From the time we arrived, to the time we left we were treated like family. Travis (the owner) was available daily to make sure our stay was as perfect as can be. We enjoyed the spacious and beautifully maintained sites, the sparkling clean bathrooms, the inviting pool and spa, and the sports courts. We also rented a fire ring which he personally delivered. We even had an embarrassing incident when our friend's car leaked oil on the concrete. Observing the pride that he has in his business I know this must have been upsetting, but he tried to make us feel better by reminding us that "nobody died" and it will all be okay. When we asked them to lower it we were confronted with obstinance and told it was Utah state law to keep it that high. Well that's not true and it's a dangerous temperature. Subsequent request were met with angry retorts. So I called the Health Department and it finally got resolved. Now guests can enjoy the spa. What a bunch of arrogant employees.

We enjoyed the private hot tub outside our wagon along with the private kitchen and fireplace area.

Drive to the gated area to the right of the main entrance roadway and they will peacefully look at you or ignore you. They posed wonderfully for photos! There is a mini general store for food provisions, clothing and more. Very friendly lady working in there. One can pick up their swimming towels for their warm swimming pool and hot tubs nearby. There are showers and even an adults only hot tub area. There will is also more fast food dining options and gas stations nearby. Located about 15 minutes to Zion Park and the other direction to LaVerkin. Lots of hiking and dirt roads to explore nearby, too.

They know what is available and what is not in a matter of seconds. Shower house and laundry room were clean and instant hot water. They had someone escort us to our site by golf cart. During our week long stay we received text messages about an ice cream truck and other gatherings. There was very little traffic noise. The price was very reasonable. The noise level has greatly improved with the large retention walls on the side of i15. The resort is super clean! Free trash pick up, two dog parks, free doggy poop bags, daily propane fill up, and more. Laundry and bathrooms are very well kept. I haven't used the pool area but I always see staff cleaning and prepping the area. Baseball court, swings, and more are available! The prices are reasonable and what really makes it special is the staff! They are absolutely amazing, from Bree, Dillon, Kevin, Rosie, Marysa and Brevin, the truly take care of the resort and the guests. They've started with weekly events to bring people together, including weekly yoga, group cooking classes, poker night and more. Some are for the whole family and some just for adults.

Red Ledge RV Park is approx 0.25 mi from the entrance of Kanarra Falls making it a prime location for hikers. Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperative with us and we weren't able to hike the whole thing due to snow. Our stay here was pleasant. Check in process went smoothly. There was WiFi and locked bathrooms with showers that were fairly clean. The people we did see were kind and kept to themselves. It looks like they have picnic tables, BBQs, and a fire pit available for use but due to the snow those amenities weren't usable for us. Overall, I would stay here again, but probably during the warmer seasons.

The RV pads vary in range and price and they offer 4 different discounts. Several staying there were long haulers, but a few arrived during the week like us and left. They do allow pets and make sure you clean up after your pet. We did have one trailer behind us that kept letting their dog poop on our spot and never cleaned it, there was poop in our site when we arrived too and what's worse was they actually tied their dog to our trailer and we didn't know it until we walked to the back and it came at us barking. Aside from the the property is nice and very clean. Has pickle ball court, putting hole, bbq, bathroom and showers, game room and laundry. When the Sinclair opens it'll be really convenient to pull over to get gas and food. They do have full hookups too. Prices are on the website to make reservations.
