Decided to stop by this coffee shop to try something other than the big business coffee shops…read more Went in around 830am before my son's dental appointment. Line was very long but we waited since we still had 30 minutes and it was only 8 minutes away. I ended up ordering a latte and a cinnamon roll. You can tell the barista was stressed which I understand. What got me was watching her wipe her forehead and touch her hair, then touching the coffee cups. I looked past it since girl was busy. So coffee came out and I asked about the cinnamon roll I purchased. Immediately was told "oh someone else must've taken it" ok well this was the last one and I didn't like anything else in their selection so I asked for a refund...you'd think I was asking for something free when I said this lol. The cashier did apologize and of course I understand I just figured a refund would be easier. I had paid cash and we stood there for a good 5 minutes or more trying to figure out how to refund the cash. I was asked for a receipt which I never received. I've never ever had issues with people refunding cash before. I don't like holding up the line when they're so busy but man they were acting like this was my fault. So finally the barista was about to hand me the cash and I thanked her, but this woman did not hand me my money, actually she shoved it into my hand with attitude and no eye contact without saying one word. I stood there in shock that I was treated like this...my son was there and at this point we were running late to his appointment so I didn't address it. I unfortunately will never be back to this establishment. Cute coffee though.

The staff were all extremely helpful and guided me through their greenhouse helping me find things that suited my needs. They had a private party in a room off to the side that is semi-private.
