The noise level has greatly improved with the large retention walls on the side of i15. The resort is super clean! Free trash pick up, two dog parks, free doggy poop bags, daily propane fill up, and more. Laundry and bathrooms are very well kept. I haven't used the pool area but I always see staff cleaning and prepping the area. Baseball court, swings, and more are available! The prices are reasonable and what really makes it special is the staff! They are absolutely amazing, from Bree, Dillon, Kevin, Rosie, Marysa and Brevin, the truly take care of the resort and the guests. They've started with weekly events to bring people together, including weekly yoga, group cooking classes, poker night and more. Some are for the whole family and some just for adults.

This park was very convenient--just a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. Steve was very friendly and helpful getting us into our spot. He even moved us to a site farther away from the road, which was really nice and made for a quieter stay. The park is about 99% permanent residents, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. The laundry facilities were affordable and had newer washers and dryers. The showers were cleaned daily and had great water pressure. I was pleasantly surprised that the sites weren't as close together as I expected, which was definitely a plus. Overall, I'd recommend this park if you're looking for a no-frills, convenient, and affordable place to stay in the area.

We brought our side by side and with our whole set up we were 75' long and they easily accommodated us in a pull through. You can drive on streets in your off roader from the park all the way to the trails and dunes. You do need to purchase a permit to off road, which you can do online before you arrive. They kept us up to date on different happenings through the week...a yoga class, a couple food trucks (which were delicious) and a derby party. Fun touches! We would definitely stay here again!

The dunes are incredibly unique, with beautiful rock formations and endless opportunities to explore. While the trail itself is relatively short, you'll definitely want to take your time, linger, and climb around on the dunes to fully appreciate the scenery and views. Of all the hikes we did in the area, Petrified Dunes was our favorite. If you're visiting Snow Canyon, this trail is a must-do!

This review is for Scout Cave Trail which was a ~3.5 miles round trip that took ~2 hours to…read morecomplete. This was an unique and casual hike near St George, Utah. The first half of the trail was mostly flat with sand and lava rocks. The second half was a steady incline starting from the stairs. The end requires a little bit of rock scrambling to reach the cave. The views from inside and around the cave were spectacular. Utah residents ($15 entry fee) and non-residents ($20 entry fee). Decent sized parking lot to the left shortly after entering the state park. Trailhead and restrooms are located across the street from the parking lot.
