These are the best donuts I've ever had. We always buy a dozen for two of us and those babies are gone in a couple of days. I usually ask for mostly non-chocolate donuts as I'm not a fan of chocolate. Nevertheless, these donuts are so delicious I enjoy the chocolate ones too. Well worth braving this dull one-light town!

Also, too much mayonnaise, very little slaw, and flavorless yellow rice. Sorry for the downer review especially when a woman (the chef) is doing business. I am a big supporter of women in business. One of the best food trucks I've visit in a while! The tempura tacos are on point! The sauces you can get pair perfectly with any of the tacos! The tempura is light and crispy. The flavors were good, but the protein portion was minuscule. Save your money on the Naan; it tasted store-bought and just warmed up. The food has always been good and the fries and other fixings are great. (Too good) My duty station was walking distance from the Shack, so it was a primary dining option for many years. It's not 5 star amenities, but the food is good and plentiful. I don't go as often now, but it's still a good "quick" lunch location! The ribs, the pulled pork, and the burgers are all great.
