This is my go to Bahn Mi place. They prepare their dishes quickly and have great service. I always get the #1.
Paris Banh Mi is a spot that deserves more attention than I've seen it get - it's rare to see bold and unapologetic flavors, and the offering of Banh Mi with paté in it is a step in the right direction. The interior gives the impression of a bakery like Paris Baguette, if you're familiar with that vibe, with a number of offerings beyond their hearty banh mi and croissant sandwiches. If you're thirsty, go ahead and grab a bubble tea to go with everything too. I didn't get one myself this time around but they seemed to have a lot of options! Everything came out very fast, and the store was very well maintained. Given that out of all of the banh mi I've had in North Carolina, this is the only one with some real paté, it's got a leg up on the competition, and I hope that never changes. This is going to be a place I'll come back to again and again.
I love banh mi, and this place has amazing bahn mi sandwiches! For the price they give you a lot of food! The sandwiches are stuffed full. I'm always surprised that this place isn't busier than it is. Hopefully they survive because I love stopping in here often to get lunch!
The place is a little hidden but what a gem! You order at the counter. They offer a variety of food options and they have boba. They have indoor seating and offer take out, so I ended up ordering take out traditional Banh Mi and boy was it delicious! FYI, the bread isn't your typical bread, I would say it's more of a baguette. Overall, I would recommend this place.
I stopped here while I was in Cary because I was trying to find something quick and I definitely don't regret it. It isn't that visible from the road, I had to drive through an empty parking lot. With that being said it's a cute spot for lunch and cute pics. On top of sandwiches it has some pastries and a neon angel wing wall. I got the shredded chicken banh mi and it was very good. I recommend getting some sweet chilli sauce to pair with it, it's on the counter for customers to self pour. The chicken flavor is soy based. If you're looking for lemongrass flavored bang mi they don't have that. The bread is also pretty crunchy. I didn't mind it but it may not be for everyone. I got a blueberry cheesecake and I enjoyed that as well. The service was also good & if I'm in that area again I'd stop by!
Love the casual nature of Paris Banh Mi. Once you order at the front, they are relatively quick with getting your order out, which makes it nice for takeout. They also have a small selection of baked goods that are ok. Nothing to write home about, but nice to have those options. Personally, I love to separate out my Banh Mi from the vegetables and eat the vegetables on the side. They have always been great at remembering my order and then serving all the vegetables in a ziploc bag. The best part is that they never skimp on the "fixings". I have had the opportunity to try almost all their different meats and haven't been disappointed yet.
The bahn mi here are huge. Served on a soft, warm crusty baguette and delicious. Since I could only eat half, it's like 2 meals in one. The Vietnamese coffee is not real iced Vietnamese coffee, and tasted like a super sweet pre made Frappuccino, even after I asked if they made it from fresh drip coffee. Definitely come for the sandwich, maybe the tea or boba.
I've been looking for a great classic milk tea and I found it here! Really enjoyed it and service was fast and reasonably priced
The service was fine, the food was meh. What brings down the score? The music playing was very explicit; filled with cuss words and the "n" word playing. At first I was like is this real life? No one else was phased until the man beside me turned with a red face - I knew it was real. Yeahhh...might wanna check the playlist. Maybe some jazz? Or nothing at all?

I ordered a drink and a cold cut bahn mi. Got the drink right away but the bahn mi took over 20 minutes. No explanations, no apologies.
certainly one of the best banh mi i've tasted in a long time. it was packed with veggies and each one tasted quite fresh. from the pickled cilantro, carrots, and daikon radish, to the nicely flavored pork and the spicy punch from the jalapeños all packed between a beautifully toasted baguette. the wait was maybe 5-8 minutes for 3 sandwiches at a reasonable price too.the ambiance was very quiet, like the restaurant was newly opened. plus, plenty of their baked good were already off the countertops. i'll taste the baked goods and corn dogs right after i eat all their banh mi.
Came here Saturday for their soft opening. Ordered a banh mi and 3 drinks. The inside is very nice, it doubles as a mini bakery when you walk in, and there is plenty of seating inside. The banh mi was pretty good, I'm by no means an expert, but I haven't found another comparable banh mi in the area so I would say this one is a winner. As for the drinks they were all great, but my only complaint is the ice. There is an absurd amount of ice in these drinks. The ice is filled almost all the way up in the cup! A few sips and your drink is pretty much empty. Overall great place, I hope that they dial down on the amount of ice they put in the drinks. (Maybe request less ice when ordering)
We came here for lunch on a weekday. You order at the counter and there are seats available to dine in. I ordered the shredded chicken croissant and it was full of flavor and fresh ingredients, including cilantro in the sandwich. They have a variety of fruit juices and desserts as well.
Vietnamese Sub Venue: medium sized place for sub/sandwich place. It's order - pay and you can seat yourself place. Food: tried Paris bahn mi in Orlando and decided to try here as well. Ordered grilled pork bahn mi and Thai green tea. My honest opinion, I've had better and worse. The meat portion inside the sub is good. However it is lacking in flavor within the meat marinate or the sauce inside the sub. So far the banh mi from pho Thien phat has the best bahn mi in Cary in my opinion. The Thai tea lacked in sugar and very strong tea. I typically order less sugar at boba shops but I did not here just wanting to taste the original flavor of the house, I was not impressed. Service: you order, pay and pick up your food. The lady from the kitchen brought the hot subs out for us which I thought it was very kind. Not pictured but I also got a korean corn dog! I absolutely loved this spot for banh mi. I don't know if any other spot is going to beat this. The amount of pickled daikon and carrots were perfect. The meat is delicious and there is plenty of it. The bread was warm and had a great crust on the outside but soft on the inside. The portion is also quite large, so for $8 this is a steal. The corn dog was also great! Freshly fried and a crunch that was ASMR worthy. read more

