Been here several times through the years. It's a neighborhood staple. It's gotten progressively better as well in terms of service. The cashiers are always engaging and friendly. We usually bring our children and they treat them kindly. Food is always great and comes out quick. Grab some peanuts while you wait. Lobby is always clean, restrooms as well. read more

1130 am, Wednesday, March 11, 2026 There was mention of a BOGO burger offer on Google for Five Guys' 40th Anniversary after party celebration. They wanted a do over of this promotion from February. I went for it and ordered from the app. I ordered a double cheeseburger bowl with all the toppings except the buns & mayonnaise. I was quite surprised that the lettuce wrapped double CB with bacon tasted so good! The fries were already cold by the time I walked back to the office. I recommend they get eaten first when they're hot. My last visit here to this location, they over cooked the patties which made me hesitant in returning today to give them another try. So, with this visit they're back to even par. See you next time maybe. Haha. read more

I usually drop by here to get a hamburger as it's the closest location to where I live, and there's easy parking in front on Wilshire Blvd. and on the side streets. Today I tried their fries for the first time and they are amazing. They cook their fries to a golden brown and a regular size is more than enough. They are perfectly cooked. I highly recommend them. The service is so nice and it's really easy to order in advance on the Five Guys app and pick up the order here. You can also eat in, and it's clean inside with the typical Five Guys white and red "diner" vibe...and they always have those terrific free peanuts waiting in the box just in case you have to wait a bit for your order. I keep reading a lot of complaints about the prices, but the regular burgers here are actually double patties so if you order a "small burger" or the patty melt it's a less expensive burger with a single patty and more like a typical hamburger. And if you happen to have a gold American Express card, you get $10 credit at Five Guys every month. read more

Earlier I spoke to Eric about a order and rec correcting them and without hesitation he was able to do so the professionalism over the phone was already welcoming and warm along with the staff who picked up the phone in the beginning. Everyone is doing a very good job in there, and if you so happen to be in the area, don't be afraid to say hello to Eric and the rest of the team at five guys. These people were very hard and the competition should have their notes taken! The area was clean, and the food is always good food is perfect read more

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that had so much mayonnaise that the top bun was soggy and the bottom bun was soggy as well with mustard and it was coming apart. Why I made the dumb decision to come here is anyone's guess. A burger isn't a 4 course meal; it's quite simple to execute but for this place maybe not. Highly overrated and frankly burger joints are a penny a dozen! I'm better off getting a meat grinder attachment for my KitchenAid and grinding high quality beef and making my own burgers to the doneness I prefer. Good for those that will continue to spend money at Five Guys. I'll take my standards and move on. read more

Randomly closed early at 10 PM on their 40th anniversary... guy totally ignored me when I tried to ask why?

Great food and even better service! I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and the manager was incredibly helpful, immediately checked the CCTV footage and helped us track them down. Really appreciated the quick support and kindness. Definitely coming back! read more

If you are blind-folded and led into an eatery where you are slapped with the aroma of burgers on the flat-top and potato frying in peanut oil and, most notably, Eighties rock is blasting, you know you're in a Five Guys restaurant. For fast casual, it's still consistent and solid with the back-yard style burgers. I just wish it were a bit lower in price, but the beef patty is tasty. Some people think it's better than In-n-Out, but I've come to realise they are each different type of American burger beasts that do certain things great. In the case of Five Guys, their french fries are amasing and almost no contest compared to I-n-O. The "little" size is more than enough to share. Or you can just make a meal of it yourself. I'm happy with that. read more

Soooooo I tried it with my coworker because he never tried it. I warned him that it's over priced but good.....boy was I wrong.....it was worse!!! How do you make a burger and NOT SEASON THE BURGER!! If you're gonna tell me "you have to ask for seasoning" that's bs I'm sorry. McDonald's maybe bad but they season their burgers regardless read more

I've had better burgers at an old burger joint that's greasy dirty and doesn't even look right compared to your establishment! Your prices are foul and overly inflated the fact that you have thought that your burger is above Tommy's In-N-Out the habit or even Bobs big boy is very much a high reach for you. I would never visit your establishment again, even if you paid me.! read more

My 16 yo nephew REALLY wanted to go to a Five Guys while we were visiting LA. So, we went. It was good, very usual five guys fare. Inside seating, fountain drinks and all the rest were available. Other than maybe packets for condiments everything seemed pretty business as usual. We got there right at 11A so it wasn't busy. Food came out fast and it was all fresh and super-tasty! read more

If I could give this place, 100 stars I would. Every time I have a intense leg day with my trainer. I feel like I deserve a burger and five guys has been my place for a minute, and I just instantly fell in love with this place the employees are so nice they make sure that I have everything in my bag that I need And it's just made with so much love and I just really loved five guys burgers and this spot has been my favorite place. I literally come here every week to get a nice juicy burger, so I just wanted to praise employees inside I think all the guys for their hard work and I will be back next week for another good burger read more

