We recently stayed at Desert Color in St. George, Utah, and overall had a great experience. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed for our stay. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, which made the trip even more fun for them.
The lagoon is stunning and definitely one of the highlights of the community. The only downside for us was that the water was extremely cold. If you're someone who gets sick easily from going between hot weather and cold water, it's something to keep in mind.
One thing that could be improved was the bedding. We weren't sure if the sheets had been changed before our arrival because we were itchy throughout our first night.
We also really enjoyed the community pool at the end of our stay. Just a heads up: make sure everyone has their wristband, as they do check before allowing guests to enter.
Overall, despite a couple of minor issues, we had a wonderful family getaway and would definitely come back. read more
