When I arrived and checked in I was met by a MAN working the front desk who was wearing a pink rainbow T-Shirt and had his finger nails painted like a girl. Extremely uncomfortable and weird check in experience, it actually freaked me out and felt dirty in a very strange and perverted way. I suggest having employees wear uniforms....... Felt like some sort of West Hollywood drag queen show at the front desk. read more

Just checked in. Bless them! They have the AC running in advance and on in the lobby. Room has everything -- small refrigerator, microwave. Lots off closet and drawer space if you plan to stay awhile. Desk looks good. Have not tried it out yet. This looks like an older, open into the courtyard, motor in. But you'd never guess. It's very well revamped. TV looks to be a good size. Have not tried it out yet. OF NOTE: there is a single step from the walkway in front of the room into the room. No idea if they have ramps for folks with wheelchairs. read more

Such a fun and awesome little motel! Everything in my room was clean and in perfect working order, the pool area is super chill, the complimentary breakfast bar is a perfect start to the day and the food is great! Also, the entire staff were friendly and welcoming so thank you everyone. All at a really reasonable rate. There are so many things to love about this place! From the moment we walked into the lobby, it was warm, welcoming and staff was wonderful! The lobby is adorable! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and nicely decorated. Although, we didn't use the pool, it looked like an amazing place! The breakfast is free and offers a nice little variety! One important factor for me, is the quality of coffee served. Many places serve weak, cheap coffee. Not here! A nice variety, and a choice of a good strong brew. I will definitely look for an Aiden Best Western on the rest of my road trip! read more

This is a lovely place - very clean, well appointed, super nice staff! Great price for the quality! The pool area is so beautiful we took pictures both day and night to capture it! Really good full breakfast included. We will definitely stay here again! Lady at front counter was super helpful with enquiries & getting change for washer-dryer. Breakfast offerings each morning included scrambled eggs, make your own cinnamon or plain waffles, oatmeal, yoghurt with filling options. This place is amazing.... I gave 3 stars because I've been locked out of my room for the last 20 minutes :( The outside doesn't look appealing but surprisingly the inside is very modern looking and definitely remodeled. Eva was a joy to talk to and her personality with great customer service is a warm welcome! The location is close to some restaurants and this is a close spot off the highway if you are going snowboarding and just need a place to stay for the night. The keycard didn't work and it was super cold outside and that's why the three-star review but if that didn't happen it would be five stars. read more

Front staff welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and okay. I was there July 2024. It was extremely hot in St. George - 106 to 116 in the day. Nights cooled to 100. My reason for the so-so review is that the a/c unit turned off and on all night. It would run 5 minutes. Turn off for a minute. Crank up again. The portable unit was 3 feet from the bed. I admit I am old and a light sleeper. I slept fitfully the entire night because of the of the a/c. The room was cool. read more

After thanking her for showing up for work and her willingness to help so cheerfully, she said: You know, I appreciate that comment, but also, my bosses make it easy to work for them, through covid also, they really took care of us. My comment here is how many people compliment their employer like Eva? She truly should be the poster girl for Best Western, any employer with half a brain would jump hoops for an employee like her. Our room was sufficient, we used points, the breakfast was good, Eva was the highlight. I did not, however, appreciate the bathroom decor of picture frames filled with artificial mossy textured stuff as it must be a cleaning nightmare and were dusty. Beautifully renovated little motor lodge. We took advantage of the pool from the sweltering heat and enjoyed fake eggs and sausage for breakfast. Extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. From the outside, this place looks to be a bit dated; but inside of our room, everything was fully modern. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and it had excellent wi-fi. The hotel's breakfast buffet was mediocre at best--far below the current industry standards. This property and its staff members are doing absolutely nothing with regard to protecting guests from COVID: no masks, no encouragement to wear masks or socially distance, nothing. Although our stay was uneventful, the room was grossly overpriced for the value we got. read more

