This is our second time here and it was way better than our previous experience. The receipt said the employee's name was Zaida M... she was super friendly and patient with us!! The floor this time was completely clean and swept, there was also another employee wiping down and checking all the tables to make sure they were clean. When we received our burgers, they gave us two servings of fries (we didn't order any fries). We tried to return them, but the lady insisted that we could keep them. Overall, everything tasted amazing and it was a great experience. read more

I heard this place was good in the Mainland and was so dissapointed! First of all, when we went in, there were NO customers but the place qas so dirty. Tables were left dirty and trash on the floor. It took 20 minutes for my burger and fries. My fries were burnt and thw burger was so bland. Nothing special about this place at all! read more

I walked in at 5:59 pm. Ordered two burgers, fries, two shakes. Only a family already eating, and a person after us, who got his burger before us. Apparently, they had to milk the cow for the shakes, then kill it for the beef, and wait for the potatoes to grow for the fries. Got my order at 6:26, after I had to ask where my food was. Apparently, it was on the warmer, nobody called my order number, because someone thought I called in my order. Clueless Staff. Fail. read more

The burgers are good but my rating is because the restaurant was filthy. They were not very busy when we got there but all of the empty tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day. The floors also had trash and food all over the place. Most of the workers were standing around talking with each other instead of tending to the mess that was EVERYWHERE. read more

Friendly, clean , the guys were very polite. Will visit again if I'm in Hawaii. I don't have anything to wright any more. Lmao

Five Guys never disappoints! Always good quality food and friendly service. The burgers are juicy and fries made on site from real spuds.

Bomb a** burgers! My favorite burger joint. Best customer service is . Always gotta get the Banana Milk Shake when I'm here...

Just witnessed the girl who took my order handle my cash with gloves on.. Then go straight to habdling the peoples food/burgers without even changing her gloves. Nasty AF read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Aiea, Hawaii

This is a great fresh change in burgers! Walking out of the mall we decided to stop for a shake, but i had to just try a burger and I'm glad i did. I can tell that its not some cookie cutter joint, the beef patties were fresh, the topping were fresh, the fries were crispy! Im glad i gave it a shot! I dont know if they knew it was our first time, or if its just how they are, but we had excellent service and even a little extra! (Thanks grill guy ) definitely won my business next time I'm looking for a burger joint!. read more

Way overpriced. The burger tastes good because it's made from scratch and doesn't taste like previous frozen patties but... $40 for 2 people? Not worth it. My BF and I spend less and are more full when dining at Zippy's, Kapiolani Coffee Shop, or Elena's for that price. Cajun fries too salty and soggy, Oreo creme shake too sweet, and burger is small. Not nearly as good as In N Out Burgers on the mainland, where their burgers are simple, quality, and cheap. read more

Exceptional! The staff here are welcoming and friendly. Instantly expressed Aloha and hospitality soon as we walked in. When asked about recommendations, they suggested the Little size menus since this was our first time here. They are calm and patient and most of all, they exceeded in making this a warm and friendly environment for the entire ohana. Will be visiting this place every time I visit Pearlridge. read more

Burgers are okay, kinda pricey for what you get. They need to make burgers bigger to fit the bun. Half way eating they the burger, you only get bread and the condiments. Fries are good and the shakes. read more

MY FAVORITE! Thanks for bringing this to pearlridge!!!!! Amazing burgers, great staff

The food is great. Just really can't believe how expensive they are compared to any other 5 Guys. I understand there should be a slight price margin but this is pretty steep. The last straw for me was the meal I just ordered, a little hamburger and large fries for $20... I'm usually ok with that, because the large amount of fries they usually give, but this last order only had a couple fries outside the cup. read more

I have been to several locations in Virginia and a few times to the one in Mililani. Food is normally good, however the delivery we received from the Pearlridge store wasn't to swift. For the money it was the worth it. They even got the orders wrong. My burger was missing the mushrooms and the put pickles on another that I didn't request. Wendy's or McDonald's is a much better value. read more