I love any Five Guys! Staff here is great! Love how they are friendly and helpful. I love the cheeseburgers. I can add up any amount of extras and not be charged extra!! The fries made to order just like the burgers. I have yet to try the Cajun fries and milk shake. But I'm good with my free peanuts and I don't need to check in to get some free peanuts. You can ask for a bag to take some home also. Parking is street. Not sure if you can park in the complex and get validation. read more

I'm not from this area. Traveling last weekend, & I love Five Guys in my hometown. This place in particular had great service. It wasn't spotless. Food was delicious UNTIL, my friend spotted a hair in the fries! Killed our appetite. I placed the hair on the cup to show the Four guys, not five, who were standing around chit chatting as we were eating. (Instead of at least 1 of them cleaning or something). I bring up the chit chatting because they're laughing & joking & one of them has a beard. Short & curly, like the hair I found in my fries. I showed them & they were kind enough to grant me a $10 gift card. Ok, but I mentioned to them that they should drain the oil & empty our the fries. (Which they won't) I asked them why they're not wearing hair nets & they stated that it's only if you have long hair. Well, as you can see, short hair makes it's way onto the food too you know. I'll never be back to that one establishment. read more

Visited today around 6:30pm. Waited in line and placed my order, was given my total and I handed the cashier a $20 bill to pay, only to be told they don't take cash. I said I was here last week and I was able to pay with cash, cashier responded by saying that the cashier was on a break and she can't take cash. As I didn't have a card on me, I wasn't able to purchase food. Lame and disappoint. Thankfully Chipotle next door took my money. Terrible business practice. read more

They were peanuts in a big bag in the doorway and the place was kind of set up a bit different than I'm used to ramp reminded me a little bit of In-N-Out Burger in the way they have it set up but basically three times the price! Yes you read correctly look at my pictures a burger a small Dr Pepper was $17 and some change it's just not worth it the bread just fell apart and was a little bit not soft... The dough the bread was hard Kinda and it was a cheap bun that fell apart so I ended up having to get my fingers all dirty trying to eat the rest of the burger... I would not go again I wouldn't recommend this place it's just cause it's too expensive read more

Five Guys - Less than 10 fries - Burgers Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I had a craving for 5 Guys since I hadn't eaten there in years. I ordered a smaller bacon cheeseburger and small fries, and it came out to $19. Yikes #1. The taste was severely lacking and mushed together (I ordered the suggested toppings) and the fries (which I was looking forward to) were a soggy mess. In some ways, I'm glad I indulged my craving and walked away with a bad experience, because now I know to never go back. Service was good though - no complaints there. Ambiance is the same as other 5 Guys - not bad for a burger joint. read more

Ordered a cheeseburger (which is a double) last night 8/23/22, no fries, no drink. When I said "No" to the question of fries? drink? the employee gave me a look, like "Really?" I ordered "All the way" which is tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuce, and mustard, along with A1. When I got home, eating the burger, I noticed that they had added jalapeños, which I hadn't requested. I couldn't help but imagine that they were trying to punish me for not ordering more. The punishment didn't work, as the addition was pretty tasty. I guess they sized me up as someone who couldn't handle my hot stuff. I will definitely hesitate to return to this location, based on attitude & result. read more

First and last time going to Five Guys. Too pricey for a subpar burger. The burger had zero taste, extremely greasy, and the bun was smashed when I opened it. The overall experience was not great. You get a better tasting burger at In-N-Out for half the price! I will avoid this place! read more

Burgers are okay. Not sure why so expensive. Lost a star for that. This place isn't temporarily closed btw. I'm eating an overpriced burger here right now. Place is very clean tho and they have an accessible bathroom which is nice. It's just not the in n out that I grew up on read more

I finally found out why it's so expensive to get a hamburger from these clueless five people who pu their nuggets together and couldn't come up with a better nand for their so called "franchises " They kill a caw , make one burger and throw the rest of the animal away $28:30 USD for one cheese burger and drink with fries. go to a four michelins star and get the same deal on any burger, that way at least you wouldn't purr the soda yourself. read more

Excellent hamburger. Clearly get your moneys worth and it's delicious. not a chili cheeseburger.

