The attention to detail was stellar - kids nood, cute bunk beds, dining areas, large kitchen, claw foot bathtub, shiplap, I can go on and on. I even told my sisters-in-law that every room is like a pinterest set-up of all the room configuration you pinned. It made me want to really live there or find me a nice cottage in Saint George. This is the perfect place to stay if you are headed out to the plays in Tuacahn and a short drive away from all the Downtown activities and restaurants. Speaking of downtown, check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday- the many antique/ refurbishing shops and fun restaurants. There really is much to do in the little town, and staying at Las Palmas is the perfect landing spot to adventure out from. The rentals are spacious, but depending on the unit, some are dated or gaudy depending on taste (some are also more modernly furnished); the units come with washer/dryer, kitchens and BBQ's and all the amenities you need to cook in and feel at home. I believe they offer monthly rentals in addition to vacay rentals, starting at $95/night vacay or $1,000/month for a 1 bedroom. There are several pools on the grounds, playgrounds, plenty of parking and the Green Valley Resort Spa is adjacent to the property- **Now called the Amira Resort, coming Oct 1, 2017, which will be a 4 star and 4 diamond luxury property - so a lovely Spa is located right next door!**

Then, just five days before our arrival, we were informed that our house had been given to another family. The company admitted the mistake was their fault, yet told us there was nothing they could do except offer a much smaller house that could not accommodate our group. What made the situation even worse was their attitude. They stated they would not inconvenience the other party who booked after us, despite acknowledging that we had reserved the property first and that the error was entirely theirs. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete disregard for our family's plans was extremely disappointing. I would never book with this company again and would strongly caution others before trusting them with their vacation accommodations.

Exactly as Advertised! Unit 2005: We stayed 3 nights in St…read more George at the end of a "National Parks" vacation and it was excellent! It was just as clean and well put together as the photos shown on-line (always a pleasant welcome!!). This unit was very spacious with high ceilings, nice carpet and furniture, comfortable beds and an extra-large master bath. The kitchen was even larger than I anticipated, had good appliances and was well stocked for the two nights we cooked-in; gas grill was wonderful for that too. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and family room were a bonus, full size washer and dryer in the unit plus new patio door curtains. All very well organized and maintained -- YEA!! Plenty of towels, pool towels and kitchen/bath products made it easy to settle in. The unit is located on the perimeter of the neighborhood and has a nice view out to the desert mountains. It's shaded until shortly after lunch so it was a pleasant opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. It definitely had the nicest patio furniture in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the 2 smaller neighborhood pools the most since there was some shade available from the surrounding landscaping but if you're looking to swim laps then you'll want to go to the club pool (included). The neighborhood is just a few minutes from the grocery store and about 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping; we thought it was very convenient. I would definitely return to this unit!
