This is... err was... my go-to Five Guys location. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has declined tremendously as prices continue to skyrocket. For about $8-9, a "little burger" consisting of a single thin patty, served on a flat, soggy bun, topped with a measly portion of mushrooms, a couple of sad-looking pickles, and a thin coating of ketchup and mustard, all at a lukewarm temperature... I'm better off going to another fast-food place for half the price and twice the quantity. Sorry Five Guys, but I'm done with you guys. The only thing keeping this from becoming a one-star review is that the workers are always pleasant and courteous. Too bad they can't make a good sandwich as they used to, though. read more

My friend took me and several others out to this location. The restaurant was busy but there was ample seating. The menu is straightforward and I had a cheeseburger and drink and we all shared regular and Cajun fries and it was delicious! Prices exponentially extreme compared to elsewhere. Burger meat absolutely tasteless as if unseasoned raw ground beef were boiled in oily (peanut) water; not broiled/grilled and not seasoned. This is not limited to this location, but every Five Guys I had been to in the past 5yrs (about 4 locations due to necessity of location and travel) If you are one to bury your meat with liquid condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard), as well as pickles, then MAYBE the tasteless meat might be masked, but a well made burger should be delicious and have flavor on its own. Personally, I add Lettuce/Onion/Tomato, which should only enhance the flavor of meat, not be a substitute for it. The buns are also compressed into the sandwich, as if someone stepped on it; not aesthetically pleasing. Very gracious and friendly staff, however, who cooked to order (6min prep time), which is a good thing if their product tasted good. Haven't had their fries or shakes in a while. I do remember them as tasty. If you want fries and a shake, this is a good chain to visit, for burgers, anywhere else should be preferable. read more

I went to Five Guys last week with my parents, and even though the veggie sandwiches are pretty expensive (veggie = $3.80 and veggie with cheese = $4.79), they are delicious. I ordered two veggies with 'All the Way' and one Veggie w/cheese 'All the Way'. Both are delicious and super hard and messy to eat, but whatever. I can usually vouch for the fries everytime - soggy and flavorful just the way I like it. But last week, they were super crispy or chewy, and I really did not enjoy it. Their vanilla/chocolate shake is really tasty as well. I would definitely recommend for once in awhile purposes because it is extremely fattening!! read more

Solid every time. Luscious cheesy burgers, crisp golden buttery fries. This time we tried a cookies and cream and chocolate milkshake. The guy was nice enough to split them in Two and top them both with whipped cream so all 4 of us could share. Just the best fast fOor burger there is in my opinion. And the folks are real nice and accommodating at this location. Recommend the little bacon cheeseburger (one patty) all the way. I was very disappointed when my wife and I had dinner tonite in Valencia. We both ordered the single patty cheeseburgers and when I opened the bun the meat was separated and very small. I don't know if the company has reduced the size or weight or possibly increasing the fat content which could cause it to shrink when cooking. It was not even worth eating for almost $9 so we will be looking for someplace else as I can't swallow steak and prefer ground meat due to a medical condition caused by cervical spine surgery called Dysphagia. read more

It's nice to have options around when you have a craving for a burger. First you go shopping then swing by this joint for a bite to eat. First off, it smells incredible in here. Second, it's clean. I'm a fan of restaurants that have a short menu, doing what you do well and not trying to be fancy. I've only been to this location twice and forgot how huge a cheeseburger is. Next time a little cheeseburger would be more than plenty for me. Add on little fries, because even though it's a tiny cup they come in, they always over flow by double the size. I like that you have a handful of options to add into the burger (my suggestion, always get the grilled onions). The burger itself is very juicy and flavorful. The fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. I came at a not so busy time, only two tables sat and no line, so no hassle. read more

For $10. you get the standard double with or without cheese and all the toppings you can imagine, on a crushed bun, and a cuppa hot fries that spills into the bag and is easily enough for three. Another few bucks for the bottomless drinks. When the 13 year old we were with suggested McDonald's for lunch, I Yelped for an alternative and found this 5 Dudes even closer than the golden arches. It was his first try and though he didn't say much, he ate the whole sandwich, plenty of fries, and washed everything down with Sprite. Win-win for all of us. read more

This is my usual go-to Five Guys - plus it is the only one close to me. I use to not have any problems with this location, but lately I have issues. 1) Why offer online ordering if I come there to pick up and leave, and you didn't even check to see if there was an online order? They had to make it on the spot. No one was in there either. Now I order online and call to see that they actually look at their PC and see my order. During my lunch break it is not convenient to come here expecting to pick up my order when it is already paid for and ordered online. 2) My orders are a hit or miss. Sometimes I ask for jalapenos, and there are not on my burger. Other times they are on my burger. Inconsistent with actually making the order correctly. Overall, when the burgers and fries are made well, they are delicious. I believe they are open until 10pm every night. read more

