Mr. Cow Corndogs are Korean corndog places from Hawaii. Their headquarter is currently located in a Koreatown near Atlanta, GA. And They opened their food stall in Midpoint Park and Eatery in Gainesville FL. I tried their flaming potato (flaming hot cheetos and potato) and firecracker hottie corndog(corn dog with spicy gochujang sauce) and wow the firecracker one was spicy even for a Korean person like me. They also have cheddar cheese filling in addition to mozarella cheese filling. I also liked their unique milkshakes. These shakes are made from popular drinks and ice creams from Korea. Yellow one is banana cream milkshake made from banana milk and green one is melon cream milkshake made from Melona, a popular melon ice cream. They also have cream soda flavored milk shake too all from Korea. The owner and the chef were both Koreans. Gainesville now has six Korean places each focused on different types of Korean food. Address: 931 Southwest 2nd Avenue Gainesville, FL https://mrcowcorndog.com/

There aren't a whole lot of options for Korean food in Ocala, so when we found ourselves in Gainesville we sought out some Korean cuisine. The dentist I'm seeing recommended Seoul Pocha so after a late afternoon dental visit in Gainesville, we made it a point so check it out. We got there just after 5 PM, soon after they opened, and there was a couple already sitting down ready to order. After my wife and I checked out the menu, we soon realized there are menu items we typically don't see outside of So Cal and Korea, namely Bibimbap Dolsot and Kimchee Pancake...so that's what we ordered. I asked the server if they also served Kimbap since it wasn't on the menu but I was told no. The Bibimbap Dolsot was served sizzling hot! It was so hot that I had to wait until I mixed it up with some bibimbap sauce and it cooled down a bit before tasting it. It had good flavors but didn't quite match the taste of the same dish we sampled in Korea and in Koreatown in LA. Interestingly, the bibimbap dolsot served in a restaurant on base in Yongsan, South Korea was one of the best we've had. Seoul Pocha's bibimbap dolsot was still good, but... My wife's kimchi pancake was quite good especially when dipped in that sweet and spicy house made dipping sauce. My wife couldn't finish her dish so we took it home for a snack the next day and it was still yummy. Service was attentive and friendly. It wasn't after we've eaten however, did we realize they didn't serve any banchan, or appetizers, which is typical in most sit down Korean joints. Dinner for 2 with tip came out to just under $46. We'll surely be back.

The service was prompt and adequate, the food was superb (especially the chicken, which is a must.) Portions were beyond generous: 2 entrées for 3 people, and we took a fair amount home. They have a lot of drink options, but we didn't partake. All in all, a great evening. We'll be back!

Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and tables for big parties and small ones. Big fan of the sushi boat - there's a classic sushi boat option and a signature boat. I would highly recommend going for the signature as their speciality rolls are to die for! Great value for the amount of sushi you get. Plenty for a party of 2. 2 spotlights were the surf n' turf and Godzilla. Love this place! 5 big stars

But you can't eat the wallpaper. I'm looking at this chicken and I'm confused. I thought we were doing something sophisticated, but they brought out those boneless nuggets you find in the back of the freezer at 2:00 AM. Then they hit it with a drizzle of ketchup like it's a consolation prize. This isn't Korean Fried Chicken; it's a school lunch with a passport. It's dishonest. Then you got the pork belly. I don't know if this pig was an athlete or if it's just been sitting back there since the grand opening, but it's got the texture of a pink eraser. I'm chewing and chewing, just waiting for a flavor that never shows up. My jaw is doing a full-body workout. I didn't come here for a survival mission, I came here for a snack. And please, watch yourself when you pull up. There is a pothole in the lot that looks like a portal to another dimension. An asteroid literally made a home in front of the building. If you hit that thing, your car is staying there forever. The service is elite and the chairs are nice, but the kitchen is confused. It's style over substance. Take a picture for the 'gram, say hi to the nice server, and then go get a burger somewhere else. Don't do this to your suspension or your stomach.

The boa buns were soft, the pork was cooked perfectly, and the hoisin sauce at the bottom of the bun was amazing. There were vegetables on top, including cucumbers that tasted sweet and carrots. The vegetables were fresh and tasted great with everything else. We also ordered the crab Rangoon which I personally really liked. I don't like fish, and this crab Rangoon must have had a large amount of cream cheese base. I personally really enjoyed it since the crab wasn't very prominent. The filling was creamy, the Rangoon was crunchy, and the sweet and spicy sauce it came with made a perfect combo. For our meal, we ordered the chicken pad Thai. Unfortunately, it didn't really meet our expectations. The pad Thai was sitting on top of a sauce at the bottom, which tasted like a hoisin sauce base. The taste was very minimal, which was disappointing. The noodles were soft, almost like they were overcooked. The chicken was cooked well and lightly seasoned (which worked perfectly for the pad Thai). The vegetables on top of the pad Thai were also very fresh and you could tell they were freshly cut. The lack of peanut/pad thai taste was the most disappointing part that unfortunately lost it for us. The service was good. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and were able to select our own table. The inside is decently small, with around 8 tables.