It's their soft opening and parking was full! It was crowded and it was a bit confusing because I did not know who paid and who was waiting. Everyone is pretty scattered. I had to ask a cashier if I can order. So, it turned out everyone there already ordered and waiting. I give it more a 4.5 stars because of this but I know once they are in full swing, this little feedback will get better and they will get everything figured out. If you are only getting a drink, it's pretty fast but if you are getting a sandwich, I think you have a longer wait time. I got in and out in less than 5mins since I got a pastry that's already wrapped and a tea. One thing was very intriguing to me, the artichoke tea. So I got this. It doesn't taste like a steamed artichoke. It looks like it has chia seeds on top and I added boba. I should have gotten less ice because a few sips and I was left with more ice, hardly any tea, and sipping on ice. The boba tasted more like a jelly but I do not mind it. The Danish chocolate is pretty good. Flaky croissant with a good amount of filling. Will definitely come back and try their sandwiches next time. Hopefully it won't be too confusing so I can change this review to a 5stars. Good luck! read more

This place is an excellent spot for bahnmi. They have so many options, but I usually choose the grilled pork. It comes with seasoned pickled vegetables which are delicious. They use a little too much butter on my sandwich so I usual ask for less. The boba here is ok. Would stick mainly to the sandwiches and the assorted snacks they have. read more

I like to give restaurants a lot of leeway because I understand the business is difficult, but this was offensive. We ordered grilled pork bahn mi sandwiches for pickup, and I have never had pork this dry and overcooked in my life. They were closer to strips of hard, lukewarm, unchopped bacon bits that had been sitting out for days than anything resembling grilled pork, and genuinely clinked against my plate. Someone made an overcooked batch days ago, left it sitting in a fridge, and then pulled it out and put it in a sandwich and thought that was fine for us to eat. read more

Came here on a monday afternoon, after their soft opening. Loved the deals they had going on so we ordered 6 banh mi and 3 drinks total. They also had a selection of pastries and desserts but we didn't get any. They had a cash and credit price for everything so just keep that in mind. The banh mi were all roughly about $8 each and drinks were about $6-$7 each. The drinks were ok, nothing special. I got the Paris by night which looked like a brown sugar milk tea but it tasted like straight up milk and that's it. The lychee tea and thai tea were good. The special combination banh mi was delicious, loved how thin and crispy the bread was. We also got the grilled pork banh mi which was just ok. I would come back for the banh mi but probably not for the drinks. Overall, i'm happy there is a new banh mi place in town! Definitely worth checking out read more

I got a shredded chicken Banh Mi... Probably the best Banh Mi I ever had! They made it just like I wanted: extra jalapeno, no cucumber! Amazing baguette! They had plenty of sriracha at the ready! I got there around 11:45am on a Sunday and I was the only customer at the time. They turned my order around quickly and I just had time to take some photos of their amazing pastries. I even went back for a Spinach & Feta pastry! Very nice, almost like phyllo (filo). I didn't even notice the sweets (cakes, etc) case until after paid for my pastry! The only downside is that their drinks are not appealing to me. read more

Place was clean. Staff was nice enough. I ordered a Korean corn dog. It was raw and they were nice to give me another one no charge but that one was still RAW. I would have taken up a refund offer if given but they didn't and I didn't feel like hassling them more. Banh mi is okay. Passionfruit Slush is yummy. We ordered 5 special Banh Mi and 1 Grilled Pork Banh Mi, but when it was rung up, it was 5 of a different one (the Banh Mi Jambon). We asked to correct it and then they changed it to 6 Specials, still not what we ordered. They fixed it in the end. Their vietnamese coffee was really yummy, however - not as much ice as other places which is nice. Wait time isn't too bad. Lychee slush is also yummy! Still really really really really bummed about the food, but would recommend the drinks. read more

Best banh mi ever! Very well packed sandwich, best banh mi in the Triangle. We've been to many banh mi places in the area and this shop really pumps out the best tasting banh mis. It's sad that the store is not busy since it's in a sleepy plaza. Folks please don't sleep on this place so I can come back to it always. read more