So glad the restaurant is in Aiea with lots of free parking at the Pearlridge Mall. Great juicy burgers and lots of toppings that you can choose from that come with the burger. I love the Coke machine where you can refill yourself with your favorite drink flavors. read more

Went in last night 15 minutes before they were about to close and they had everything practically cleaned up. I was expecting to get turned away but they still took my order with a smile. I felt pretty bad because they had to pretty much set everything back up. The entire crew was extremely positive and even offered me free bacon for my burger! Burger was great, fries were crispy and the team was on point. read more

I happened to be in the Pearlridge area around lunchtime so I decided to give Five Guys a try and see what all the fuss was about. Ordered a little burger with ketchup, mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes, little fries, and a regular drink. The fries were my favorite kind, served with the skin on, and were lightly salted and not greasy. I got a Dr. Pepper from the self-serve beverage machine, so nothing special there. But how was the burger? In a word, disappointing. The bun was fine, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, but they had forgotten the other two toppings. No big deal on the ketchup since I can just add some myself, but I didn't get a single mushroom. There were less than a dozen people in the restaurant at the time and most of them had already gotten their food, so it's not like the cooks were swamped with orders. And the burger patty itself was one of the thinnest I've ever been served. I can't even comment on how it tasted since there wasn't enough of it for me to formulate an opinion. I ate it and immediately forgot about it afterwards - not the kind of lasting impression you want to make with the centerpiece of your menu. All told, I spent almost $15 for a standard soft drink, tasty fries, and a severely underwhelming burger. Not worth a return trip. Chubbies burgers are thicker and juicier and Teddy's Bigger Burgers offers a better value for your money. Think I'll stick to them from now on. read more

This is my second time coming here in the past week because I'm so satisfied here at pearl ridge. Such an amazing environment with employees with respectful manners. Not only was the service great AGAIN so was the food. I can always count on five guys for a nice lunch or dinner!! read more

I am a big fan of Five Guys. Definitely worth a stop in, however I caution use of the Web order at the Pearl Ridge location. I've never had a problem anywhere else but we have ordered ahead for pickup using the app twice and both times they have messed up the order (not complicated). Make sure you check each burger before leaving and I'm sure they will correct it! read more

Best burgers in the country!! You tell them exactly how you want it and they make it for you!! The fantastic drink/soda dispensing g machine is amazing!! Pick any flavor you can imagine and create it yourself!! I cannot give enough stars for this place!!! Love love love Five Guys!! read more

First time at a Five Guys and a super friendly worker welcomed us as we came in. She had a great energy to her and seeing that we looked confused about the menu lol she enthusiastically explained to us how their system worked. These workers seriously should be paid more!!! A+ on service. I ordered the Cajun fries and cheese burger and BOTH came out delicious! The burger was not greasy whatsoever. I wish I took pictures but the food looked so good I couldn't hesitate haha. Mahalo for working so hard during this pandemic! read more

Very friendly staff. The burger was awesome I can't complain. Eating area was actually clean compared to other places. The fries loaded into your bag more than enough for everyone. read more

Came here for first time, the burger was really good! The whole restaurant was giving me major in and out burger vibes. Portions are nice and a small fries was more then big enough to feed me AND my boyfriend. The milkshake was probably the best one I've had in a while to! Bummed we don't have a five guys in Maui but I will definitely go again before leaving Oahu. read more

Average at best. Prices are high. Customer service is good though and friendly located uptown lettuce mall next to Pieology.

