I kept it simple and went with a red eye, and it delivered--good, solid coffee with the extra kick you want when you're in the middle of a workday. They're enormous (a good 7-8" across!) and looked amazing, but I thought it was overly dense, dry, and in places didn't have any flavor except dry, bland bread. In some spots near the middle, it felt a little doughy, perhaps slightly undercooked. It was also a lot more expensive than I had expected and I felt wasteful throwing part of it away, but it just wasn't worth eating all of it. My husband didn't like it at all and only had one bite.
