member perk). We were not disappointed as the room had a front room feel with a large couch and media center. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. There is morning coffee service available for an immediate caffeine fix and the desk and bedroom area has plenty of plug and USB charging ports for all of your devices. What sets this room apart from most was the bathroom area. There is a walk-in shower with body sprays, rain head shower as well as a traditional shower wand. There is a massive oversized foot claw tub complete with bath salts and other amenities. With having our puppy with us, the hotels restaurant having room service was a big plus, but if your able to dine in, there is also a full bar and patio area to complete your dining experience. If ever in St. George, this hotel will put you in a heart of the downtown area with shops and restaurants all around. read more

Advenire Hotel experience was superb all around from ambience & decor, boutique feel with great proximity to shops and dining nearby and the spacious rooms. The extremely professional Valet from Idaho needs a praise and raise!!! He was by far the most helpful, kind and friendly staff onsite. Minus one star for the onsite restaurant NOT allowing indoor seating for our small pup and travel companion (in his wagon/stroller) ...why be a pet-friendly hotel but not allow well behaved pets to sit with you for a meal. Outside dining won't allow kids, and you can't leave your pet in the room...soooo we found other great options a block away. When we return, we'll stay here again and look forward to seeing the same valet. read more

The advenire was easily one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in in quite some time. Was it as nice as a resort hotel? No, but that's not what this trip was for. I was here for a nice place to sleep to get ready for some golf the next day. I was impressed with the attention to detail, the comfortable beds, the great shower and the way the hotel tried to differentiate itself from your typical travel/business hotel. Wow, who knew there was a chic boutique hotel near Zion? St. The Advenire is definitely classing up St. George, UT. When we pulled up to the property, we were not greeted by the valet. Once the gentleman came to our vehicle, he assumed that we were there for dinner. Regardless, it's an opportunity for improvement. Due to COVID, luggage assistance is not available - completely understandable. The lobby had a rustic, romantic feel. On the weekend, the bar is buzzing with locals and hotel guests. The front desk staff were bubbly and made us feel at home. The rooms are western-style and quite charming. If you're lucky enough to score a suite, then your room could have an adorable claw foot tub. I had a two Queen City view room, which had a lovely sit in window with views of a church. My favorite part of the hotel was its roof top, complete with a hot tub that's open year round. There's plenty of sitting areas that allow for social distancing. This is the place to go to appeal to your inner cowboy. read more

We stayed here in October and enjoyed the hotel for the most part. It is one of the best options for the area, conveniently located in the historical downtown. This hotel was close to brand new when we stayed. They opened in early 2020 so everything was in excellent condition. Our suite didn't even have scuffs on the walls yet. The service was mixed. The valets were always very friendly and working as quickly as possible to move cars. The hotel is valet only so the line can get backed up during busy times. The front desk clerk when we checked in seemed lost. We reserved early check in since we had a toddler that needed a nap. The room wasn't available and instead of just saying that the clerk tried to blame third party booking. Here's the kicker, we NEVER book through third parties to avoid situations like this one. Trying to blame the customer isn't great customer service, especially when we booked directly with the hotel. Again, just say the room isn't ready. The blaming is what left a bad taste in my mouth. Other front desk clerks were friendly. We checked out in person and weeks later my husband noticed that our card hadn't been charged. He called and apparently they left our checkout as pending. They are lucky that we are the type of people that ask to pay for services. Our suite was beautiful. It was a corner room on the top floor. The best part was the wrap around balcony with a large seating area and table. We very much enjoyed sitting out there with wine after our toddler went to sleep. The room had a sleeping area, family room, and a large bathroom. The rainfall shower was huge and there was a beautiful clawfoot tub for baths. The room came with a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Those are essentials for me. While the room was in good condition it wasn't clean. We always took our shoes off at the door and I noticed our feet were blackened from the floors. I was wiping up water next to the shower and the towel was filthy afterwards. A little more attention to cleanliness would bump them up. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, a large park, the children's museum, grocery stores, and a cookie shop. They have a restaurant, bar, and convenience shop in the hotel. read more

Also, some insulation in the ceilings would be nice, you can hear footsteps from the floors above you, which I've never heard in any hotels I've stayed at, perhaps it's the hardwood floors. This is truly a comfortable place to stay. The room was beautifully appointed with simple but homey touches like a corner seating area that was framed in cozy pillows. For convenience there was a full bench at the foot of the bed. The pillows and covers were very comfortable and it was appreciated that they used a sheet duvet. We will definitely return. read more

This hotel is new to St. George and located in the historic downtown area. The hotel's design is Western and pioneer-inspired, but it also has an elegant and modern feel to it. If you're a Marriott rewards member, this property is a Category 6 level. Parking is somewhat of a hassle, but the valet employee was extremely friendly. He enthusiastically welcomed me to the hotel. They have valet parking for $18/day and no self-parking available - unless you want to park on the side of the street for free. The front desk employee was cheerful and friendly. She gave me a quick explanation of the property and completed the check-in process in less than 5 minutes. I was pleased with my room. The decor is unique and different from any other Marriott property that I've been to. The bed was comfy and I liked the sitting area located next to the window. Breakfast was okay. The food was alright; a bit too oily for my liking. There were 2 servers that morning: one was well-trained for this type of hotel, but the other seemed to lack customer service skills (communication, mannerisms and demeanor). They didn't check on me that often and I had to flag them down for my check. 3.75 stars! My expectations were higher for the restaurant considering the price point of this hotel. The hotel is nice, but I don't think I would book this place for a business trip again. read more

