Easy breezy ordering through the Jersey Mike's app for a to-go order! I was craving a sandwich and knew I could depend on Jersey Mike's to meet that craving. I ordered a club sub via the app, and it was ready within 15 minutes. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a friendly worker and given my order. The sub was great. The meat was fresh and a hearty amount. The bread you can tell was also very fresh, which totally makes the sandwich. My order was correct with all my chosen toppings. They were a little heavy on the condiments but not to the amount that is took away from the sandwich. I was also able to redeem a $2 off coupon that was emailed to me for my order. Ordered $40 of food to be delivered and waited one hr before the delivery guy left it at the wrong house. He didn't care and neither did the store. When I requested a refund they said they would only remake my order if I came in to get it, however they were getting close to closing so I would have to come in another time.(?) Called the mgr the next day and they said we don't give refunds. I asked for a district mgrs number and she told me that in all the time she had been in that position she had never had to give a refund. I was just out of luck unless door dash wanted to give me the refund. Now mind you I paid Jersey mikes, NOT door dash. I have call corporate three times and had to leave a message, number and name and have never received a call back. Such poor, poor customer service! I am a loyal customer of Jersey mikes in Milton fl and was only visiting Gainesville, so now I will not frequent any of your stores until I receive my refund. Is that worth losing a customer for? I love Jersey Mike sub but I notice they love to leave there bread on the counter barley whip the counter down . So they basically sit your bread on a dirty counter . The server has served last week ain't ask for any condiments. read more

This is what I call "Sub Selection Heaven". This Sub Shop has many subs to choose from, anyone can choose a Hot Sub, Cold Cut, even to a lettuce wrap choice. The service was great and we were greeting as soon as we walked in the door. The servers were happy to help and introduce there new bread, "Rosemary Parmesan". My choice sub was the Turkey & Provolone on the new bread and the rosemary wasn't too strong, it just gave a delicate taste to the sandwich. The staff were great and it was quite clean inside. Crooks!!! We placed an order on April 3rd at 3:44 via the JM app for walk in pick up. Well the sandwiches were made wrong. I called immediately as we were on our way to our next stop. The sandwiches were completely wrong, Manager at the time told me he would offer us a remake on our next visit. A gentleman manager assured us of this. Terrible service. My wife and I waited at the order station a full five minutes and were never recognized. There were 2 workers making sandwiches and there was one other person in the store. The workers ever looked at us and acknowledged our existence. Yes, they were busy but they could have at least said something. We left without ever ordering. Very disgusting. This is the worst one I've ever been to. Excuses and more excuses. I put in an order in the app. It stated it would be ready at pick up. It wasn't ready, it wasn't even started. They had people waiting in frustration. "We are understaffed" okay, I get that. Everyone is understaffed these days. Don't even try to do an online order. They don't start your order until you show up. It's a first come first serve. They take care of all the walk ins first until you show up. They blame everything on game day even if it wasn't a home game. On the positive side the food is good and the employees are polite. read more

Always consistent and customer service is always above par. I usually get either the Big Kahuna Steak, the grilled Reuben, or the roast beef. The sandwiches are huge if you order a large. They have a variety of kettle cooked chips and other chips as well. They also have Pepsi products not Coca-Cola. Jersey Mike's has been my go to sub place for a few years now. I definitely have to say, the difference between this sub place and others like subway is such a dramatic difference. The staff is trained very very well, especially the managers. They go above and beyond to try and show you what you're eating and the quality of what they're using. They have made recommendations every time if I ask or if I had questions and they know their information to the T. I'm honestly impressed, and it makes sense with the aggressive expansion I've seen across Florida. They are definitely not stingy on the toppings and give plenty to make your belly full to the brim. All in all I love the experience and this is a great all around store. In the short time they've been opened they have already started hosting events, passing out coupons to show the community they're here. I had never been to jersey mikes but I was so impressed! They slices all of the meats and cheeses to order and the bread is fresh. They have so many options on their menu to choose from, but I went with the Philly "in a tub". The meat was so good and filling. Next time I would like to give the gluten free bread a shot, but just know that there is an extra charge for it. My boyfriend had a roast beef sandwich "mikes way" and was very happy. read more

I have always loved Jersey Mikes Subs! These are for sure my favorite subs in Gainesville and most likely in the United States. I used to fly in and out of The Las Vegas airport pretty regularly and there was a Jersey Mikes in the terminal that I never flew into. I would run to that terminal, get a sub and run back to mine just to make my flight. The Jersey Mikes in Gainesville is not different. The bread here is my favorite, you can get white bread or wheat bread. They have 3 options when it comes to subs, you can get a small, regular, or giant sub. I tend to get the giant sub so I can take the Leftovers home with me. My favorite sub to get is the Jersey Mikes Club Sub. It comes with provolone cheese, turkey, ham and bacon. Then I get it Mikes Way which is mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper and vinegar and olive oil. I usually also ask for banana peppers as well. The whole giant sub is about $14.10 after tax which is great to make two meals out of. Jersey Mikes also has hot subs but I have never had those, I always do a cold sub. They also have a great birthday program where you can get a free regular combo on your birthday! I always enjoy the staff at Jersey Mikes and they work fast. The best part of this place is the meats are cut off the bone, and the cheese is cut fresh! I will for sure go back time and time again! read more

I'm a Jersey Mike's aficionado. I go out of my way to find one. But, I discovered a policy that angers me. Recently at a Gainesville, FL location I placed an order online and scheduled pickup for 90 minutes later. I arrived very early for pickup and was surprised to find my order complete and sitting on a shelf over the stove. When I commented on their efficiency I was told that my order had been complete for some time. I went in not knowing a thing about anything and the people here literally walked me through everything- which is really helpful as I'm vegetarian. It's a pricey but for $13, I got two enormous wraps. They asked what I wanted grilled and what I wanted raw. I could choose between sub and wrap. Four different cheese. A ton of sauces. But, I really like this jersey mikes in particular because the staff feel really close and therefore they make the customer feel totally welcomed and comfortable almost as if you were friends with them. And then on top of all of that you can't call one store and have them cancel your order, when it was done in error. Their subs are much better quality than other sub shops around town, especially since Hogan's has really fallen off in recent years. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had eating out... I'm usually not someone to complain but my experience was honestly horrific I feel obligated to let it be known. First off the customer service was less than tolerable they had to wait until I was finished paying to let me know they were out of meatballs and they tried to serve me 3 day old meatballs they found last second hidden in the back. I also ordered a philly cheese and asked for lettuce on half and they went above and beyond to put it on the entire sandwich and even add tomatoes that weren't supposed to be on a philly cheesesteak in the first place.
