This comfort inn is probably one of the spacious Comfort Inn we have stayed and very well maintained as well. We stayed here for one night during our visit to Zion National Park they have plenty of parking and will it. It is easily accessible from the highway. The check-in process is pretty easy, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and maintained, and the restroom is super clean and nicely maintained. The Wi-Fi connection is great. There are a lot of convenience stores that are closer, then lit of restaurants and food delivery options. The breakfast buffet is comparable to other Comfort Inns, definitely worth the price and good breakfast. The bed arrangement for four was perfect with two beds . During the checkout, the staff did ask about our stay. I will definitely stay here again if I am traveling this way. read more

We came in around 2:50 pm Saturday 8/24/2024 for our check in at 3pm -the front desk girl forgot her name but I think her shift starts at 3pm. She was great! Answered our questions gave us good recommendations to places. Our room was clean . Free breakfast. WiFi was okay wasn't as fast kept lagging. But overall it was great. I would definitely come back and stay when I'm in town . read more

The staff went above and beyond. Super nice and The manager went out of her way to call Comfort inn customer service to get my AAA discount added on after we had already checked in. The pool was nice the kids loved it. Breakfast was limited due to Covid but everything else was good. Room was clean and spacious. Vending machines and ice machines in hallways are helpful. It's also about a 25/30 min drive away from Zion national park. read more

I hardly ever give five stars for hotels but I was super happy with my stay here. It was a clean, quiet, and spacious room. We stayed in a king room and it had a nice couch seating area. Most hotel rooms you are resigned to sitting on the bed so it was nice to have another place to sit. The shower was amazing, spacious and great water pressure. There was no bathtub in case that is something you are looking for. The breakfast buffet didn't include much, cereal, yogurt, blueberry muffins and some apples/bananas. If breakfast is important for you, I would not stay here. My favorite part was how quiet the rooms/hotel was in general. Occasionally, you could hear little kids running down the hallway but that's to be expected. Other than that it was so quiet and peaceful! It also felt very safe. Would give no stars if it would let me. The manager Dimple Kotak was very unprofessional and rude. She charged me $50 extra for a pen mark on a sheet. When I called to ask what this charge was about and she just yelled at me. I told her I didn't appreciate how disrespectful she was being and she hung up on me. During my stay I noticed the front desk just play on their cell phones and don't answer phones. The rooms were nice but the employees lack in customer service. This whole experience with the so called "manager" was horrible. read more

I spend about 90 nights a year in Choice properties. This was by far the nicest! New, clean, super friendly staff, and my wife says the best coffee! Definately stay here. Minutes from Zion National Park. Good job on this one Choice. read more

My family and I, we reserved 2 rooms at this brand new hotel for our Zion's trip. It located close to I-15 & Hwy 9. Walmart is 2 miles away. Zion NP is 26 miles away. Very clean and nice lobby. Check-in was fast and easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and super clean. Bed is super comfy with 5 fluffy pillows. Love it. Everything is new and nice. Bathroom is roomy with all toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soaps. In-room includes coffee and tea maker, fridge and microwave, a nice flat screen TV. Large sitting area with comfortable couch for watching TV or reading. AC is cool and quiet, wifi is super fast. There is an indoor pool. Breakfast is healthy and yummy with self-made waffles, eggs and cheese omelet, sausages, biscuits and gravy, fruits, yogurt... Overall, I would give a 5 * across the board. The worst hotel experience of my life took place here a few years back. I have traveled the world and have never been so disrespected by anyone in the hospitality industry. The franchise owner/manager is in the wrong business. Best of luck to you. Stay at the sleep in and suites. I goto Hurricane twice a year and accidentally booked this hotel when it was first built. In response Dimple Kotak was my issue. I was in town night fishing 4 days in a row. I came in at 630 am and overslept past the 11 am checkout so she decided to call the police. What a joke!! you are in the hospitality industry!! Learn how to handle people and situations instead of throwing a temper tantrum and not only disrespecting your staff ( "the house keeper doesn't know f***ing anything" you said) and disrespecting your customers. The way you handled such a simple situation was completely unacceptable and shows your true character. You are in a position of power so learn how to use it the right way instead of creating a toxic environment. I'm sure you will read this and go on to rationalize why you did what you did but at the end of the day you and I know you were WRONG Dimple Kotak. Choice hotels corporate will be hearing about this now that I have the board of directors email addresses. Not to mention I tell the story to everyone when I come in. On the plus side, our room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were excellent at check-in, and the hotel's wifi is nice and fast. On the minus side, nobody was present when we wanted to check out of the hotel. The air conditioner in our room was very loud. Nice hotel! Conveniently located to Zion National Park about a 25min drive. Staff was friendly, however I was covid wasn't an issue because breakfast is just not the same. They offered instant oatmeal, yogurt, and muffins as the main entree along with milk, oj, and some fresh fruit oranges and apples. They definitely are doing the best they can! This is a newer hotel based on the reviews that I read. With all the uncertainty that came with the virus we were skeptical about even travelling over a weekend. The night of check in was pleasant as we didn't see that it was very busy this made us feel better as we were trying to avoid crowds. The gentleman that checked us in welcomed us and was very nice throughout our stay. They have an indoor pool that can get crowded which we did not get to enjoy as our own precaution. It seemed nice at a distance though I hear it's heated. With the room, what you see is what you get. Clean,organized and comfortable like a hotel room should be. Very close to all the places we wanted to Hike (not Zion). I would definitely stay here again. read more

We just stayed here with our children the last four nights. The Comfort Inn exceeded our expectations. In the past, I have stayed at "Inns" before (Day's Inn, Goodnight Inn) in Southern California and was disappointed, so initially I was a bit nervous...but low and behold, this place was great! The Comfort Inn was extremely clean, neat, and organized. The beds were crisp with comfortable plush pillows. The linens and towels looked brand new. Everything looked extremely sanitized and clean such as the elevator and hallways...something I always look out for. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating too. This place is super clean. All hotel guest say hello and are friendly. Best part is Walmart down the street. You are a bit far from Zion but for the price, totally worth it! Beds are super comfy and get all the tv channels. I don't hear anyone in a different room. The pool is awesome with the slide. Hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. We stayed here a few days ago for our trip to Zion and we were very happy with it! Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable - which to us is the most important, especially during the pandemic. I don't normally write reviews, but thought this would be helpful to those concerned about Covid. The front desk attendant was behind plexi glass and put her mask on when we walked up. She was very friendly, which is a plus. Most guests were wearing masks, but of course there were a couple who didn't. I would imagine breakfast was a bit different than normal (understandable), but we just wanted coffee before hitting the road. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. read more

We were out here for a riding trip and ran into some weather that inclined us to need to cancel our second night. She said no nothing I can do. Very blunt and rude. Check out is at 11am and we were trying to do this at about 10AM so we were good to still check out. Not like we already stayed beyond that. Anyways, room was nice and clean.
