If I was running a business like this I would run it exactly the way they do it. Perfectly manicured park, well kept and maintained that any other park should take note. They know what is available and what is not in a matter of seconds. Laundry, dog park, fitness center, ice cream truck, dog run, fire pit, dog washing station with hot and cold water and so much more. I stayed one night originally but requested a second night and had to changed sites after running some errands. Staff is great, friendly and funny! I believe this is the nicest RV park we have ever stayed at. It's like staying in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of mature trees for shade. The sites were paved and level. Shower house and laundry room were clean and instant hot water. They had someone escort us to our site by golf cart. During our week long stay we received text messages about an ice cream truck and other gatherings. There was very little traffic noise. The price was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Do be aware there is a strict cancellation policy. read more

As a previous fifth wheel family of two years, we never really explored anything over $65, but in all honesty, for the price you pay to stay at WillowWind Rv Park, you'll be immensely happy. Whoever designed this place was good at their job. Beautifully paved roads, great spaces in-between neighbors, super clean facilities, and extremely kind staff. Our RV club comes to Hurricane UT each year in April or May & this is where we stay. A clean park with large mature trees, grassy areas & pet friendly it's only a 30 (or so) minute drive to beautiful Zion & close to stores & restaurants. It does have some pull through RV drives, but most are back in. Once you complete the quick check in procedures, you follow a guide to your spot & they help you back in, show you the hook-ups & point out showers, dumpsters & so on. We had trouble with the cable & asked for assistance. We've been here several times & never had any problems. It seems they have upgraded to a digital version. We found out our five year old TV doesn't work with the newer cable. They no longer have picnic tables at the sites & I do wish they did. They do come in handy. Nor, do they have individual fire pits, but they do have a large communal gas fire pit by the restrooms. They also have a pet washing station near the restrooms. That might come in handy, but it looked pretty cold to me. Located in the park is a large 2-story clubhouse with a kitchen, dining area, pool table & electric piano. Our group did use the dining area & appreciate being able to get together. I believe they could've gotten members of our group closer together. We made reservations months ago & were scattered all over the place. All in all, I'm sure we'll return next year. read more

This is one of the nicest RV parks I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled in my RV across 49 states and most of Canada. The park is in a hot place - but almost all sites are generously shaded with trees. The park is super clean, even though most of the people here seem to be full-time residents. (Many parks with full-timers are trashy.) the facilities are modern and well-kept. Just a short walk to shopping. Quiet. Close to the freeway. Pets accepted. Reasonable rates. My husband, his father and his wife, another couple friends and myself stayed at this park over Labor Day weekend. We all had RVs and the place was easy to find the service was really good. I called a few months back at the reserve spots. They were efficient on calling me back. And then I just confirmed our reservation couple days ahead of time which was perfect. The staff was efficient and very kind and directed us to our spots. They made sure we Were all together. My father-in-law had a trailer the direction of where he could park the trailer for the side-by-side. We unloaded our side-by-side's and everything fits in one spot. We went the next day and off he rolled it is a beautiful drive out to the desert from the RV park providing you go slow and follow the signs. The scenery is gorgeous the house is going out there are beautiful. Every day we took off on our side-by-sides And definitely enjoy the sights and what's around that area. If I had to stay here again I've already looked into booking another trip there. Additional information, the place is full of shade and large trees. Very nice. Plus it is really a large RV campground place. A little spendy for Labor Day weekend. 67$/night. But it is what it is. read more

I haven't been there, so I can't speak to that. I asked them today how much it would be for a family of 6 for one month. Kids are $8 extra EACH PER DAY, so it would be well over $1700 for a month for our family. I have been all over the country and have never heard anything so absurd in my life. The employees could not do enough for us. They were super kind and helpful. We had a few issues with our rig and they helped us to get back on the road. Delivered a picnic table within 30 minutes or the request. Nice to grab a cup of coffee and sit by the fire pit. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of hot water. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful (can't remember his name). Julie I think was the other person at the front desk who was helpful. In the 2 years we've been traveling, this is our first time coming across a camp site that has the water so close to the sewage... also, the electric panel is like, 50 ft away from the pad. We made a last minute reservation here when our weekend plans got screwed up but we are SO GLAD we did!! Beautiful grounds with well maintained grass, lots of shade for almost every spot, clean bathrooms, and fair pricing! Staff had wonderful customer service. Wonderful/ beautiful shaded area with lovely humans running the place. Everyone was so kind and helpful to us, as we had just purchased our first RV and taking it out for the first time! A wonderful man name Rodger went above and beyond making us feel welcomed and at home as if we have all known one another for years. Bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I've seen at a camp area ever( been in a tent for 12 years so the bathroom matters to me lol) In the evening we visited a near by pond known as Grandpa's pond and did some late night cat fishing. Willow wind RV Park is a very nice park. My husband and I have stayed there a few times, and we enjoyed it! BUT, if you have to shorten or cancel your stay, and do not give them a 30 day cancellation notice, don't expect to get any money back! This happened to us. So we sent an email to the office (which was forwarded to "corporate"), and the response back was: " your refund request has been denied". My husband and I were very disappointed. Like everybody else, we work hard for our money, and don't like to just give it away. Willow wind RV Park made us feel like we were not important customers to them. Had a lot of trouble finding a place to stay with our two pups while visiting Zion. We were road tripping for our honeymoon and didn't realize how busy the area would be. We called around and found this place 25 miles outside of Zion. They said they didn't have a tent site available but they had a teepee... we decided to take it. It's basically a teepee on a gators wooden floor. You still need mattress and all supplies. Nothing inside. It was ok. For two adults and two dogs we fit good with our mattress. Not good if rain in forecast as it has a hole in the top where poles tired together. We were a little worried our dogs may escape as door doesn't close or zip like a tent. It was okay. Probably wouldn't do it again. And it was $40 for a glorified tent. And to top it off they let someone set up a tent right next to the teepee ..... ‍ right next to clubhouse. Positive note the bathrooms were super nice and super clean. They had a tiny dog run which was nice too. Lots of staff around and place is clean and well maintained. Definitely a great place if you have a RV! read more