The service was nice, very polite, the area was clean and tidy. The burgers were over cooked and dry. I prefer medium rare, they forgot to add the cheese for the bacon cheese burger. read more

Delicious food and great attitudes but they got our order wrong twice in a row (we ate here last Friday). I totally understand orders can get busy but two times in a row? Paying extra for bacon but didn't get any read more

The burger is very similar to In n Out. It is tasty, but I should have inquired about the sizes. I ordered my son a little cheeseburger. It was perfect for him He's 7 and likes it plain...just cheese, burger, & bun. I ordered the regular cheeseburger not realizing it was 2 patties. Too much for me. I should have ordered the little cheeseburger with all the toppings I like and it would have been perfect for me. Regular fries too big for just 2 of us. Should have ordered a small. Complimentary peanuts were good. read more

They say they cook their hamburgers well done, my wife ordered and asked to cook the hamburger well done came to us raw not cooked in middle at all. The french fries ice cold and very little given to us. Only have 2 people working. No one really coming in to eat. No wonder very little business. The one in Philadelphia Pennsylvania was way better. Gave us food hot lots of fries and burgers were extremely well done. They had a better attitude and made us feel like family, unlike the one here at Pearlridge...need to treat your people better and serve what you say you serve and not cold food or under cooked foods...thanks for bad service Pearlridge Five Guys. Maybe should go to Philadelphia and learn how to draw the people in to your store and have excellent service. My suggestion 1000000000000000000000 thumbs down at Pearlridge mall location. read more

My burger wasn't greasy enough.... they cooked the heck outta that meat patty! The fries were too "golden" for my taste - and they weren't particularly good. The fresh veggies always win me over though. I'll definitely give them another try. read more

worst service ever. nobody greeted and it took 6 mins for 6 workers to seeve us??? when we were the only people in there tonight. not coming back, my milkshake was also not blended and the teenage boy helping us was rude.. read more

Sent the wrong order (of a lesser value) through Uber Eats. Dining in may be your best bet so you can check the order and have it fixed if it's incorrect. There's no way to have it fixed if you ordered through a delivery service read more

Aloha, I recently visited five guys 2 weeks ago. Pros- Pearlridge great location Friendly service Clean Cons- Burgers are small then a usual five guys burgers. I had a cheeseburger: What a mess. The hamburger bun was bigger than both the hamburger patties together. The burgers were 2 different sizes Waited 30 minutes only 2 people ordered me and another person The staff was friendly, but when I'm waiting on my food the young kid doing the fries was dancing and playing around. Not acceptable. I have been to five guys in the mainland and Mililani and the burger are big. The staff needs to be retrained in how to make the proper size burger and the same size burger would be nice I will try five guys pearlridge again to see if my and all the reviews helped or not. Thanks read more

Very unprofessional staff on 2 occasions. Had an order to pick up and wanted to know if they canceled it or not and they just shouted from inside. read more

The downside to five guys is the price. For a burger, fries, and drink it ends up being around $16. The staff at this location is always super friendly and get the food out quickly. I enjoy the quality of the food here. I really crave In n out burgers but not going to happen on the island, so this is the next best thing. End up spending more money than I'd like but this is usually my go to burger spot on the island. read more

Meh. Save money, buy local, this places burgers reminds me of Bobs bbq but double the price.

Waited an hour while mrs had her breasts squished (not a laughing matter she said). Sorry, honey. Wea you like go eat? LM say that mrs just LOVES BURGERS so it was 5 Guys which she had never eaten. I ate once in Vegas and it was OK, but loved the roasted peanuts. Our order: Little burger w/mayo, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and relish; Little cheeseburger same sides; little fries and 2 reg drinks for a total of $28.43. Mrs rolled her eyes when I told her how much it cost. "How much for the cheese burger?" she asked. Sit down, honey. $8.29 and small fries 4.59, reg drinks 3.39 each. Wea dah roasted peanuts? Shrugged my shoulders, but I knew there would be no nuts since the floor was clean of shells. I downed the burger in 4 bites, not even whipping my mouth once and ate two pieces of fries each time. Mrs looked at me as if she had never seen me devour a meal in just a few seconds. Strike 2 with a unappetizing breakfast yesterday and ok lunch today. Mrs said we should just eat burgers at Burger King especially when we use the coupon for Jr burgers and fries. I reminded mrs that our lt gov said that MAYBE we can travel by summer and she have all the burgers at her favorite burger joint in Vegas...In N Out w/animal fries. Nuff said. No mo go out to eat this week...just stay home and dig in the freezer for goodies to prepare. read more