I have been to a few Five Guys, and for me it is just an OK burger and not too much more. Yes, the burger is better then Mickey D's, Wendy's, etc., but not by a wide margin. The pluses are the burger is freshly cooked to order. Five Guys also has a nice choice of fresh toppings in addition to the mustard, ketchup, and so on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The minuses are they use a regular store bought/supermarket bun and the burger itself is just average. However, for the price it is a decent burger and probably a lot fresher then the fast food chains. The fries are very good, hand cut and the portions are huge. The spicy Cajun fries are very tasty and not overly hot. The Five Guys item I like the most is their hot dog. They use a Kosher style hot dog and cut in half and grill on the flat top. It is super tasty and moist. Unfortunately again it goes on regular Wonder Bread type of bun. The shops are clean, bright, plain and uniform as they are a franchise. I have been to the Marlton Crossing, Nixon Drive and Vorhees locations. Five Guys supplies free peanuts while you wait for your order. They offer soda, drinks and water from a self serve machine. Five Guys is a franchise and is a step up from the fast food giants, but in this Yelpers opinion not a significant one. read more

Ok guys, I still love the hot dogs, Hamburgers & awesome fries!!! You just started a new program where you can't just call your place & order your food. You have to go through a recording & it isn't working well. You can't specify anything the way you want it as it just doesn't work that way. Then after going through all of that, you get text messages. Your order will be ready at this time. Call when you leave to come & get your order. Call when you get there to pick it up! LoL Too much to go through to order a hot dog & hamburger! I wanted fries without salt but I couldn't order it through you taped message so I had to call & get someone on the phone anyway to get my order the way I preferred it. Go back to your old ways. Let us call you, place the order & pick it up without going through all of this. The food is always good, the staff is always nice but it's now a bit of a hassle just to order something simple. It's "NO" Shake Shack/In & Out Burger but way better than Smashburger ,B-Good & your fastfood chains! It can get pricey but thats what you get when you are paying for fresh food.I am not a fan of the smashing the burger flat. I like my burgers medium/medium rare. Sometimes they can get over cooked. If you are going to eat in tell them not wrap up your burger. Wrapping the burgers in aluminum foil make the roll soggy. They need to fix this problem!Fries are great!! Peanuts are a great addition! The burgers here are good but they're a greasy mess. The topping selections are vast and I believe that you can select what you want on your burger at no extra cost. The fries are OK, service is decent and the location is very convenient as well. They're definitely better than what's offered in a typical fast food restaurant but prices are still a bit high. They may have overplayed their hand, depending on who you ask. Also, don't get this on the go if you have anywhere important to be. They make a tasty burger but this is the only place I know of where you can reliably depend on "stomach issues" after eating here, in 30 minutes or less, without fail. read more

Five Guys is one of my favorite places for burgers, so it makes me sad that I can't give this location a 5-star rating. It seems that they consistently get my order wrong. Last time they forgot bacon and today no BBQ sauce. The BBQ isn't as big a deal since it is a free topping, but even so, when you order something you should be able to bring it back to your office without digging through fries first to check your burger. Ok five guys here it goes. So you guys are pretty much a staple in our house hold. We order from you a lot and really enjoy your burgers and fries, but I'm a little frustrated with my past couple of experiences. Our last two times ordering from you via online - which is how we always order - you guys have got it wrong and made us wait for our food to be ready. Our last order was last night and it was the same experience we had last week when we ordered. Everything was just about verbatim. Both times we ordered online, I came to pick up the order and there was nobody at the front counter. I waited a little and then an employee who was eating at a table yells, "one at the front" and 4 employees come running from the back room asking how can they help me. I tell them I'm here to pick up my online order and they look confused. They gather around and then realize they never noticed the order came in. They apologize and quickly get my order ready. Now, I understand the industry and can empathize when a mistake happens, but like I said this is now the 2nd time in a row this has happened. Also, both times the employees were doing whatever they were doing in the back room obviously not paying attention to their online ordering system. Every time I have been here I have left stuffed and satisfied. they give you a huuuuuge heap of fries I love that- and they have free peanuts to munch on while you wait :) reasonably priced, free toppings(maybe 12 to choose from) And you can get the Cajun style fries which I love if you don't want the regular kind.
