So coffee came out and I asked about the cinnamon roll I purchased. The cashier did apologize and of course I understand I just figured a refund would be easier. I had paid cash and we stood there for a good 5 minutes or more trying to figure out how to refund the cash. I was asked for a receipt which I never received. I've never ever had issues with people refunding cash before. I don't like holding up the line when they're so busy but man they were acting like this was my fault. So finally the barista was about to hand me the cash and I thanked her, but this woman did not hand me my money, actually she shoved it into my hand with attitude and no eye contact without saying one word.
