Paid over $50.00 for takeout today at Jack In The Box for dinner. When we got home less than l0 minutes later, the hash browns and sandwiches were all cold, yuck! Tried to call the restaurant to make a complaint to the manager a few times. They do not answer their phone. I went to Jack in the Box to try their new chicken wings. When I received by 12 Piece Buffalo Wing Combo I noticed that my bag was just dripping with oil. When I got to the chicken it had no buffalo sauce, just some Franks Red Hot on the side. It was at this point that I noticed that the oil was now dripping onto my cars upholstery, so I just threw it out before the mess could get any worse. Jack's is our go to, comfort food place. We've never had any problems. This place in Pearl City is horrible!!! I went to this location late evening. It doesn't take long to make a breakfast jack and it was cold. The egg was cold and the bread was stale and dry as if it was made hours ago. At least make an attempt to heat it up in the microwave to coceal your aged food. The tacos were also very oily and cold. The taco shell wasn't even crunchy. It was super stale and rubbery. They also bagged all 4 tacos in 1 package. Usually, each taco would come in it's own package or sleeve. What if the tacos were for multiple people? If I ordered 10 tacos for 10 people, they probably would've put all 10 in 1 package. So sanitary.... Not!!! Either they're trying to save money, they are lazy, or both. I think I would've been better off going to 7-Eleven. At least they have a conscience on how long they let their food sit out. Food at jack's is generally good. Service at this loc is lacking. Second time we did a mobile order with pick up in store. Second time they were not tracking the in store pick up mobile orders. The orders are supposed to be filled and placed on the pick up shelf. Had to go to counter to ask, both times they have a panicked look and hurry to fill the order. Since there are no Jack in the Boxes in CT, I can only indulge when I go home to Hawai'i for visits. My go-to is their Jumbo Jack with cheese. GET THE CURLY FRIES WITH THEIR BUTTERMILK DRESSING!! I cannot stress that enough! They have really great shakes as well! My favorite is the Oreo shake. My overall favorite is their pumpkin shake, which is a seasonal item. The same woman messed up my order twice in one evening. Whoever she is that worked on the evening of 04 February, 2025 at 2330 to the morning of 05 February, 2025 0430am is terrible. The first order I asked for a Hi-C and asked if they had that and she mumbled so I figured that was a yes. I get my drink and taste it, she gave me an iced Tea. The second time I came back around 4am, I asked for a number 22 off of the breakfast menu. She gave me a number 2. So I went back for more.. the second order they didn't make them the same they were missing an ingredient they only put cheese on them. My recent experience was so bad it was like being in a movie gone wrong. I ordered one item at the drive through and then blank no answer and waited. Finally I said if you are speaking to me I cannot hear a word you are saying. I will drive up to your window to complete my order. The staff were Micronesians and were NOT well trained and operating on stupidity. Two cars were waiting for their orders ahead of me. Just stopped by recently with a friend for a quick dinner, there was no line and the order was filled relatively quickly. Everything was fine, we got home and were getting ready to eat. My friend was super excited for their mini churros so she tried them first. She ate one and said that they were super salty and asked me to try it, which I did. And it turned out that they had dusted this batch of churros with salt instead of sugar. We laughed it off and it was a funny moment, it was honestly probably just an honest mistake so I just told my friend that she should call back the restaurant to let them know what happened and ensure that nobody else gets salty churros. So she called back, but to no avail no one picked up the first call. The second time she called someone picked up the phone after ringing for a long time and then immediately hung up. On the third call an older woman picked up the phone. My friend politely explained to her what happened and that it was a silly mistake that she received salt dusted churros, hopefully so others don't receive the same. However, the woman on the phone just seem baffled. She then proceeded to yell at her, saying that shes wrong and that they dont dust their churros in anything so thats why shes wrong. My friend again tried to calmly explain, that she did in fact receive churros in a bag of salt. She then just got more aggressive, yelling progressively louder at my friend saying that shes wrong, there is no salt or sugar, they dont put anything on the churros. My friend was speechless as she didn't really know how to reply, she was just stating what had happened and she was being yelled at for no reason. I did step in to also say that "you're saying that you guys don't dust the churros with anything, but you did, and it's salt." Very matter-of-factly, and the line just goes dead silent. After about a minute or so I say "hello?" And then the woman just says "okay just bring your receipt and we will give you new churros" with no remorse or apology over yelling at my friend for no apparent reason. I came here craving an iced coffee. I love the iced coffee at Jack in the box. I was looking at the flavors and I never had the macadamia nut iced coffee so I decided to get a large one with the loaded baked potato fries. The iced coffee was delicious. It satisfied my craving for an iced coffee. The coffee here is much stronger than anywhere else. Its consistency is thicker but still good. The only negative here would be the long line for drive thru depending on when you get here. I got here in the afternoon and the line went fast. I would definitely come here again if I ever crave an iced coffee. I do like the burgers and everything else on their menu. read more

Instead of apologizing, the employee started cursing at me when I took a photo to show management. After I reported the incident, the district manager said he would get back to me. Still waiting. Other than that, I'm wondering if HART is doing their renovations that have been going on since COVID. They've taken down the old entrance, but have not yet replaced it. Customers need to park on one side of the building and enter the store on the other. As it was previously, it is not handicap friendly. I formerly spent about $10/day at that JIB.
