Came in today January 18 around 2:30pm. The girl taking orders had no idea what the heck she was doing or wasn't even trained. My order was very simple a bacon cheeseburger all the way ! And two Oreo shakes and I spoke very slowly and signaled 2 milk shakes. I noticed she only charged for 1 ! Now I have to stand back online and order another. To top it off I get home and my burger is not all the way ! It was plain with mushrooms wtf is that ! It was horrible. Needless to say I will not be going back here. The food is great - when properly prepared. I ordered (through UberEats) a hamburger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms, A cheeseburger was delivered instead. My daughter ordered a small cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms. She got a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions. I don't eat cheeseburgers. My daughter does not eat onions. Neither burger was salvageable. At least we got credit through UberEats. But the inedible dinner was a disappointment. You walk in for your pickup order you placed 30min ago and it's still not ready. not only are you waiting up to 45min for your burger, but no one acknowledges you at all in the store. Great place. This is a new location for Five Guys and they are doing a superb job. The food is fantastic and the employees are really generous about the French fry portion sizes. If they make a mistake with your order they are happy to correct it for you this location is extremely tidy and organized The tables are clean and the floors are constantly being sanitized If you are ever at Caesars bay and desire a good hamburger spot, go here! read more

Stumbled upon this Five Guys and it just so happened to be its Grand Opening. It's a nice location inside a large parking lot so there are plenty of spots for parking. It was very busy when I was there and while the lines were a bit long, it moved very, very quickly because there were soooo many employees working. Loved the new soda machines that are touch screen and have over 100 varieties! The fries were a bit too salty though. I'll be back another time if I'm in the area and then we'll see how efficient they are. So far so good though! read more

5 guys period has really good burgers!! No matter where you go just focusing on their burger I recommend compare to any other fast food chain as it doesn't even taste like fast food! Fresh ingredients and the best way to enjoy is a double cheese burger "All the way". That's with everything on it! Sometimes I leave out the lettuce because it's pointless, it's a cheat day ima do without it !! This location I must say have nice staff and customer service. Only room for improvement is keeping up with the cleaning of the tables! But I can see it gets busy. I usually eat by the water near by or stay in the car and stuff my face!! I would give ZERO if I could. I ordered online to pick up. I arrived a few minutes later than I scheduled the pick up. Waited on line to pay for about 5 minutes. Then waited for another 15 for my order, when I noted it was on top of the french fry hood. I asked how long it was sitting there, no one knew. This is not the reason I ordered for pick up. I didn't want to spend over 20 minutes waiting for my food after a long 13 hour day at work. They were so disorganized. So there is something wrong with the Fry cooks here at this Five Guys. We had problems with the fries again! This time the fries were burned. We ultimately had to eat our burgers without fries while they made us another order. This time, the fries were crispy but after the first bite, I told my wife about how they tasted burned and she agreed as well, the just tasted like charcoal ... I told the person up front and they made another batch, this time, I took no chances, I said No Salt, thinking about the last time. This time the fries came out delicious and tasty ! needed a little salt but we decided not to even add any. So, if you come here, the burgers are great as always but don't expect the fries to be good. You know I really wanted to like this location since I live close by. But every time I'm here there's always an issue with the cashiers. I try to order and they give me attitude and always always forget my drink. I've ordered online once and they forgot my shake which I said "okay, no big deal it's just $6 and that maybe they had a lot of work to do" but truthfully whenever I go there, there's always an issue. The cashier is oblivious, I mean yeah I get it it's not your career job but could you be a human being and not forget the order? This Five Guys took our delivery order, confirmed its receipt and then proceeded to wait over 45 minutes before they canceled our order over text. The supposed delivery time was 41 minutes. The least they could've done was call so we weren't waiting around before it was too late to make other arrangements with restaurants that actually fulfill their late-night orders. read more

The food is great and the service is even better. The reason for only four (4) stars is because of the prices. This is an extremely pricey fast food place. To give an idea only Nathan's is in the same price range. I had the misfortune or luck of having called in my order to a five guys in Washington state thanks to Google. When I got to this one and the woman at the register couldn't find my order and realized that I was upset at having to wait more than I anticipated she didn't say a word to me. She want to the guy who makes the meals told him my order and said it's on the house considering my order was over $25 I was not only stunned but extremely thankful. I of course left a very generous tip $5. Well at least I feel that is generous. She again went to the guy making the meals and told him to make sure he made everything great. I always go to this place for my burger fix. This establishment gets very busy so there can be long lines. I know that there's a Wendy's right next door but I enjoy the burgers from here much better. The soda machine gives a gigantic amount of choice and unlike the wendy's nextdoor it's free refills. So that's a really important thing to some people that's why I put it in the review. They also serve a few other choices such as grilled cheese, franks, and a vegetarian sandwich. I can't comment on them because I only have ordered and eaten the burgers. I've left out the biggest thing that separates this place from the other burger restaurants. The amount of toppings is unbelievable and free you pick and choose. You can have your burger your own way and that's great compared to other burger restaurants in NYC you can actually get mustard on it and that is a great thing. Try it you'll like it. read more

So I have only been to 5 guys once before in lower Manhattan and I found the food tasty. This new location that is local to me in south Brooklyn, had me very excited until I had the food. The kids they hired to work here do not seem happy about their jobs and it shows in the food.
