Came across RR whilst in search of plant based places to eat. Raw places are a rare find and I found them to have a nice variety of food options - staff were friendly. Good vibes overall. I ordered an iced matcha drink with either strawberry or raspberry (coco milk base) and Nutella toast (topped with nut butter, cinnamon, strawberry & banana. It was pleasant and I look forward to visiting again!
The weekend brunch is absolutely fantastic , but the avocado toast is always a staple. Everything is gluten free, peanut free, soy free, refined sugar free, and seed oil free. You don't need to worry about anything here! The service is amazing, everything is super clean and aesthetic. Love the vibe
Stopped in for a latte, tomato soup, and a poke bowl and everything hit the spot! The tomato soup was incredible (I added rice and highly recommend doing the same). The poke bowl was good, though nothing too special. What really stood out was the staff, they went above and beyond after I mentioned my severe tree nut allergy. They took the time to wipe down all the machines and ensure no cross-contamination, which meant a lot since many of their drinks and dishes include nuts. The coffee was amazing, and the vibe inside is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual lunch or catching up with friends. I'll definitely be going back!
To-go Juice Order: Here for the cold-pressed juices and they are phenomenal! Tried the Quest, Morning Glory, Be No Ego, and the beet juice. All were tasty and the ingredients were perfect. Parking was challenging, so I hopped out and had the hubs circle the block for me. Thankfully, service and checkout was fast and friendly. I was in and out in a jiffy. Can't wait to return and try more menu items. Cheers!
Not a bad little hidden joint in Raleigh, NC. Off of Fayetteville street. The price for a cup of tea is the price to expect when in Raleigh. You ain't in Clayton anymore sis! The service was friendly and kind. Offering different sweetners to go along with your tea. The feel and ambiance of the coffee shop was chill. The type of vibe you would expect in a joint like this. There are live plants up on the bar. Decent music playing. Maybe a little too loud. So, not ideal if you're trying to read and study.
Great place for acai and poke bowls. I love the use of bee pollen. I really also like their juices. I have done one of their juice cleanses in the past. I always stop by when I am downtown for a nice healthy treat. It a bit expensive, but they use a lot of high-quality ingredients.
Yum, tasty vegan cafe in downtown Raleigh! I highly recommend requesting the house made coconut milk in your drink. I chose the matcha latte made with coconut milk and was not disappointed. While walking downtown on a cold morning, I stopped at Raleigh Raw to warm up. The ladies working the counter greeted me upon arrival, showed me where the menus were (at the end of the counter closest to the door), and took my order. Although the food menu looked delicious, I decided on a matcha latte and a pre-bottled juice. The menu is rather pricy, particularly for the beverages. The food items are more reasonably priced. The music is pleasant. It is louder than other cafes but fits the atmosphere. Ample seating is available inside at tables and the bar. Two single clean bathrooms are available in the back of the dining room for use. It took longer than expected to receive the latte, but it was well worth the wait. I enjoyed both beverages. As I mentioned above, the coconut milk used in the matcha latte is divine. The juice I chose was a blend of beet, ginger, lemon, carrot, cucumber, celery, apple, and parsley. It tasted fresh, flavorful (particularly the ginger and beets), and was surprisingly filling. Overall, I had a positive experience here and would return for another coconut milk latte!
I wandered into Raleigh Raw as I was looking for a bottled water for my upcoming walking tour. I normally have a few in the car but forgot to add one. I was immediately greeted and asked about the water as I wasn't sure if they'd have that. But I was pointed to where they were and was rung up and the cashier was asking all about the tour I was going to take. It was genuine so that was nice. I will be back on the days they do the juices as I love to support places with great service and the products seem high quality here.
Cutest place with a great healthy vibe and friendly staff. There were so many great offerings on the menu, we had a hard time deciding! We chose the smoothie bowls and they were fantastic.
Visiting through Raleigh, a couple blocks walking distance from the Convention Center is Raleigh Raw that is if you like walking. Parking is also on the street that you pay for at street kiosk. This is the place for fresh pressed juices and smoothies! Classy cafe with indoor dining and at the bar. I ordered to go and received helpful service. The best time to get your fresh juices are first in the morning because the end of the day can be less selection of choices. Kale Me Maybe, Rock Steady, Quest were my favorites. Coldacado is a also delicious smoothie and filling too. So if you like to eat/drink healthy or need a raw treat after a good workout, this is a place to go.

