I love having a juice bar and market closer to me. I stopped in to browse the market side before choosing my juices. I ended up going with the Shark Juice, Snap, Golden Hour, and Root Awakening. I also ordered a 12oz Snap Berry Sunset, and it was so tasty. Everything was fresh and delicious--I'll definitely be back soon. Grab and go snacks, juices, draft matcha, vegan pastries, and more in downtown Cary. The owners are passionate about their business and welcoming. They walked me through the available options and answered my questions. Their daughter joined them at the cash register too and helped with check out. I chose the blood orange rosemary and apple cider. The blood orange rosemary flavor-wise is excellent. It's packaged well and the Refreshery reuses the bottles. The juices and matcha taste great and I support their emphasis on non-alcoholic beverages. On the downside, the portion size is surprisingly small and it's pricy. With the focus on grab and go items and the limited parking in downtown Cary, the business model seems like it would be a better fit adjacent to a hotel or gym. Now this, this is a good juice bar. I had the opportunity to visit the stand during the Unhinged Coffee event, and their products were amazing. My favorite juice was the Snap, and it truly hit it out of the park. The Refreshery is located in Downtown Cary. It is in the Meridian East Building. There is street parking in front of the business and some on the other side of the road, too. I noticed the high ceilings and simple decor when I entered, so the focus is on the products sold. There is a long table and benches if you want to dine there. I was greeted upon arrival and given an overview of the shop and where everything is located. They were out of the pastries on my visit, but I did select two juices from the back cooler. The cold-pressed juices are colorful glass bottles and come with different combinations of ingredients. I went with the Shark Juice as I was intrigued by the color from the blue spirulina. It had pineapple, apple, lemon and lime as well. It was a nice combination of sweet and sour, with a little kick to it. I also got a Green Jolly, with kale, apple, pineapple, orange and lemon. I didn't like Green Jolly as well, but would get Shark Juice again and try some of the other juices. They were both a nice afternoon snack, and next time, maybe I can try a pastry too. Besides the juices, they offer coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic tonics. There is a grab-and-go section with oats, chia pudding, dates, and guacamole. There is a large wall of snacks, from pretzels to gummies to mushroom-infused chocolates. coffee beans, protein bars. The freezer had cheesecakes in a jar. The Refreshery is just that, refreshing! It's been open for about 3 weeks and they have a little bit of everything. I love that it's small and inviting. I smiled when I saw there were crayons and coloring sheets on the table, kid friendly is a big deal!! Talking to the owner, he shared the vision of The Refreshery being a neighborhood spot where you can come and grab a cold brew, superfood latte, tea, fresh pressed juice, a sparkling beverage and snacks. Stop in before going to the park, once leaving the park, to meet with friends or just sit and enjoy! I took everything to go. I brought a fresh juice (lasts up to 6 days refrigerated), a snicker doodle cheesecake jar by D'Nardys and a box of elderberry tea sachets. The tea is refreshing and tastes so of healthy ingredients, no sweetener needed. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious, I didn't even want to share. The juice is so refreshing and packed with vitamins. I chose the Apple, Lemon, Ginger. I love the concept and all of the variety. If I lived within Cary, I'd definitely be a regular. Went in for juice and came out with an nonalcoholic beer! Plenty of parking out front. Place is well lit nice seating area. Giving The Refreshery a 5 with a slight point of feedback... Iced lavender matcha was a 10/10 but my drink was filled to the absolute top with ice, I drank it in literally 1 minute. For $8, I will not be coming here as a regular which sucks because it's SO good. I love all of the healthy snackies and they have a great selection of non alcoholic beverages. read more

Absolutely love the fresh pressed juice here! Snap is my go to. Refreshing with a bit of zing that makes me feel like I'm having a cocktail. The juices are a little pricey. My first visit, the service was great but today, the person at the register didn't greet us and rang me up and walked away before I finished paying. Family came in from out of state and recommend the place as someone on social media kept going. I was skeptical as I always am when someone recommends, so i checked yelp and the reviews had me optimistic but I needed to see for my self. I was happy to walk up and see order outside window and also be able to go inside as well. Very clean and nicely organized. I grabbed the shark juice and apple cider and can say with confidence they were both fantastic. I would have taken pictures but they gone quick. My only complaint is I wish more items were available but they were gone @ 12 noon so that goes to show how good their service and items are.
