I had need of a local rental because of work and rented a condo in April 2018. Other than about 9 months when I was on another project, my family utilized their service consistently through June of this year (2023). The condo(s) that our family rented at very comfortable and fully finished. Over our time at Sports Village, we communicated when necessary with Jen or Chad who always addressed our concerns without hesitation completely. When it became time for us to move our contact changed to Randy. He is a top shelf individual whom we greatly appreciated when we were wrapping up our stay. I want to assure any who may happen upon my review that these folks were instrumental in our comfort and home wellness and wholeheartedly recommend their service. Thank you

Staying in…read morebuildings 5 or 6 will get you a breathtaking view of the vivid burnt orange sandstone and Dixie valley. This is the perfect place to stay if you are headed out to the plays in Tuacahn and a short drive away from all the Downtown activities and restaurants. Speaking of downtown, check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday- the many antique/ refurbishing shops and fun restaurants. There really is much to do in the little town, and staying at Las Palmas is the perfect landing spot to adventure out from. The rentals are spacious, but depending on the unit, some are dated or gaudy depending on taste (some are also more modernly furnished); the units come with washer/dryer, kitchens and BBQ's and all the amenities you need to cook in and feel at home. I believe they offer monthly rentals in addition to vacay rentals, starting at $95/night vacay or $1,000/month for a 1 bedroom. There are several pools on the grounds, playgrounds, plenty of parking and the Green Valley Resort Spa is adjacent to the property- **Now called the Amira Resort, coming Oct 1, 2017, which will be a 4 star and 4 diamond luxury property - so a lovely Spa is located right next door!**

I had to move my family out that same day and we got a hotel in town. Absolutely no customer service! They told me I was not getting a refund even a partial one. Be warned! This told me that it would have formica counter tops and old Tvs. But in reality, we walked into 1955, including the carpet, the furniture, the fixtures, and the bedding. We walked in at 11:30pm and were blasted with 100 degrees of an awful smell of dirty. The lights were turned on, but they couldn't turn on the air conditioner? We turned down the bed and a cockroach hurried off to find shelter. We looked under the bed to find it and we found trash. There was nowhere to put your food in the kitchen because the owners had them full of their clutter. The dresser drawers were broken. I went to open the blinds to wake my children and they fell on the floor. The towel supply was inadequate. The bathroom sinks did have soap, but there wasn't any shampoo or shower gel; when we were told that we would find everything we needed this was a huge inconvenience. We seriously considered calling to complain and move our location. We decided against this as we wanted to use our time seeing the sights instead of being an annoying tenant, packing our belongings again, moving, and be charged for calling, which states will happen in the terms and conditions. Charged for calling when you aren't happy, really? When we got home, we called Samantha (801) 695-8015 to let her know of our awful stay and request a refund of the outrageous cleaning fee of $125. I expect that when I pay $125 for cleaning, the condo would be clean when I enter. It was not. She was rude and told us that we should've called her to let her know we weren't happy, and that it stated that in the terms and conditions. I read the terms and conditions and nowhere did it say to call if you weren't happy. She refused to refund the cleaning fee. Never again would I stay with Resort Reservations Utah. They are unprofessional, rude and not accommodating.

It was easy to find with GPS and well-lit from outside. As a first time visitor, I was in the right place, but wasn't sure because the sign outside said "farmhouse" instead of "Stucki Farms." But I figured it out. There's plenty of parking outside. I noticed that there are other facilities, but it was dark outside and my event was strictly indoors, so I didn't wander around. The main event hall has a farmhouse feel to it, which seems appropriate for the theme they are going for. In the main room upstairs there's a beautiful fireplace and a giant Christmas tree (which obviously wouldn't be year-round but was festive in December). The lower level has a large space for dancing or you could set out tables and chairs-it's pretty versatile. There's an outdoor patio that's easily accessible so you can step outside if you'd like. I know there's more to this space, so I'll update my review if I come back and have the opportunity to check out the rest.

Buy quality stuff and stake it down in a sturdy place and you won't have an issue. Also the pools have exposed edges and many places to cut oneself. Sometimes there's music. Sometimes not. Sometimes a lifeguard. Sometimes not. Honestly I don't care about the lifeguards since it's already posted on signs and also in the agreement that "no lifeguard is on duty." Why assume liability when you don't have to? Use that money towards the little details like paying for there not to be spotify commercials and once again, replacing equipment that gets broken and providing the very basic human necessity of SHADE when it's over 100 degrees in the middle of July.