We ended up walking by this place and wanted to stop in for a drink. As stated in the name, every ingredient here is raw and natural. No preservatives at all. We absolutely loved that. I ended up getting a latte with some honey and lavender and it was delicioussssss. They really hooked it up. You can truly tell the difference between their drinks and other shops that add preservative heavy syrups. They did have a good menu, so I would love to go back and try some items out! Raleigh Raw is a great juice and smoothie spot in downtown Raleigh. I ordered the Green Smoothie and absolutely loved it--super fresh, perfectly blended, and you can tell everything is made to order. The vibe is great, the staff is friendly, and the menu names alone won my support. I mean... "9th Wonder" and "Salt-N-Pepa"? If you know, you know. I wandered into Raleigh Raw as I was looking for a bottled water for my upcoming walking tour. I normally have a few in the car but forgot to add one. Very nice spot! We got an açaí bowl, blueberry smoothie, and toast w/ ghee. Everything was very tasty. The vibes inside and out were great and we had good service from everyone we spoke to! Prices were a bit high, though the food was quality. read more

Stopped by just now for a healthy start to the day. The 2 women there were so friendly and one even helped bring my drinks out to my car - how kind! Chai latte w/ coconut base - wow, delicious and creamy. I think I'm tasting either nutmeg or cinnamon, perhaps both. What a yummy drink. Smooth Operator- well, you definitely taste the celery (not a huge fan but its healthy, soooo) but there's also some spice to this beverage that makes it more palatable. Coladacado - mmmmm, creamy and delicious! Prices are reasonable and the drinks are quality. A must try. read more
[Coronavirus review] Open as a takeout window at present, this juice bar is filling an important niche as it's been harder than usual to get fresh fruits and vegetables. I ordered a smoothie, which probably had a decent amount of fruit and protein in it but had a bit of a muddy undifferentiated taste to it and came with a straw that wasn't quite up to the task. The truffles I took to go were more impressive, being based on cashews I think but delivering a rich chocolately experience that was tough to distinguish from non-plant-based truffles I've had. The sushi bowls I didn't try, but they sound worth trying. read more

Let me tell you why! This is the best restaurant in the Raleigh area right now! I absolutely love coming here! It's my favorite first date meet up place or having a quick Convo with a client or a family member spot. There is an option for everyone and they are healthy! I love the Faroe bowl and literally all of the smoothies! The açai bowl is the best thing since ice cream! It is so flavorful and they really do use top quality ingredients. Take a moment and go to the spot you will not be disappointed! Healthy and flavorful eating! You cannot beat that! read more
I've heard so many great things about this place but was a bit disappointed. I ordered the tumeric golden milk latte, asked to add espresso and for an alternative sweetener than maple syrup. I was shocked that the only alternative they had was honey or coconut sugar, I was looking for something more like stevia which is oftentimes at every coffee shop so I was shocked they didn't have it. The latte itself was cold, not sure if it was because of the juice but I asked for it hot. There was also no milk foam it was totally flat. Not to mention the ginger was a bit too overpowering and made it taste too spicy for my liking. Not to mention it was a 7 dollar base price which came to a 9 dollar coffee after adding espresso, not worth it. Sad as I had high hopes. read more

