This location is connected to a medical office/building and has plenty of free parking. There's a few tables and chairs for outside seating and a more open concept for indoor seating including bar stools. This is a great location for quiet remote work. I've yet to see much socializing at this location but others definitely have that vibe. I love how they have various seasonal offerings each month. The syrups are homemade and not overly sweet. And they offer several nondairy options including macadamia milk. Service is always friendly and prompt. Definitely a part of my regular rotation.

The latte was delicious - it has brown sugar in it, which was perfect as the iced version. The morning bun was delightful - probably my second favorite morning bun/cinnamon roll in Raleigh. The chocolate croissant was filled with chocolate ganache - which I was not expecting - it was messy but also very good. Lastly, the tarine, which like I mentioned, was kind of like a pizza on a piece of toast - it had cheese tomato sauce - simple and savory and tasty.