A beautiful RV park in Hurricane UT. Lots of trees create shade and privacy. The bathroom facilities were clean. Showers were large. There is a dog park behind the office with enough room for your puppy to get so exercise. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Quiet time was respected. We only spent one night as we were passing through. It looked like people were set up to stay while exploring the area. If you are in the area check it out. read more

This was a frustrating experience. We are regular Rv'ers and have been for years. 1. When we booked our reservation, no one mentioned a 30 day cancellation policy. We don't come accross that too much. We needed to cancel and ended up going because they were not flexible with the policy. Even for health issues. 2. When we arrived, they backed us into a tree branch so big, it scratched our Rv and lodged in the roof ladder. The guy who was backing us in, wasn't watching and didn't even know. We told them and they offered no resolution (ie sorry, we scratched your Rv, maybe we can get someone out to buff it?-didn't happen). 3. Sprinklers sprayed our campsite, table, chairs, bikes, etc. Made our area unusable. Ie They sprayed us when we were having our am coffee. We complained to 2 different people and they basically said it is what it is. I finally talked to the maintenance manager on day 4 who shut them off for us. But why did we have to ask 3 times? 4. They put us next to a permanent resident next door (mobile home) and didn't tell us that was the case when we booked. 5. We left a day early and informed the office. He actually said 'why are you just telling me now?'. No idea who he is...Are you kidding me? We've been telling your staff - They need to tell you. Not my problem. We won't be back. The typical, let us know when you have a problem and you do and they really don't care (except the maintenance manager - he eventually took action on his teams issue once he was made aware). read more

Stayed here Mar/April of 2021 and loved this park! Property is immaculate, lots of trees, the people are incredibly friendly, it's like a little community. So convenient to all necessities, easy drive to a huge variety of hiking trails and off-road trails, close proximity to Zion National Park. Will definitely be back! read more

Great staff! We called hoping to get a site after a long travel day, and we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly staff member. She got us into two beautiful sites. They have a guy who guides you into the site with such precision and skill that our guys want to bring him to the next rv Park! The only reason I won't give a 5 Star is because there is no pool. My family really enjoyed this RV park. Large, level paved pads with lots of shade trees. All the shared common areas were very clean. It was very quiet, peaceful. Laundry, large bathrooms with showers, rec room, full hook ups including cable and WiFi. Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store, gas station and a few fast food options. A short twenty minute drive to St George or Zion for hiking. Our dogs had a puppy park to do their business. We were even escorted by staff to our camp site and she helped us back in. Lovely clean park! Very well maintained and convenient to area attractions. We stayed in the satellite spot, which did not have trees overhead, which was perfect for what we needed. Many other space options available with trees/shade if desired. Large local grocery store (Lin's) located across the main road, as well as gas, restaurants, etc.... All in this lovely town. This is a beautiful park with fully grown trees for awesome cover from the Sun. They also have spots available without cover if you have Satellite. Very well maintained. There is plenty of area to walk the dogs and everyone was very friendly. It is very close to town but you wouldn't know it, very quiet. Great place to stay and great monthly rates. Only about a 1/2 hr from Zion, close to Sand Hallow SP and Quail Creek SP. read more

RV parks are not my cup-a tea. I like county, state and National Parks best when on a Twoairheads Airstreaming Adventure! When I need something other than tea, well WillowWind is mighty fine. RV spacious, flat, paved sites separated by grass for my Airstream trailer and full hook ups (electrical, gray and black water). Well managed, WIFI, and cable. Bath and showers super tidy the entire week we parked our rig there. Good location in Hurricane. Quiet. Safe. This summer (June) we stayed 3 nights and spent over $300 my hands were tied by scheduling or I'd have avoided it. The site cost includes 2 people. If you happen to be a family be prepared for additional charges per person. You'd think an RV park would understand, you know... families traveling. The price is grossly over what's reasonable. We travel a LOT. This is one of the nicest RV parks we've ever stayed at. Most all the sites are almost completely shaded. The staff go out of their way to help you with any problems. Here's a great bonus: The internet is OMG AWESOME! It's as if we are hooked up directly to our own wifi. The park is very close to lots of water and hiking fun as well as Zion National Park.
