Terrible terrible terrible!! The beans and beef in the tacos and burritos i bought were cold! Not too much ingredients in them too! The sprite was just carbonated water. I called the restaurant and NO one answered! Don't waste your time going to this Taco Bell! The order taker and window staff were great! One star for there customer service!

Husband went to order via drive-thru, he ordered 4 Tacos and 1 Burrito Supreme and 12Hot Sauce. He said bag felt light so he asked if had 4 Tacos and 1 Burrito Supreme in the bag, girl at the window said, "yes". He came home and only had 2 Tacos and 1Burrito and 12 Taco Sauce. Receipt showed 2 Tacos and 1 Supreme Burrito and 8 Hot Sauce. Tacos and Burrito was skinny (hardly any meat and cheese; mostly lettuce-but not much more). The girl who took the order was mostly concerned about points; but he told her No, he just wanted to order 4Tacos and 1Burrito Supreme and 12 Hot Sauce. Don't go there at night.

Drink was not filled all the way up. I was served a frozen drink less than half full.

My Drink was not filled to the top. I didn't look at my drink until I left the store. I was not pleased with my portion sizes. My food was excellent that's why I am giving it 2 stars. If the drink was full I would have gave it 3 stars.

Went to the drive through, I ordered a Chicken chalupa. The bread was crunchy, veggies were soggy, chicken was hard and they forgot to put mild sauce in the bag. Never again coming to this location again!

Item offered and paid for on the app. Item not offered in Hawai'i. I now need to contact corporate office for a refund. Smdh...

It was my first time using the Taco Bell app. I was surprised and happy that they offered the Mountain Few Baha Blast. I ordered 2 large sodas. To my disappointment, Taco Bell Hawai'i does not offer that option even though it's on the app. I asked if the drink was going to be refunded, I was told to call the corporate office for a refund. My question, what else on the app is not offered in Hawai'i or a certain locations. Trust level is zero at this point.

NACHO BELL GRANDE (REGULAR SIZE) @ $7.49!!!

I enjoy Taco Bell when I'm in the mood for an American spin on Mexican food. This time around I was quite disappointed at how the portion size was EXTREMELY SMALL!! I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande (REGULAR/FULL SIZE) and it was the same amount as the snack size Nacho Bell Grande, which is about half the price of a full size Nacho Bell Grandes! At almost $8 come on Taco Bell!!

Fast food in Pearlridge, Oahu, Hawaii... While we were driving to the Pearlridge Farmer's Market, my friend and I passed by this location of Taco Bell. I remembered the radio announcement about the discontinuation of the Mexican Pizza during the first week of November 2020. I made a note in my mind that I should go and get a Mexican Pizza soon. After we were done at the Farmer's Market, my friend (the birthday girl) was hungry. I got her the Short Ribs at Button Up Cafe nearby and I headed to Taco Bell... lol! Gotta satisfy those cravings, you know? Haha! This Pearl City location of Taco Bell has been so well renovated that I asked if this was a new store! I guess it looks more spacious because all of the tables and chairs have been moved to the side (since they only do takeout orders at this time). I ordered the Mexican Pizza and got a Pineapple Freeze for the birthday girl. Then - I added on another Pineapple Freeze for me! It's like a pineapple slush and was pretty good! The Mexican Pizza was yummy, too. It's made with fried-to-a-crisp tortilla shells, chopped fresh tomatoes, refried beans, melted cheese, and seasoned beef. I gobbled it down! If I'm in the area, I'd go back and maybe even get the 7-layer burrito and the other menu items which will also be discontinued in a couple of months.

PARKING: few spaces to the side of restaurant n' a free lot to the right when facing OVERALL COMMENTS: the last time I had them was at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market in 2024 so we were due for a visit. The steak quesadilla is really good, has a nice char to the meat, filling is packed with steak n' cheese, easy enough to share, salsa that comes on the side is spicy; a lil' goes a long way. The mixed taco is yuMmmy n' loaded with 2 good size pieces of fried fish n' 2 large fried shrimp. The textures are crispy from the beer batter n' crunchy from the slaw. The chipotle aioli tops it off perfectly by adding in the creaminess. Da OG tostada is seafood freshness on a tortilla chip. The ceviche is very well made, has all the flavors coming through n' underneath that is the blue crab tobiko spread that adds another level of excellence. The avocado is the cherry on top completing the dish. Happy with everything we ordered!

Have been meaning to check out this spot for a minute but just hadn't been able to until today…read more I stopped by here at 11am on Saturday after a hike. It was "crowded" in that there is a very limited dining area and out door seating area. We managed to snag a table by asking another couple if they were using both of their tables which were put together. Fortunately they weren't. If you're outside, it's also super loud because of the traffic. Probably goes without saying but if you're on a first date or whatever perhaps not the most ideal spot. So we stood in line. Make sure to grab a menu while you're there if you don't have it pulled up on your phone. I ordered fish taco (singular)...i guess they don't do three for whatever like many other places do. That's fine. My date ordered the Tostada de Atun (tuna). And then I ordered a 16oz ceviche to go. I guess I assumed the ceviche would be fish, but i think it's shrimp. Everything was tasty, especially the ceviche. If it was regular fish ceviche, it would have been 20/10. I'm not a huge fan of shrimp and it was still a solid 9/10. The fish taco was fine, if a bit under seasoned. And I think my date enjoyed her tostada. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.

We order 2 plates and a bunch of sides. Ended up paying $70... which is crazy. I got the carne asada plate. It was honestly so bland... no flavor at all. I was super disappointed. No seasonings, no nothing. Position wise, it was a pretty big steak. But they weren't so generous on the rice and beans. My husband got the mariachi taco plate and his tacos tasted pretty good. We also ordered a side of rice, beans, salsa & salsa Fresca. I was shocked that my plays didn't come with any salsa, so it's a good thing I did an order of salsa. The salsa wasn't even spicy, it honestly tasted like the Tostitos salsa chip dip. They were very generous with the rice and beans. But they skimp out on the salsa Fresca. Literally was 1 small spoon in an 8oz container. I'm a big lover for Mexican food. Living in the mainland & moving back home, it's difficult to find anything compared to their. But this place idk I didn't really like it :( maybe I need to try it for dine-in and try something else on the menu.

A hearty eater would probably need four or five. Both wrapped together in foil. In fact, so small, that I told the guy at the window that I ordered two. Then he told me they're both wrapped together. He gave me both sauces - chili and green. The person I bought one of the tacos for didn't want hers after showing it to her. I must say, the hamburger had a dry taste and texture. I added the green sauce hoping it would liven up the tacos. The tortilla shell was very soft too. Topped with plenty cilantro and onions (chopped small to my liking). Overall, the tacos turned out like how I expected. NOT a "Wow" first impression. I gave this place a 4-star rating because I'd go back for a change. I used to like beef tacos from Taco Bell (before I discovered SOH's Birria Tacos). Service was pleasant and cordial. A few people had ordered before and after me. Ordering was super easy and quick using the QR code to place and pay, which I appreciated. The beermosa itself was refreshing and well done, and I'd absolutely come back just for that. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet expectations. The "crispy" pork ended up being more hard than crunchy--so chewy that after one piece my jaw was sore. I thought maybe it was just me, but my friend agreed it was tough as well. The grilled cheese was also a bit surprising. Instead of the classic buttery, crisp bread with melty cheese inside, the cheese was grilled onto the outside and inside, which left the sandwich lacking that satisfying crunch. The fries were tasty, but for a $7 upgrade, I was hoping for a more generous portion than what arrived on the plate. On a positive note, the staff was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and checked on us a few times during our meal, which always makes a difference.
