The parking was confusing and I believe that was confusing to a lot of people. It's not very well labeled so the place could definitely fix that, but besides that we had such a great stay here.

It's a unique oversized condo located in Hurricane and very close to St. George, not too far from Zion National Park (about a 45 minute drive). It's conveniently located near the freeway, grocery stores and restaurants. The parking is free and designated parking garage according to your unit with a door entry. I was sold when I saw that they had a full kitchen along with an outdoor and indoor pool. Upon arrival, you don't need to go to a front desk to check in. They email you a code to enter at the door and you just go right in and also the same as when you check out. The rooms are fully stocked with kitchen appliances and even a BBQ grill! The condo itself has ample space, a huge bathroom, a walk in closet, a living room, a dining table that seats 6 and a washer and dryer! The atmosphere is relaxing and with 4 of us, there was plenty of space. The resort is the perfect distance between parks and the city. We enjoyed 4 days here, the amenities and the feeling of privacy. This place is not crowded at all, it was the perfect getaway. Major plus - it's super quiet, there's a gas station right next to it, a little market and a wine store about 500 feet away with tons of wine!

I wish every hotel we had was this good. Not breaking the bank, but new hardware, friendly staff, gorgeous setting, clean, everything! Apparently they offer e-bikes too. Breakfast was included in a nearby Mexican place (huge portion!). The highlight is their hot tub on a hill in the back, overlooking the Red Rock Inn and the surrounding mountains. Just amazing. The cabin felt so new; I love the soaking jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom. Sharon checked us in; she was super friendly and introduced us to the cute white puppy who was sort of the dog in residence. When we had questions about WiFi in our cabin and other small things, we were able to reach her on the phone. We stayed at the Zion Lodge inside the national park for the first few days of our hiking trip; it was a dump compared to Red Rock Inn, which is much more civilized. It is in Springdale, a very pleasant town at the entrance to Zion.

This property utilizes contactless check-in, so we were able to arrive around 11pm easily. These villas would be the perfect option for someone with a small family. They came with two rooms, one shared bathroom, full kitchen with cooking appliances and fridge, and a washer dryer! We literally could not stop gushing about how amazing this place was. We had booked a stay at Flanigan's in May 2026 with the intention to hike Angel's Landing and the…read moreNarrows. Leading up to our stay, Flanigan's sent me a ton of e-mails trying to upsell us on spa treatments, restaurant reservations, etc. On the flip side, I asked them multiple times if we would be able to leave our car parked at the hotel while we did one overnight on the Narrows and never got a response. This is an ongoing theme with these guys - their number one concern is cash and what they can get out of their guests, not the guests themselves. Two days before my stay, I got a "pre-registration" e-mail. This one included requests for things like credit card for the deposit, check in time, etc. This form I actually filled out and returned to Flanigan's. The next day (the day before I was meant to stay at Flanigan's) I got a phone call from them which I ignored. I subsequently got an e-mail from them saying that "per my request, my reservation was cancelled". Needless to say, I had NOT asked to cancel my reservation. I immediately responded and was told that the credit card I had given was declined and it is Flanigan's policy to cancel reservations in that case. Here's the kicker, though, they had charged the credit card I had used when I booked the reservation, NOT the one that I had given them in their stupid "pre-registration" e-mail. They hadn't even looked at that. They tried the credit card from the time of booking, gave me one phone call while I was at work, and then just cancelled the reservation. The day before we were supposed to go. The genius behind this effort was Garn Henderson. Garn would not accept anything but me calling them to update the card. They wouldn't even bother to charge the card that I had given them on the pre-registration form. When Garn proved completely useless, I was forwarded to resort manager Cade Campbell who proved to be the single worst resort professional I have ever met. Cade refused to apologize and, again, charge the card that I had given them and told me that Flanigan's has to resort to this policy because they're holding so many "high value rooms". A minute-long search on Trivago showed that this was a straight-up lie and that Flanigan's had all kinds of rooms available. They're just too lazy, rude, and unhelpful to bother to do the right thing. It got so bad that I told Cade to just go ahead and keep our reservation cancelled. The story has a happy ending as we found a great room at the Springhill Suites which was $200 cheaper and had staff that was wonderful and helpful. After we got to Springdale, we actually saw Flanigan's and it was clear that this place just bills itself as a "resort" so that it can charge a markedly higher price. It's indistinguishable from the Springhill Suites or the Best Western Plus. Just stay at one of those places and avoid this dump.

We went to the spa daily and also tried out their affiliated restaurant Spotted Dog. Both places are must do's too! But my favorite thing about this place is it appears there's a veteran neighbor: a deer that was there in the garden hanging out in the shade every day!! It was so cute!