We had a great overnight stay! This motel has recently been completely updated. The attention to detail is impressive. The decor is inviting, simple and very tastefully done. With amenities and modern features of a high in hotel but with the comfort of a motel and with a touch of nostalgia. The bed was so comfortable!! The shower worked wonderful! Great hot breakfast and great hot coffee. They even have bicycles to use around the revitalized area. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and room was clean and well maintained. Hands down really enjoyed our short stay and will not go anywhere else next stop in St George. read more

A seemingly nice best western .. Not really so nice. The rooms are pretty nice. Very clean and spacious. The room was about $85/night with AAA during late September. Not much to say about Best Western, they're pretty much standard across the board. But I do have a few complaints. The shower in this inn doesn't drain well AT ALL. As soon as I turn on the shower, it's flooding. Unless you take a shower with just droplets of water, you're gonna be standing in 4-5 inches of water during your entire shower. The soap dispensers are also a bit of a problem. It dispenses ant sized soap every time you push on the dispenser, took me probably 15-20 tries to get a decent amount of soap. I did find a very noticeable long hair attached to the outside of the hair dryer. I mean out of all the places to find hair, I would prefer the hair dryer. But the strand of hair is just there, open, extremely hard to miss. Makes me wonder how clean the room really is. Now the worst part of this stay was the neighboring customers (I don't know if the manager on that particular Best Western knew about these type of activity or is just oblivious to it). It just so happened that the night I stay there, both rooms next to ours had a couple of old men who are bringing really low class hookers. They were drunk, loud and obnoxious. How do I know they were hookers? You just know. Trashy looking, probably druggies, leopard print clothes and dirty. I was there only one night and there were at least 2 rooms with such activity going on, I can't imagine how frequently this happens. There are kids in this inn. Now it could just be that only occurred the night I was there but it's highly unlikely. Then it makes you wonder how many times did that sort of business went on in the room I stayed in ? How clean really are the floors and comforter ? read more

St Georges Hidden Treasure! I booked directly with with the hotel to ensure I received a senior discount. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful! As I drove in it looked like an old motel and nothing like the picture online. I was at first a little skeptical. I went to check in and the guy working was amazing and welcoming! Inside the Lobby and the room it was fully renovated and beautiful as well as super comfortable. I was a woman travelling alone and I felt safe. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The next morning I wasn't expecting much for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at all the options and how delicious it was. As I checked out the woman manager was efficient, kind and welcomed me back! I LOVE that hotel and now it's My favorite hotel in St, George! It was also offered at a great value. I have told ten people about my great experience there and recommended that they make the choice to stay there if driving through to Vegas or California. On my return trip from California the following week I stayed there yet again and had the same wonderful experience that the guy that checked me in the 2nd stay entered me their rewards program. I definitely recommend this hotel over any where else in St George! I will be Back yet again! read more

Stayed here August 6, 2021 for 1 night in a 2 queen room. Was assigned room 118. I Usually don't stay at best westerns but had a $25 gift card to use. I decided to try out the Aiden brand. Upon arriving a nice receptionist welcomed me and highlighted a few things on a map of the property. The receptionist informed about the pool hours, internet password, Breakfast hours. After a easy checkin I made my way to my room. Upon walking into the room I was very impressed. The decor was modern as well as the bathroom. The room even had a nice 50" Samsung TV with Directv. But then I started to find things housekeeping missed like a coffee cup behind the fake plant in the bathroom (see picture) and on top of the mini fridge was extremely dusty but I'm not gonna mark them down as the rest of the stay was excellent. There is also an extension cord sticking out between the 2 beds for the alarm clock & lamp that looked sloppy (see picture). But like I mention I'm not gonna bring the rating down. I highly recommend This Best Western (Aiden) to anyone looking for a clean, nice & modern stay. I already booked a 2 night stay here in December. Can't wait. read more

