I got the 3 tenders tossed in the limited-time sweet chili glaze, and my boyfriend went with the garlic parm. The tenders were super juicy and flavorful. I picked it up about 20 minutes late (oops), but they were still pretty warm, which I appreciated. This Asian-inspired sauce offered a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavor profile. You could taste the combination of sweet chili sauce, hoisin, and red chili paste, with sesame seeds which added for a crunchy texture. Now, the fries... sigh. The seasoning is so good, but they're always soggy, even when you dine in. That's the one thing I really wish Wingstop could get right. Crispy fries would take it to the next level. The atomic hot sauce is light weight wish it was hotter. Felt like I was going on a Sunday walk with my golden retriever eating those wings. Those wings were so mild they could make North Korea unite with South Korea. I had to boil some water and pour it into my mouth to balance out how mild they were. This is your typical Wingstop, with similar layout inside to other locations I've been to. Service is good, with the typical wait time but this just means they're making your wings fresh. The Wingstop fries are the best I've had anywhere and the dusting of sugar they add makes all the difference. Their homemade blue cheese dressing is also immaculate. I'd fill a swimming pool with it. Wingstop is still small enough of a franchise that you feel the individuality with every order. They still take pride in the food they deliver, unlike some of the larger chicken wing restaurants. DO NOT place a mobile order at this location. I placed an order, and called to cancel. I was told that I would receive a refund. However, the refund was not processed. After 2 months and several contact attempts made by me, the so called General Manager Stan Givens claimed that he could not issue a refund because the regional supervisor declined to do so. I was charged $25 for food that I did not receive because I believed them when they said the order would be canceled. I think Wingstop is the best size of wings in the area. some of the wings are the size of tenders and you don't see that many other places. I went in on a Tuesday night and it was busy. I placed the order online and it said 15 to 20 minutes and they would be ready. Well, I showed up about 25 minutes after I ordered and the wings were not even close to being ready. I did have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to come out. I wish the computer told me the right time. When I got my wings, I got 15 wings with 2 sauces and they were .60 cents on Monday and Tuesday's. I got the Hawaiian sauce which was like teriyaki and the bbq sauce. I liked the bbq sauce so much more! I also ordered a large order of blue cheese dressing. This was my fault but they gave me like 9 blue cheeses lol. I had enough for a long time! The 34th St. location located in the 34th St Plaza is the last place you ever want to go to order Wings! They don't cook them as ordered. The fries are soggy more times than not. The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. The employee's don't have any skill other than an unorganized rude mindset when dealing with customers. I ordered takeout from here tonight for the first time. I downloaded the Wing Stop app, and it was fairly easy to use. You can also order ahead of time, and choose the exact time you'd like to pick it up. I got the boneless wings in the Hot sauce. I had a hard time choosing between all of their different sauces, but luckily, you can order sauce on the side. You get a decent sized container for $0.89. I tried the Cajun sauce (which is almost indistinguishable from the Hot sauce) and the Atomic sauce (actually is very spicy- a strong habañero flavor). The wings were not as crunchy as I would have liked, but the chicken was nice white meat. I also got the potato salad. It was really just mediocre... potato chunks submerged in a yellow liquid with two or 3 small pieces of hard boiled egg white hiding in it. Overall, I most enjoyed their variety of sauces. The chicken was pretty good, but not amazing. And don't bother with their potato salad. I like being able to order using the app, and they were timely and accurate with my order. This place has great wings. I'm in love with the original hot wings. The fries are okay but seem to be under done every time I get them. 5 minutes in a toaster oven would do the trick. However, I ordered online at 2:14pm. The only reason I did because I was out in his for 10 minutes and could never order on the phone. The email confirms the order and says it will be an 18 minute wait. I finally recieved my wings at 3:00 (46 minute wait). Typically it only takes 10 minutes longer to receive your order here.
