They bear the same name, menu, shirts, decor, etc. This gives the consumer the impression that these are absolutely related businesses that share ownership/management. A family member knew I loved the Morrison, and bought a $100 gift certificate from the Los Feliz location and gave it to me as a birthday gift. That location shut down a few weeks later, so I took it the gift certificate to the Burbank location. After attempting to use it after ordering a ton of food and drink, they straight up told me they are not associated with the other location whatsoever and they would not honor the gift certificate. Whether that's the truth or not (I don't believe them) you have a BRAND TO PROTECT. This is what sharing a brand is! To make the cognizant decision not to honor this gift certificate is theft! I will NEVER return to a business that bears the Morrison name ever again. You have lost a customer for life. I now implore all Yelpers to boycott this business for shady business practices. They have great food and beverage options, starting from noon til 6PM, at a very reasonable price. I came right when they opened (noon) and was very quick to be seated. I ordered from their happy hour the Morrison Trio, which came with two sliders (choice of beef or veggie), 3 BBQ chicken wings, 3 mozzarella sticks along with ranch and marinara sauce. The sliders and mozzarella sticks were the star of the dish for me. The sliders were very flavorful with tomato and shredded lettuce; the mozz sticks had a great cheese pull! For the main, we ordered "The One" Kobe Burger with fries and for the Smash Burger we substituted the complimentary sides of fries or salad with onions rings. The onion rings and fries were really crispy and great. The burgers were satiating but I liked the sliders a bit more. I went there during the holidays because I'd heard about their filet mignon hamburger which is a hamburger patty with a filet mignon steak on top of it, but I ended up getting their "The One" Burger which is made from Kobe beef. They manage to have a large menu with each item that actually tastes flavorfully different - not just like fried garbage. I came to Morrison Atwater Village after attending a taping of The Price is Right about 10 minutes away. I'm not from the area, but needed somewhere close to get a bite to eat. There were about 10 of us, and we were seated right away and were happy to find out that happy hour was still in full swing. I first went to Morrison to celebrate a friend's birthday earlier this year. Instantly fell in love with the vibe of the place. They decorate for most major holidays and the music is always poppin. Unfortunately, the nachos were extremely average unless you are a big fan of dried out cubed chicken, and who isn't? Where are the cubes on a chicken, anyway? I do not know how nachos--perhaps mankind's greatest invention since the cure for polio--can be made average but these are some very average nachos. Super dog friendly pub! We came here so we could bring our dog and check out a local pub. They brought the dog water and treats when bringing our table waters. Drove up from SD for the weekend and had our pups with us. We couldn't check into the hotel so needed to find a place to have lunch. This place has been around forever so our group decided to give them a try yesterday. The parking situation was packed but street parking shouldn't be too hard to find. So my boyfriend brought me yesterday for the first time and I will definitely be coming back! Our server Kevin was so sweet and very attentive, 10/10 for service! The food portions are BIG but we were not complaining. The only thing I wouldn't order again was the Smash Burger, they smashed all the flavor out and it was super dry. So would not recommend it. Second time coming here and everything as phenomenal! Nick was very attentive and checked on us every chance he could. Made sure our drinks were filled and our food came out right away. We ordered the Morrison trio as an appetizer, the spicy chicken sandwich and the Ribeye with a side of the onion bacon jam. The food was perfectly cooked and the portions were huge!
