It's been probably 10 years since I've been to a Five Guys. Back in college, I couldn't believe a burger and fries cost so much. Decided to try it again for lunch and yup they are still expensive but man, THAT BURGER WAS GOOD! It may not be $20+ good but definitely enjoyable. I got the cheeseburger and the bun was soft, the burger was juicy, and all the topping tasted FRESH! I liked the crispy outside and soft inside fries. It won't be another 10 years before I come back but I'll have to make sure I work a little overtime so I can afford these burgers. The staff was nice and the order didn't take long at all. I ate inside the restaurant and they have a pretty decent music playlist.

Simply put 5 guys delivers. Not only do they actually have their own delivery service but you can always count on them to deliver a delicious burger. Their menu is simple enough that my 1 and a half year old could understand how to order there. There is nothing flashy or fancy about it and I live them all the more for it. 5 guys promises 2 things; 1. Delicious burgers and 2. Delicious fries. And they always always always deliver on those 2 promises. I always keep to the true blue cheeseburger and throw in some of those spicy Cajun fries! My mouth is salivating just thinking about them!

5 GUYS! ........ well 2 guys and 3 girls at this location :) Places like 5 Guys are guilty pleasures. Everyone's guilty pleasure. I don't think anyone I know says hey! Let's go to 5 Guys for the 3rd time this week. Unless it's directly followed by Baby, would you schedule an appointment for me with the cardiologist next week. In all seriousness, 5 Guys is just a really good place to get- fresh burgers and fries. They might have other things there, but honestly who cares. It's all about the burgers and they are delicious! The good. I think it's kind of obvious. The burgers and fries. The toppings for said burgers and they have those fancy coke machines where you can choose from 798 different varieties of soda. A few too many for me. I myself am a Peach Fanta guy. I love that stuff. The bad and ugly are wrapped together on this one: The only thing I can see as a negative to 5 Guys is how much you'll have to pay the cardiologist for stents because you went there too much! Also, having to listen to vegetarians bemoan the killing of tasty beef. Yes, I have a few of those around me at times and I have a lot of patience with them. Overall I say go at your own risk, but just go at least once. Everyone should have one of their burgers one time in their life. - Yummy

I would say that this is the same as any other Five Guys which I always enjoy even though they are a little on the pricey side, I will give this one five stars because: 1) They opened a block from where I work, which could be the death of me. Bam! That was the sound of my arteries slamming shut! 2) Five Guys, Fresh Market, Uppercrust Productions, Northwest Seafoods and Dorn's combine to make this a great shopping center! Also home to Flying Biscuit Cafe, Renaissance Printing and Paddiwhack Gallery, etc. They just opened today and it is quite crowded, so you may want to give it a little time.

The mozzarella sticks are so dry and the cheese is not nice and melted. I remember when I used to but into them and the batter was not stale but crunchy and the cheese pull was strong (picture from 2019 below for reference). The chicken items are questionable in texture and again never really cooked properly. The hamburger meat has changed significantly since I remember it looking more dark and having more of a bite to it and now it looks like school cafeteria meat (the gray lab meat). The texture is a little spongey. The drinks are the only thing I seem to come for with the occasional chicken slider but I don't seem to enjoy it as much. I am not sure if I'll just stop coming altogether since every time I come I expect maybe a change but it's always the same issue. It's overpriced fast food and to add not even their sauces add flavor to their food. It seems like nothing is made fresh to order. Food is fried and left out to get cold then reheated multiple times it looks like.

Entering, the place is nice... simple counter service location with seating both inside and out, though the outside seating is pretty close to Archer Road, so not that great. Too much noise from the road to really be enjoyable, sadly. I went for a slider with fries... just wanted to get a taste and not eat too much. The heat level was fair, and for the most part the sandwich was tasty. The fries were also good crinkle cuts. The only complaint I have was that the sandwich could have used some more coleslaw. This is a small national chain, so I do expect quality and customer service to be on par with the rest of the chains, and that is what I got. The product is fair, but nothing really excellent about it. I know of locally owned places that I would rather go to, but I suppose that if I were running around on Archer road and had a hankering for a hot chicken sandwich like this I would be inclined to return.

Our server was Brandon, who was an absolute delight! He was so energetic, so friendly, and gave great suggestions. We started with drinks. I had a skinny margarita and my husband had a Frida (top shelf margarita) and our son had a Coke. First thing we ordered was the chips and salsa. The chips were perfect, not too thin and not too thick. They came with two salsas. Both were tasty. Not sure if there is a spicier option but we will check next time. I ordered the Birria tacos. They were so delicious! So much flavor! The avocado tomatillo salsa was perfect with it. My husband ordered the Al Pastor tacos. It was very traditional Al pastor. He loved the black beans. His words were " these are the best black beans I have ever had!" Our son ordered the chorizo tacos. First, I have never seen chorizo tacos offered in a Mexican restaurant. Secondly, they were amazing! To finish, I ordered the banana pudding and our son ordered the churro sundae. Both desserts were delicious. The portions were huge! All in all I say Nopal is quite the gem. Perfect portions and dishes that are packed with flavor. And service that goes above and beyond. We can't wait to go back. We will ask for Brandon!!!

By the time we got our orders, we got the sense we were being shuffled out the door, so we took our food back home to eat. Huey's offers tenders and tender bites, chicken sandwiches and wraps, and salads. The chicken strips in the meal I ordered were on the thin side but fairly crispy. The crinkle cut fries were average but soggy by the time we got home. The Texas toast could have had more butter/seasoning on it, because it tasted like just a piece of grilled bread.
