Was disappointed when Bambú closed but glad to see My Dessert take its place. They didn't change the interior too much but did add a snack display. They have a more extensive offering with the Vietnamese snacks, baos, Taiwanese cakes, tofu bowls etc... I ordered the Purple Bliss which essentially is Halo Halo...shaved ice with mixed fruit, jellies, sweetened beans, coconut milk & ube ice cream. It was made to order. My ché was a generous portion loaded with flavor & had lots of fruit, beans & jellies...icy perfection for a hot day! I'm excited that they offer proper Vietnamese coffee & am looking forward to trying that along with their other goodies.

Very worth the price! We got the Purple Bliss Che and Pandan Tofu Bowl. There was so much real fresh fruit in the che. Amazing value and super tasty. There was so much real taro in the drink and I was able to try some fruits I had never heard of before. What a gem of a place.

Great service! It kept most of the Vietnamese desserts from Bambu. Great taste of the purple bliss--loved the taro icecream on top!

The also has all the side condiments you would want to go with your pho which is hard to find around here. The service was also amazing, they sat us down quickly, took our orders almost right away, and the food came out in about 10-15 minutes. The restaurant itself was well decorated, bright, and clean. I will 100% be coming back when I am in the area.

It photographs beautifully. Unfortunately, restaurants aren't judged on lighting. We ordered everything upfront: Banh Xeo (explicitly no shrimp due to a shellfish allergy), Cha Gio, Pho Tai, and the Chef Special. Somehow, not everything was entered correctly. The Banh Xeo arrived covered in shrimp. Allergy clearly stated. It was sent back immediately. We were told they could remake it, but it would "take a while because it takes a long time to make." Banh Xeo takes under 10 minutes in a properly run kitchen. We declined and assumed the rest of our meal would arrive promptly. It didn't. The egg rolls weren't just fried, they were fully baptized in oil. One bite and it felt like chewing on a sponge that lost a fight with the fryer. Then we watched tables seated at least 15 minutes after us receive their food before we did. When we asked about the remainder of our order, we were told it had "just been added" and would take a while. Pho taking 35+ minutes in a Vietnamese restaurant isn't high volume. It's disorganization. The Chef Special was decent. The pho, which should be the backbone of the menu, was underwhelming. Several tables around us had incorrect orders or long delays. The owner circulated, but instead of urgency or accountability, the energy felt inconvenienced. Here's the reality: great atmosphere can draw people in once. Food and leadership bring them back. If you're going because it looks trendy and buzzing, go in with eyes open. The aesthetic might be the star of the room, but the food should be.

Delicious!! This was…read moremy first time having ramen, and my friend suggested we go here, and I'm so glad we did! Noodle Blvd is located in a spot that you could easily miss, but it's easy to get back on track. I pulled into the gas station parking lot beside the restaurant, then just turned right into the restaurant parking lot. The parking lot is fairly small, so be warned about that. My friend was there when I arrived, and he sat at the bar. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and waves. It was very inviting, which is fitting for a ramen restaurant. My friend ordered us Lychee Margaritas, and oh my goodness, it was so good! We decided to visit right at opening on a Saturday, so the bartender was still preparing some of the ingredients needed for the margarita. The bartender informed us that it's usually better once a key ingredient sits for a while, but I loved the drink regardless. I ordered edamame for an appetizer, which came quickly and was good! Since I've never had ramen before, I asked our server what he recommended, and he told me about some of their most popular dishes. He told me the N9. Chicken Curry Ramen was a favorite of his and the patrons, so I decided to order that. It came quickly, and I was immediately in HEAVEN upon my first bite. I loved every bite after! I decided to play it safe with the spice and got level 2, but I can definitely go up a level or 2 since I love spicy. Highly recommend, and I will be back! Worth the drive from Clayton, where I live.

The broth was rich and balanced, the pork was tender, and the toppings--bok choy, beansprouts, bamboo, onions, nori, and that perfectly seasoned egg--brought everything together beautifully. I did ask them to cut the meat up but they were "not able" to accommodate that request. Every bite felt warm, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The service was friendly and efficient, and the overall vibe of the place is fun and energetic. The music was a bit louder than I prefer, but it didn't take away from how good the food was. If you're craving a great bowl of ramen in a lively atmosphere, Noodle Boulevard is absolutely worth the stop.

There's a sign noting that food may take time (this isn't fast food), but everything came out in a reasonable timeframe and in the right order: drinks, appetizers, then entrées. We even witnessed the staff handle a very rude customer with impressive kindness and professionalism. The restaurant is simple and spacious, and we had plenty of room for our mobility devices without feeling in the way, which we really appreciated. We ordered the salty lemonade, strawberry shake with boba, rice cake appetizer, meatball pho, and combination fried rice. With tip, the total came to about $80 for two people. Overall, the food was good, though the pho left a bit to be desired. There was a slight sweetness or something missing from the broth, and the noodles absorbed a lot of liquid in the leftovers. It wasn't the best pho I've had, but not the worst -- the search for the best pho in the Triangle continues. My husband loved the fried rice and finished it entirely. The menu is extensive, so I'll try something different next time. We'll likely return since it's close to our apartment and there's plenty more to explore on the menu.

We dined there tonight for the first time since they took over. And we're pleased to see they have fixed things up. We ordered the Pho and also the grilled chicken vermicelli with vegetables. We were seated right away, the server was super fun and friendly. There are for sure regulars that come here. The server knew a lot of people by name, for pick up orders and sitting inside. The Pho is for sure the best thing on the menu. If I would have only had the Pho it would have been a five star experience. I however had the combination and bbq chicken Banh mi Sandwiches and the shrimp spring rolls. The spring roll was crispy on the outside but still frozen on the inside. They remade it and the outside tasted like burnt oil and the inside was still cold. The Banh mi Sandwiches were full of super fresh veggies, I loved that! The downside is the combination one had no Mayo so I had to ask for some. The other downside was that the bbq chicken one had no sauce at all and very little chicken. Again, the veggies were really crunchy and fresh which I loved. Overall I would for sure go back for the Pho, it was delicious. One of the best broths I've had at a Pho spot.