When I crave a burger, Five Guys is not normally in my top...five (ducks thrown tomatoes or whatever you have on you). However due to appropriate proximity, they won this round, and I do not regret it. Located in the same area as an Einstein's Bagels, Hawaiian Ono and a Chipotle, Five Guys is your obvious burger option. I walked in and was greeted right away by the cashier, but I knew I wasn't ready to order so I stood off to the side. A customer came in after me and I swear he ordered about $100 worth of food-which I discover is not too difficult to do-and another cashier named Jose B. opened up his register to take me on the other side. I decided on the 'Little Bacon Cheeseburger' ($7.89) and a Little Fry ($3.89). Added on lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles. Although I had been to a Five Guys before elsewhere, I forgot that not only was everything a la carte, it was also rather pricey. I waited for about 3 minutes and was bagged up to go. I noticed malt vinegar for their 'boardwalk style' fries so I thought this was a great option for those who like that sort of thing. Ketchup was available to be pumped to go, or in individual packets. I also found out that the cajun spice can be added on separately in a pre-made ramekin. Just request this near the ketchup and they will provide it for you. Drinks were offered in the Coke Freestyle machines. Wanted to hold off until I got home but started to dig in about 8 minutes away. Something was off and I realized after a while that although it was delicious, this burger lacked bacon. I debated going back since it was a Friday evening already with traffic but since I paid the extra .70 cents (and I REALLY wanted it), I made a u-turn on La Brea and headed back. The guys were super nice and apologetic about it, and I was offered bacon on the side or they could remake it for me. The female manager also was helpful, and verified my receipt to make sure they made it with everything from before, except this time with the bacon! When I received this bag, I noticed later that they made me a regular size burger-not little-in addition to adding a lot more fries into the order. Similar to my feelings of in-&-out fries, I'm not crazy about them, so having double my portion was overwhelming. But this burger tasted even better with the crispy bacon, so it was worth the extra visit. Due to everyone being so cool-and the food overall being very good-I would go back to Five Guys. I guess I should just check the order before I leave the place. Parking is one hour free in the same structure, just turn onto Burnside Avenue. Also, careful of where you put your takeaway bag in your car or anywhere else, it gets REALLY greasy. *Allergy notice* there are sesame seeds on the buns just so you know. I am not sure if they offer buns without. read more

The burgers are so juicy and fresh tasting. If you're looking for a simple solid burger, this is the place to go. Nice staff, fast service.

What can i say, this place is tasty. Its a different kind of.deliciousness than In N Out and just as consistent. I love the topping options because one could have the "Same different" burger each trip. Lastly the fries are paired nicely with the burger. read more

This Five Guys locations served as a quick lunch break during a study session in K-Town. Parking is found on Wilshire, which was not an issue because it was a weekend and the area did not have many people around at the time. The experience here is typical of any other Five Guys location. The customer service and wait time was alright, and the food was delicious. I ordered my usual, sans the fries, and a drink. I'm glad I found this place while I was posted in K-Town, as it gave me the energy I needed to continue frying my brain. In a nutshell: the place was clean, the folks were nice, and the service efficient. read more

We came after Anime Expo so it was like 7pm ish. Wanted to get some dinner. As a socal InNOut fanboy, I'd been wanting to try this place since it's apparently surpassed InNOut as America's favorite burger or something like that. It's a good burger - I'll give them that. Very filling. Very meaty and heavy. I still think that InNOut burgers are better. Five Guys doesn't have their own sauce or anything that really makes their burger stand out or distinguishable. When you bite into an InNOut burger, you KNOW it's an InNOut burger. But then I did I give them 2 stars? Well first of all, it took us a really long time for us to get our order. I think the mall was closing up so they were trying to clean up and dish out orders at the same time. It took A WHILE. They started rushing after a while too. You know how I know? Because they forgot to give my friend's burger a patty. They forgot to give a lot of people patties. The slow service and hasty, unprofessional mistake just pissed me off. After a long day of being on my feet and standing in lines, I just wanted some fast food. Five Guys failed to give me "fast" or "food." read more

First of all.....EXPENSIVE! I don't know why it's so expensive! It's a burger! Nothing special. Each item is sold individually. Burger is about $9. Fries about $5. It was $39 for 2 PPL!!! And we didn't get anything extra or large. BURGER: It was a regular burger. Nothing special. You have to build your burger lol. FRIES: Fries come in a cup. I have an addiction to fries lol I rarely discriminate any BUT these I DID NOT like so I left them (waste of money). They were old. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. Would have rather ate at any charbroiled burger joint that has a name in it like NICKS BURGERS or JIMS BURGERS read more

You pay more for what you get at the low end of the menu, and you get more for what you pay at the high end. The neighborhood has been getting a little weird lately, and they handle the madding crowds like a champ. Yet I was a little worried their space age self-service drink fountain would accidentally launch photon torpedoes instead of peach-raspberry Mellow Yellow if I hit the wrong button. When we clean up the neighborhood so the paying tourists finally come back, I am sure we'll reassess my local burger joint up to 5 stars. read more

This is one of my favorite burger chains! I'm from the East Coast so I'm all about Five Guys! I had ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger and fries! The fries were flavorful and deep fried to perfection! The burger was absolutely juicy and cooked exactly the way that I like it , medium well. I had to call the restaurant to speak to the cook to let him know not to over cook my burger. He seemed a little confused as to what was "Medium Well" but I did my best to explain it to him and he ended up cooking it perfectly! I was happy with my food!
