I didn't need gas or coffee, but a bottle of very cold water was helpful and I also stopped at the pumps to clean a particularly large bug off the windshield. It's not nearly as big as a Buc-ee's but they still have a bunch of pumps here and the interior is clean. No trash in the lot. Friendly associate who could actually speak English was running the register and thanked me for my business. Did I mention that the air pump is free here? Entering, the place is nice... simple counter service location with seating both inside and out, though the outside seating is pretty close to Archer Road, so not that great. Too much noise from the road to really be enjoyable, sadly. I went for a slider with fries... just wanted to get a taste and not eat too much. The heat level was fair, and for the most part the sandwich was tasty. The fries were also good crinkle cuts. The only complaint I have was that the sandwich could have used some more coleslaw. This is a small national chain, so I do expect quality and customer service to be on par with the rest of the chains, and that is what I got. The product is fair, but nothing really excellent about it. I know of locally owned places that I would rather go to, but I suppose that if I were running around on Archer road and had a hankering for a hot chicken sandwich like this I would be inclined to return.

Remember, Los Pollos Rotisserie & Grill - Not Just Chicken! During this visit, I went for the specials (not on the regular menu). You've got to check the written board. I got: Tostones Rellenos: Green plantains, stuffed with chicken and cheese, then drizzled in avocado sauce. Every bite was packed. Churrasco Bowl: similar to the carne asada/steak bowl but upgraded with fresh chimichurri sauce and sided with Latin white rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. This is their second location of Los Pollos Rotisserie & Grill in Gainesville--this one's over on Archer Road. It's a line-order style setup, and then you grab a booth while they bring the food out. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect the first time I walked in. I was hesitant. The staff were cool--friendly, smiling, and the service was quick. The location is clean, comfy, and bright.

Their burgers are customizable via the delivery app, you can choose extra cheese, patties, bacon, lettuce, etc, one thing you will not find on the menu is tomatoes, booo! We decided to try again, this is where the miss came in, we ordered the Karl's grilled cheese, with seasoned fries, the description read super yum: 3 slices of American cheese griddled crisp on an inverted bun, that is not what arrived, instead, we were handed soggy, wet, no crisp to be seen or heard, the fries were very stale as if they'd been sitting in the bin for quite some time, thank goodness the chocolate chip cookies saved the meal from being a total wreck, they were soft, crisp edges, gooey and good! Would definitely return for the burger though, it was delish.

It's kind of deceptive at the street, you'll see their name on the sign out front, but there's nothing telling you to drive BETWEEN Chipotle and the weed dispensary towards the back and beat to your right. RELISH is at the end, but there's TONS of parking and I appreciate that. Went inside and since I'd never been there before, I thought one of the women that were there would at least help me out, but the one young girl must've been on her way out the door because she was asking me if I was ordering chicken...I was confused. I said no, but then she asked me if I was picking up an order and I answered no to this as well...and then said I hadn't even ordered yet. Took me repeating this twice for her to understand me. I get it. It's small, lots of sizzling sounds and fryer sounds and then there's music playing ( I'm assuming) as well...all this makes it a little hard to hear. Finally placed my order. I got a double patty cheeseburger. Onion rings. And so the short wait began...one of the fellas at the grill asked me what I wanted on my burger...you choose exactly what sauces or lack thereof you want! Done right in front of you so you can ask for more or less...garlic aoli? Wow! Who knew? I'm missing BurgerFi less right about now! If you want grilled mushrooms or grilled onions or if you want them raw or bell peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, different cheeses, jalapeños, (bacon is extra though as is a fried egg), banana peppers, just like a subway! I'm a mayo and A1 lover with lots of pickles and one tomato...but decided to try it with the GRILLED onions. I'm getting that again! Absolutely fantastic and done EXACTLY the way I wanted it. I have to say that their pickles are superb because of the crunch factor. So many places will give you pickles and they're little scrawny floppy excuses for a pickle. Also, you go somewhere else and you get a double because their patties are so thin...NOT HERE! You get what you pay for. Tomato slices? Not paper thin like the other places...not barely there. Nice thick juicy slices! I have to mention their buns. I would be remiss if I passed by this topic and didn't touch on it. I don't know where they buy them from or if they make them, but they are absolutely superb. Soft and tender to the bite, but hold up so well and don't fall apart. I like that. Like a cornmeal dusting on top too. Old fashioned but so so good. Just not enough bun to burger ratio. Way too much burger -- and I never thought I'd ever say that! The fellas were so nice, cooked my food to perfection and I can't say I have not the slightest complaint about anything regarding this restaurant. Decent amount of food for the money compared to other places and the quality is definitely there. Worth every penny in my opinion. This place has just now moved into my favorite spot that was left vacated when they took away my BurgerFi. And if you haven't tried them...YOU ARE MISSING OUT!

Located in midtown, this appears to a fast casual place that caters towards college students. They serve "Greek" street food, salads, quesadillas, burgers, and more. The food is relatively inexpensive. Service is fine, actually the people working there are friendly. Food is made to order and comes out quickly. There is some seating available inside (it's limited) but there are plenty of tables in the hall. I ordered the Street Chicken Souvlaki which included grilled chicken with tomato, onion, fries inside a pita, topped with ketchup and mustard. This was a very large portion. The pita was good, but pretty much fell apart the second I picked it up. While I liked the chicken, it was over seasoned and I didn't care for the "sauced" quality of it. I'm not sure if they marinated it or tossed it in some sauce, but it was too much. The fries were decent, but not super crispy. I felt that they were not necessarily and a little over-the-top. The tomato was fresh and but the red onion slices were very thick. The mustard and ketchup didn't work with the seasonings on the chicken. The dish was just all over the place and I couldn't even finish half of it before I started feeling sick. I ordered a side of onion rings as well. This was a large order and the size was great. But these onion rings were over-battered and were fresh, but not crispy at all. I bit into one and ended up pulling out the whole onion rings. Not good. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was so heavy and overly salted I couldn't even eat half of it. I ended up giving it to a homeless person on the way out. The food left my stomach in shambles the rest of the day. Service is fine. But the food is not desirable. It is safe to say I will not be returning, which is unfortunate.

We started with the wonton soup, which was visually beautiful. The broth had a rich, inviting color and the wontons themselves were excellent -- thin, delicate wrappers with a very flavorful filling. Unfortunately, the broth itself was a bit underwhelming and lacked depth. A touch of hot mustard helped bring it to life, but it needed more natural flavor on its own. The standout dish of the meal was the Mu Shu Pork. Absolutely fantastic. The portion was generous and the flavor reminded us of classic Mu Shu from WoHop in NYC's Chinatown -- high praise. The pancakes were incredibly thin, almost paper-like and nearly translucent, yet soft and perfect for wrapping. This dish alone makes us want to come back. The Bang Bang noodles were another dish that looked beautiful when served, but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. The sauce seemed watered down and there was quite a bit of liquid in the bowl, which muted the overall taste. It felt very close to being great, just not fully there yet. Overall, this was a mixed but promising first visit. There's clearly real skill in the kitchen, and when the flavors hit, they hit well. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying more dishes -- and we'll happily update this review after our next visit.