My sister and I came to St. George to visit my brother and his wife. We were attracted to the advertisement of the Advenire as the "crown jewel" of southern UT. We were looking forward to a delightful 3-night hotel experience. But was not what happened. When we checked into our rooms for night #1, one toilet had messy toilet paper (yes, with poop smears on it) floating in it. The other room had long black hair on the shower floor. Yuck. This is not a "crown jewel" experience. It was gross. On the morning of day #2, we left for the day and came back to our rooms for night #2. But there had been no housekeeping in either room (even though they advertise that there is daily housekeeping). Wet towels, from our morning bathing, were still on the bathroom floors. We decided that we couldn't stay there for one more minute. We went to the front desk, explained what happened and asked for refunds for night #2 and night #3. We were given the "Oh, I'm so sorry" run-around and were offered a refund only for night #3. Yes, they expected us to spend the night in a dirty room and they didn't care. The "crown jewel" of southern UT has been tarnished. read more

Yeah not sure where these reviewers are staying. But for $420?! You can do WAY better in a world class city. Hot tub? Broken. Pretty lame after hiking Zion. No fan or vents in the bathroom. You have to valet park for $18, can't even park your car for free. Restaurant? No luck for you, guest or not, two hour wait. All around being from Vegas, this place sucks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pathetic Marriott would manage this. As an owner of a Marriott, I'm ashamed this is part of their collection. Booked a room on a holiday with Marriott corporate that the hotel screwed up my reservation and then tried to charge us $700 for the same room. Untrained staff, worst general manager in the whole Marriott system. When I tried to confirm something with them the next day I was disconnected repeatedly after being put on hold for 30 min. I finally called their restaurant and asked them to slip the front desk a note. The front desk called me back and when I told them something was wrong with their phone system I was told the phones were fine and they put their main dial in line for the WHOLE HOTEL ON DO NOT DISTURB BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Finally got this sorted out with with Marriott corporate but they said the hotel is taking no responsibility. That tells you everything you need to know about this place. My wife and I recently stayed at The Advenire and we got one of the high-end corner suites with a walk-out patio. What a disappointing stay. Management really needs to focus on the maintenance of their rooms and the facility. Here's a list of the items we found to be deficient, not in any particular order: 1. In-room coffee maker: when you're an early-riser and need coffee, the in-room coffee maker is a must-have. Unfortunately, the one in our suite barely got warm when making coffee. Drinking tepid coffee at 5 a.m. is not an enjoyable memory in a $700/night suite, especially when the lobby restaurant Wood, Ash & Rye doesn't open until 7 a.m. I made 3 K-cups of coffee and the machine didn't make any of them any hotter. I later mentioned the broken coffee maker to a housekeeper cleaning a room down the hall; she called Housekeeping and asked for a replacement coffee maker in our room. Someone dropped the ball and it was not replaced, so I drank lukewarm coffee the next morning. I should of heated it up with the hairdryer. This is inexcusable. 2. Room had dirty wood floors: my wife accidently spilled a little water on the wood floor, so she got a white hand towel from the bathroom to wipe up the water. She was shocked as to how dirty the towel was after wiping up the water. It truly looked like housekeeping has not damp-mopped the floor in months. It was filthy. To think we were walking on the same floors barefooted is a bit disgusting, and we are not germaphobes at all. But at $600/night at the top hotel in Downtown St. George, we would expect a cleaner room. 3. TV Remote: Our suite had two big-screen TVs...one of the remotes had dead batteries and it was a bit frustrating to try to turn on the TV in the sitting room to watch Saturday college football. Luckily, the remote in the bedroom worked on the TV in the sitting room so I was able to get it work. 4. Fingerprints in the elevators: You ever get into an elevator and see dirty fingerprints, smudges and drips of liquid all over the stainless steel button panels and doors? Welcome to The Advenire's elevators. Someone needs to get a couple of microfiber towels and some Windex and give the elevators a through wipe-down. Also, clean the soda stains on the white tiled floors while you're at it. 5. This is not a housekeeping issue, but is a problem for guests who may be (slightly) sensitive to nighttime noise from the street below: it seems like Friday and Saturday nights are made for every insecure owner of a loud Harley, Ford Mustang, Dodge Charger/Challenger or diesel pick-up truck in St. George to show off their manliness by revving their engines on the streets around the hotel. Geez, grow up, boys. 6. Wood, Ash Rye: my wife and I ate two meals there during our stay. One was breakfast and the other was dinner. Someone didn't tell the cook that "More is Not Better" when dumping the salty red seasoning on the breakfast potatoes. I took two bites and nearly had a stroke from the salt content. My wife refused to eat hers after a bite. I mentioned this to our waitress, who was very nice, but she didn't offer to sub it with something else. Breakfast was $50 for two people. Denny's hash browns would have been much better. Dinner at W.A.R. the next night was even more disappointing. I ordered my filet mignon "medium rare". Unfortunately, it showed up raw with some grilling on the outside...folks, this good when you're ordering a seared Ahi steak but not for a medium rare Filet that costs $65. I showed it to our server and he apologized. He took it back to the kitchen and they put the same meat on the grill for a few more minutes and re-served it to me. What a disappointment. I would have liked a new piece of meat, done properly, but they probably violated a local health code by recooking meat on the grill after a customer has already eaten from it. COVID? What's that??!! By the way, the meat was excellent but the sauces are just pedestrian...the chef is trying to too hard to cater to foodies. It failed. One last comment about the food at dinner; remember the seasoning from the breakfast potatoes? They use the same seasoning on the fries I ordered with my filet. WTH?? They went uneaten. 7. Water Conservation: Last but not least, I just want to point out that it took about 4 minutes for the hot water to be hot enough to take a shower, wash our hands or to clean out a mug or glass. That's a lot of valuable water being wasted and it's just going down the drain. How about a hot water recirculation pump in your plumbing system to reduce water waste and make your guests happier so they don't have to wait for hot water for several minutes? I hope the managers of The Advenire are reading this. You do not have a 4-star hotel. Stop pretending you do. I'm giving you 3 Stars because of the excellent location and some other niceties that do make The Advenire better than a Hilton Garden Inn. read more

