I have been going to this location since it opened, its been years. I also thought that the prices were a little high but worth it until yesterday, The amount of French fries I received in a large order so very disappointing. Offhand I would say the amount was cut by 40 percent leading to the first time in my life I ever complained in a place I was eating. Just to point out I am 71 years old and I eat out for dinner about four times a week for the past 45 years and this is my first complaint. First time at this location, and probably my last. It was pretty late when I arrived, but most of the tables were taken. Unfortunately, the only open tables were very filthy and had leftover garbage. I ordered a grilled cheese and small Cajun fries-- as I was ordering I noticed the prices went up, once again. Give Guys started out years ago really good, but through the years, especially the last couple, they have gone completely down in the quality of their food. I hadn't gone into one for at least 6 months cause at the time I was disappointed. On Wednesday, 3/11/26 I was shopping close by and decided to try one last time. I will say it is the LAST TIME I buy from there. I ordered a "little burger" with lettuce, tomato and pickle. All I could taste was the bun, lettuce and tomatoes. It reminded me of the old commercial "where's the beef"! The burger was tissue thin, not even a quarter of an ounce of beef. The fries which are usually ok were DEFINITELY left over fries that were repeatedly refried. They were close to black in color from old, constantly reused oil, and actually tasted like rubber!! I've never in my life had fries that tasted like that. That "little" meal cost $15.65. Absolutely ridiculous!! All I say is enter Five Guys at your own risk! As for the ambiance, there is none. Came here awhile ago with hubby to get some dinner after some errands. We didn't remember our previous 5guy experience (upstate ny) and decided to try here. It was busy around dinner time. 1 man at the register and 4 guys in the open kitchen. We were able to watch them prep, cook and assemble our burgers after ordering. They use regular aluminum foil to wrap the burgers-- warning the bag gets greasy especially with fries. If you order fries, it's a small cup that was sitting there (we watched and was worried that it's so cold) but 5guy's tradition is that they also dump 1-2scoops of fries into the bag of food (all over your food) which makes the brown paper bag super greasy. We drove home with our hot greasy food and there was a grease stain on my lap from holding the bag. Overall taste was okay. Maybe because of the timing, but the bacon and sides are sitting there (not very warm). Certain toppings are free which is nice. They have peanuts in bins for you to scoop/snack while you wait for your order which is nice. I asked for extra bag so that I could take some peanuts home and deshell them at my leisure. It was great timing because I needed to buy peanuts to roast and chop for my chicken satay skewers for a family potluck. Got burgers and free peanuts--NICE! Food very greasy and needed plates for fries. Felt like I really need something healthy after this. No burgers for awhile. read more

The portions of the fries were HUGE and a small is enough to feed 2 people. I got the cajun fries, which were saltier than I prefer but still tasted good. The oreo milkshake I got was really good and probably the one thing I'd come back for if I were craving for it. The cashier lady was super friendly and overall seems like she enjoys her job. Third time was the same order but through uber eats bacon cheese burger with all the toppings and they literally missed everything. If it wasn't for ubereats, I would've wasted another $30 something on two burgers. The employees are literally doing this on purpose at this point. They hate their job and you can see it from the way they treat customers (through the reviews) and how they make the burgers. Just don't come to this five guys. The burgers are made to order so they are always fresh (even at 10 pm right before they close). The toppings are great as well. Personally, I'm a fan of the sloppy burger but I know that not everyone is. I also like how you can get the burger "protein style" with lettuce wrapping. Fries are decent but nothing special. Overall, I think it's a solid place to go when you are in the mood for a burger and want to change it up from the typical chains. Don't roll your eyes when I say this. My wife and I started doing a clean keto diet a few weeks ago. This has become our go-to spot to order from on the nights that we don't cook. Why? Because they handle the order terrifically. They've got options for a "bowl" or lettuce wrap, which is ideal for avoiding the carbs. And the burgers are consistently well cooked, not greasy. Some nice crisp on the edges of the patties. And getting whatever toppings you want is a nice touch as well. Above all, they're consistent. We get the same delicious food every time, which can't be said of a lot of other places. Also, there was a bit of a snafu with Uber Eats (we placed the order, the driver showed up to get it, but Uber never bothered to send the order ahead of the driver showing up and the order was cancelled.) I was a little heated, because all I knew was that my order was cancelled after waiting for 40 minutes and I called the restaurant. I had no trouble eating mine but my brother did since the pickles, mushrooms, etc were falling out :) Fries are home-made so it is a plus, peanuts keeps you busy while waiting for your order. Pretty typical food from a five guys, so nothing different to report on that end. For those of you not well versed in five guys burgers; it's a better day food burger and not in a shame shack level. What makes this place wonderful are the unlimited toppings which includes grilled mushrooms, onions, peppers and jalapenos. A regular sized order of fries is rewarded with an overflowing cup that is doubled when they pour in extra fries into the brown bag. But I do think the staff is super friendly and helpful. Now even though the food is pretty standard, I am in love with the online ordering and in person pickup. I made my selections online (a little burger is a single pattie, regular is double). You can schedule pickup and I chose asap (approximately 7min till pickup time). When you get there, go straight to the front counter to let them know you're there and you paid. They'll give you your receipt and shout your name to the back to get your order. You go to the back to pick up your order and you're done! Incredibly awesome when you notice the freakish line for ordering and pickup. :) read more

Being a fan of 5 guys burgers and fries I was super excited to see this location open. It's always good to have another option for a delicious burger. The place is always packed. Parking can be a little tight, especially if someone doesn't know how to park, or someone is driving really fast through the parking lot. I've been inside a couple of times, at least the place is pretty clean. Going through the line is usually quick. But beware, if you pay in cash, you better check your change. I realized one time that the girl shorted me $2 on my change. When I brought it to her attention, she refused to give me what was rightfully mine. Needless to say, I never use cash in here anymore. Good thing I didn't need that money for gas or something.... You can watch your burger getting made. Rarely is there a burger sitting on the grill for very long, leading to a very fresh taste. You can add any or all of the toppings to your burger, or hot dog, and you can even get a grilled cheese (yes, with toppings if you desire.) My favorite part about this place is the cajun fries. I always get the small order because they load up the fries. Besides the cup, more and more fries. Which, is great, if you come when they are busy and the fries are really fresh, and not soggy. This happened to me once, the rest of the times I haven't had any issues with the fries, or any of the food for that matter. This place is relatively standard for a 5 guys, either you like it or you don't. I like it. Like doesn't equal love, there is certainly room for improvement here. read more

This isn't one of the better Five Guys but it'll do. The food is prepared much faster than Wendy's to my surprise. The burger is pricey here however you can choose all the toppings you want.
