My sister and I came in for brunch and she ordered the feature Brussel hash. The eggs were undercooked so we asked to get a new set of eggs. Our server took the whole plate and when we got it back the eggs were extremely overcooked and she only had half of the amount of food that she originally received. We only saw our server once after she dropped the food off again and that was to drop our check off. It's very disappointing considering we love to come here. read more

Quick review here. This place has become our monthly father / son breakfast spot in town. The food here is always fresh and tasty and there are many options on the menu. The service, like many places today, is not fully back due to staffing shortages which seem to be the "new normal" in many of the service industries. Meh. Overpriced breakfast. I was excited to try it out for the first time since people had said that it was good. The pros as I see it: Cool decor, clean industrial somewhat fun. We were seated quickly but it was fairly empty so there was no challenge there. I like that their dishes are actual some sort of stone ware and not a melamine look alike. Food came out hot and promptly. Our server was attentive in food and if we needed anything. They offer Udi's gluten free bread for those who need it. The cons: The coffee was a bit bitter. The price is overpriced for what we ordered. Eggs bacon and toast for $11 add juice and you're at $14. It was tasty but not that great. Our attentive server never thought to offer us a kids menu that would have cut my sons breakfast cost in half. When I mentioned it,clearly disappointed, I received several apologies but no discount or coupon for a discount on another visit. I'm in no hurry to return. read more

This is not our typical type of restaurant for breakfast, it was new and we had a hour to waste before we could continue shopping so we tried this new restaurant. I am not a big breakfast fan but my husband is. I got the traditional breakfast with bacon and he got the chickichanga. We were seated at the community table which is like a bar. They have good coffee but only have raw sugar and stivia as sweeteners. My breakfast was ok to me but not worth $11. My husband enjoyed his breakfast, but not enough to return. I like to try new places at least once and I have. If you enjoy the farm to table meal with high end ingredients, this is the place for you. If you enjoy a simple farmers market breakfast, this is not the place for you. read more

We were here Saturday 3/26/22 around 9am and were seated right away, which was a pleasant surprise, but everything kind of went downhill from there. My Diet Coke was flat, waitress was very nice, offered me another but I just switched to water. Water tasted like pure chlorine, not sure that's the restaurant's fault though since it was probably just tap water? Our food came out within 5 minutes of sitting down, which was amazing because the restaurant was filling up with more people by the minute. I ordered the Belgian waffle with a side of bacon, my husband got the works. All the food was cold When it came out. We ate it anyway because we didn't want to deal with an argument. The Belgian waffle was ok, nothing to call home about, just like eating a piece of white bread, no golden buttery flavor like one would expect. The very berry compote that came with it was amazing though, I actually drizzled that over it instead of maple syrup. The side of bacon was 4 slices, 2 of those slices were crispy, which I ate but 2 were limp and barely cooked enough. My husband's omelet was mostly just full of large uncut onion skins and was bland. His potatoes were not fully cooked through making them browned on the outside but still pretty solid in the middle. Sausage might have tasted better warm. Our bill was $36.97 before tip. We were 100% disappointed. We won't go back. read more

She got triple sat right after we sat down, and she kept her clam and treated us just as quickly and with care as a server would with only one table. Entire sign up system on the app was useless! Signed up and it stated our wait was 30-45 min. Got To Resturaunt and reported in as per app instructions. They then advised wait began after our arrival. After waiting 20 minutes I asked for manager. She was courteous and stated we would be next seated. Took another 15 minutes. Then service started out good, but quickly went downhill. Took 30 plus minutes to get food. It was not up to par. Can't possibly recommend this location. read more

Updated Review: I want to say that after posting my review, upper management reached out to me to express their sincerest apologies for the frustration I experienced at one of their locations. They discussed my concerns with the local restaurant and even offered me an unexpected refund based on my order. I am apprentice of the way upper management and guest services handled my complaint, and because of this I look forward to giving that specific branch/restaurant another try. We were seated promptly but then waited at least 15 mins for a waitress and that's only because I waved down the hostess and asked for a waitress to come to the table. Once we ordered food It came quickly, but we both got Benedict and the yolk was completely cooked (I wish I took a pic ) I've never ever ever ordered a Benedict and received a fully cooked yolk. I waited an hour and a half for a cold omelet and veggies. Don't recommend taking out in this place, they dont really pay attention to you.

When we first walked in we almost walked out because the noise from a group in the corner was deafening. The acoustics in the room are not conducive to quiet but this was off the charts loud. We were really glad that we did not leave. We had the Steak and Eggs Hash (a special) and the Classic Benedict. Both exceeded expectations. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. When I noted a shortage of unflavored half-and-half in the bowl on our table she left and returned with a cup full of nothing but half-and-half. The has was bite sized pieces of medium rare steak mixed with their very delicious home fried potatoes. Two poached eggs were dropped on top. My husband usually likes only corned beef hash but he raved about his meal. My Classic Benedict was a generous portion of sliced ham and sliced tomatoes on a ciabatta roll topped of by soft poached eggs. The ham tasted less salty than the traditional Canadian bacon which made me very happy. The coffee is served with a carafe placed on the table for refills. Even the water comes with a bottle for refills. We will be back, hopefully at a quieter time. read more

I visited the restaurant on May 28. On top of waiting too long for my food, as I was leaving, there was a rug near the door that was not gripped properly. I tripped badly, twisting my ankles.One of which hurt for days. I reached out to corporate, was told my issue would be sent over the restaurant's team, never heard anything. I filled out a customer concern form online, nothing. Called the location to speak with the manager and since he was busy, I left my name and email. They provided me with his number which I called twice and left a voicemail, never received a reply. The manger I am referring to is Michael White. The lack of care from First Watch concerning this issue is terrible! I still have yet to be contacted for this incident. I will take it up further if necessary since there has been no resolution. read more

A new discovery! Our first time here. The place was packed and a 20 minute wait announced. We were seated in 18. The space is pretty cramped. Lots of tables stuffed in the space. It was a little difficult to manage my wife's wheelchair. We were able to get to our table, but we had to ask a couple of people to get up and move their chairs because there was not room between the tables and occupied chairs to get a wheelchair through. The people that had to move were gracious, but there should be a little more space between tables. The staff is in training, but extremely friendly and courteous. The food is uniquely prepared and absolutely delicious! AND FAST! A refreshing twist on breakfast offerings. We will definitely be back, but will download their mobile app to see how well it cuts the wait time. We saw that food could be ordered on the app and picked up, so a nice alternative if you wanted to take out and have a breakfast picnic someplace. Bottom line, the food was good, and made us forget any inconvenience from the tight space. We will be back! read more

I ordered a blueberry basil drink which they ran out of basil for the garnish and the drink did not taste like basil nor a fresh concoction... felt like it was out of a jug. The food itself was good, just not exciting - and for some reason I did not like that my wrap was served with hot salsa - I'm talking physically piping hot not spicy - the temperature seemed strange to me as I would have preferred a room temp or cold salsa. I did feel like I was eating more on the healthy side though (speaking of which there are calories listed next to each dish, which did kind of dissuade me from ordering something more decadent!).