This hidden gem was such a delight! It was my first time going in and it was hot only cool, clean and beautifully decorated with art but the playlist for the music was also good. I had the iced ginger and peach tea and the salad version of the spicy poke bowl with salmon. Sooooo so good! The flavors were so perfectly combined and everything was fresh. Love the vibe, the seats, the location and the DRINKS. The team helped me pick out a juice -- I love fresh squeezed, but she reminded me that the cold pressed keep more of their nutrients. I snagged the Quest -- carrot, pineapple, ginger, turmeric, black peppercorn -- and it's a treat! The pineapple really shines and the spices can kinda mellow out, but still has all that healthy in it. I also choose the cacao mocha latte, using cacao + sweetened with maple syrup (instead of chocolate syrup), and almond milk and it's delicious and satisfying. The first sip, you kinda realize the difference between chocolate and cacao and it's just subtly sweet, but by the 3rd sip, you're drinking it heartily! Plus, this place is walking distance (.3mi) from the Convention Center downtown. Bless you, Raleigh! Would love to have a place like this in Kansas City where I'm from. read more

This was an excellent lunch option. My husband ordered the Maui Wowee Bowl and an OJ and I ordered the Santeria Bowl topped with seared salmon and a blue lemonade. It's expensive but it's worth it as it was all delicious. I wish I lived closer to Downtown Raleigh so I could visit more often. read more

Fantastic poke bowl! Matcha lemonade was tasty & refreshing. Atmosphere was relaxed, almost smart; definitely classy in a demure way. Service was present but not overwhelming. W's all around. I'd definitely recommend. I'd absolutely bring my adults & sit outside on a cool Raleigh morning. I'll be back! read more
My first time here and wish I had visited sooner! Located right downtown so you have to find street parking or use paid parking but it's definitely worth a visit. They use house made milks with your choice of almond or coconut. I loved the mocha latte and the healthy ingredients they use. I also tried their Mangonada smoothie which was delicious (mangonadas are my favorite!). The poke bowls were very fresh and delicious! Will be visiting here more for the fresh options and healthy menu! read more

This review is long overdue. I have been a customer of RR since 2016. I worked around the corner and had discovered this place mainly due to seeing poke & juices on the menu. Coming from the W. Coast and seeing poke offered in the south.. I knew they knew what was up. They did... but my only feedback which I have noticed and they did improve overtime was the size of the fish pieces. Poke is supposed to be cut into tiny pieces not huge mouth-full sashimi pieces. I noticed I now don't have try and cut the pieces even smaller with my chopsticks. So thank you! I used to juice myself before juicing with RR. If you have ever put in that labor you will understand why they cost that much and why it's worth it. I originally started with the 3-day cleanses. Using them as a reset and helping me overcome sugar addictions. Now I have a subscription and just incorporate them into my diet. I stopped working downtown a year ago and was so sad to miss my beloved downtown Raleigh spots especially Raleigh Raw.... until... DUN dun dunnnn they came out with the meal subscriptions. When they announced it I was quick to hop on even though I knew it would be a bumpy road at first. It was... lol. But I had faith in RR and knew they would work out the kinks and they did! Now the subscriptions make a lot more sense rather than the pilot program. I am now on my 3rd and have one of each- breakfast, lunch, & dinner. I still get those downtown vibes and reminisce on being inside the cozy RR when I get my deliveries. RR has made my life so much better. I don't know what I'd do with out them. I even had some crappy days downtown and found solace at that bar (them smoothie + CBD oil days). Personal Faves: Poke- Faroe Monch with salmon Juice- Cashbah + Kale Me Maybe Smoothie Bowl- Khaleesi Acai Bowl Smoothie- CBJ I want to thank everyone there the whole team for being so awesome and delivering the most delicious and nutritious meals in the area. Thank you Emily for all your kindness and great customer service for the meal subscriptions & Megan (not sure if she's still there..) for being so nice and welcoming in the front of house in my downtown days. Raleigh Raw rules. I talk about it so much everyone at my new office is intrigued. I'm always boasting about them, but it's all true!! read more