The hotel as a whole is very interesting. I loved the old Western/Heritage theme and you can tell a lot of creative minds went into furnishing this collection. However, I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. First of all, I was double charged for the room and when I told the front desk, they said it was because I booked the room incorrectly...which I did not and my call log proved it. Then they told me I couldn't get my money back for 3-5 business days which was extremely frustrating. Secondly, when we walked into our room, I noticed it was just dirty. There was dirt all over the floor, as well as dirty foot prints. There was dried soap spots on the bathroom sink, STILL WET coffee drips on the desk, chapstick marks on the WET glasses in the cupboard (which were face to make it seem like they had been cleaned/replaced). I honestly questioned wether or not the bed had been stripped and the sheets washed given the state of the rest of the room. We did request to switch rooms due to the mess and the second room really wasn't much better. There was hair on the bathroom floor and some sort of sticky substance on the dresser. Thirdly, there are no working fans in the toilet room. This is just me being picky, but that's gross. Fourth of all, there is only 1 robe per room. Again, just me being picky but we did call and ask for a second robe, we were promised one would be brought up and nobody ever came. Granted, it's just a bath robe but considering how expensive these rooms are, this should have been an easy request to fulfill. The restaurant in the hotel was pretty good. It is family style dining which is different and fun! However, there's no bathroom in the restaurant, you have to go to the lobby bathroom. When I tell you I was scared to touch anything in that bathroom, it's an understatement. I walked in, looked around, and walked straight out. There was actual fecal matter on the floor, walls, and all over the toilet. I looked in the sink and there appeared to be coffee grounds all over the sink and vanity (I think that's what it was- I didn't stay long enough to investigate) Overall, I would say I was extremely disappointed and would NEVER stay here again or recommend this location to anyone. read more

Great boutique hotel... beautiful lobby and amazing rooftop (unobstructed view of the sky and red cliffs) with lots of common space and hot tub. Rooms had old time feel without the musty smell and our room had a balcony with rocking chairs (very cool). The bed was comfortable and showers were relaxing. I took away a star because they only have valet parking.... free street parking but it can get crowded. Wish that had been more clear when we booked. Room's also aren't sound proof- you can hear everyone walking down the hallways. read more

I absolutely love this hotel and will stay here every time I come through. It is gorgeous and the check in process is very easy. The restaurant is absolutely amazing and delicious. Worth every dollar spent. The bar area is nice. I stayed one night this time. Had wine down at the bar before dinner. I one thing I found that I did not like was, the female bartender with the long ponytail. She was not very friendly and made me feel like I was unwelcome and did not belong. This is my second weekend here in a month and I love it. The staff are superb and the rooms are extremely well appointed for a small town. I live in Las Vegas and this is comparable to Las Vegas. Better in some sense. I fully intend to stay here again and again. It's like a second home. I don't want to tell you this, but is the best place ever! it's a hidden little gem that just opened in January 2020. This place is a stylish swanky Marriott owned hotel that is absolutely high end and fabulous! its cocktails and food menu are amazing as well! The prices are great and will not last long. They make craft cocktails and the menu is just amazing. This is like a Swanky cute little hotel in the middle of St George! read more

Loved this hotel and I am not a Marriot fan. Great location. Can walk to most places. Great restaurants across the street like The Painted Pony. Bear Paw Cafe is next door with great pastries and coffee and friendly service if you like giant breakfasts. Capellettis Italian was a few blocks away. Rooms were VERY nice, comfy, attractive, with fridge and coffee/tea maker. The main bar area was beautiful. The valet service was very friendly and there really is no way NOT to valet. The concierge gave us helpful tips to get to Mesquite without taking the 15 which was under construction. Also recommended great dining options. We will be back!!!! read more