The service is excellent. The only thing that make me to give it a 3 start instead of 4 is the old building. My family stopped here one night for our road trip in Utah. The hotel itself is the typical inn with basic room. The building is kind of old so the wall is so thin what my wife in next room can hear my son's coughing at night. The air condition unit is pretty loud so I had to turn it off before sleep time. The service, on the other hand, is excellent. Sarah the manager is very nice and friendly when we drop by for complimentary breakfast. She showed me how to use the waffle machine, acknowledged me of local hiking trails, and helped me to check the driving time to Arches. Very professional and helpful. And the complimentary breakfast is pretty nice. I like the waffle machine which you can make fresh waffle, and love the hot oatmeal choice with lots of condiment like raisin, coconut, nuts. I've traveled many places in west and east coast, but never seen hot oatmeal in breakfast. Is this a middle state thing? Love it. read more

This staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the shower was hot. The bed was a tad lumpy but we still still slept like rocks. What we really liked was taking a dip in the pool in 100+ days and relaxing our muscles in the hot tub - boy those jets were a bit fierce. The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad for free; eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, pastries, breads, and best of all a self-service waffle station that makes a beautiful golden treat every time. Best hotel I have stayed at in a while. I found this hotel on Hotels.com and I'm glad I came to yelp before booking because I almost booked at a different hotel with horrible yelp reviews. This hotel was extremely clean, the room was spacious and clean, there was a lot to watch on tv, the pool was the perfect temperature when we went night swimming, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast was big and filling. In the morning we came on yelp to see what is served for breakfast but couldn't find anything so let me do the honor. We are currently staying at the Aiden by Best Western in St. George and we are very happy with this hotel. It's updated and really nice. The gal at the check in desk greeted us kindly and shared a lot of good info. The pool is inviting and warmer than we expected. In fact, my kids played in the pool last night at 8:00 pm when it was in the 40s outside. We spent time in the hot tub. I'd say we maxed the capacity at six people. Our room (128) is at the back of the hotel and is away from any traffic and very quiet. It's right next to a lovely outdoor sitting area. They have cotnhole and a couple of bikes (and helmets) you can check out. The beds are good. There are six of us in a room (two queens and a pull out sofa). I do wish there was a separate vanity outside of the bathroom so someone could be in the bathroom while another is getting ready for the day. We usually stay with family when coming to St George but if we have to stay at a hotel again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here. read more

We had mini fridges in our room and they were updated very tastefully. We had stayed at NY NY in Vegas the night before and can honestly say hands down we'd rather stay at Aiden than NY NY. The rooms were very clean and everything looked new. The best part was that the pool was open. There is a restaurant across the street that will deliver to the pool area. My wife and I had the good fortune to have spent 3 nignts here. What a great value and experience, complimented by nicely appointed and clean rooms. The staff (Angel and Patty at the front desk) and housekeepers ( Eva, Celeste and Erika) are just plain outstanding, making every attempt to make our stay the best possible experience. Stayed here in May 2013. Booked through hotel.com, for a room with two beds. Arrived after seven hour drive, and confirming en-route that we were on our way, at midnight. Found they only had one room left, with a single bed. Two male adults! Yeah, I dont think so. After heated discussion with clerk, who said it was not his problem, they did offer a cot. Next day spoke to manager, not much help. Could do nothing. Following day, they offered a different larger room, but wanted to charge more. I said no! I requested a refund, or some kind of offer, but they said they could do nothing about it. I travel extensively and often stay at BW. This may well be the last time. I should add, they emailed me a request for a "review". I gave a scathing review as detailed above and emailed it back. A few days later I receive a wonderful email back stating "thank you for the great review" and we will be "posting it on our website". Seriously! You cannot make these things up! lol FOLLOW UP: I was contacted by the owner of the hotel, who apologized for the incident. He offered to refund me one nights stay, which I accepted. He explained the mix up was a result of HOTEL.com not sending them the correct information on the beds. As a result I have adjusted my rating to *** Three stars!
