Breakfast is definitely my favorite food! You name it, I'll take it. Love finding new breakfast/brunch restaurants in our area. Its nice to see a more modern place as well. I didn't try the juice bar but am very pleased with the wide variety of drinks and food items on the menu. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a table on a Friday morning about 1030. 4th of July, Holiday weekend. Service was good, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like they may have underestimated how busy they would be that weekend. But good never the less. We had the biscuit and turkey sausage gravy. I was shocked to see this on the menu and extremely satisfied! Tons and tons of food! My husband tried their special on the summer menu, breakfast tacos. No complaints! We will definitely be back! read more

I am so happy to have found this place. Finally a decent place in the north metro area. I love the aesthetics and the food. For under $10 you can enjoy an amazing meal consisting of cage free eggs and fresh ingredients. Coffee was delicious and so are their fresh squeezed juices. This will probably be my go to breakfast place now. Have yet to try lunch. read more

LOVE that theres a cute and yummy breakfast place in the burbs! Here's a tip: You can mix and match the pancakes. The Carrot Cake + Bacon and Cheddar combo is pretty darn delish read more

The past THREE times we've gone they've been completely over and hard when I got my benadict. I saw a yelper who had a similar story ...keeps saying they'll get it right....given gift cards in the hope they come back.... same thing happened to us. The manager knows our family and announced "we'll make I right this time". I had high hopes. We both got the ham and tom bennie and were served it hard boiled again. They immediately came over and took the plates back to re make them. Once we were given a proper bennie, they came over too many times asking if it was okay, and the manager gave some horrible excuse about how that table and that table and us all ordered bennies at the same time....to which I replied "I'm sorry. But you're a breakfast joint" and since it was the third time in a row, we unfortunately won't be back. Don't make excuses, teach that cook how to poach. read more

I can't seem to get a decent server at this place. I've tried First Watch several times because I think their food is fresh and good for this area of town. But come on! Their service is terrible! The first time I ate here we sat on the patio and waited 10 minutes to be greeted. I had to go inside and tell a server that we hadn't been helped outside. When a server finally came she seemed timid and awkward like she thought we were mad at her. She avoided our table. Watching her with her other tables she was warm and friendly. She even had another server deliver our food. We weren't even mad at her! The most recent time I ate there was this Memorial Day. I expected a wait but it wasn't bad at all. The manager was there helping out the hostess. I have to say I've seen this manager each time I've been to the restaurant and he really looks like he has no idea what he is doing. He's very abrasive. Anyway we got a table and I ordered a hot water with lemon and a kale tonic. I've had the kale tonic before and it's very tasty. This time the kale tonic didn't make an appearance. My server never brought it out or mentioned anything about it. I'm lucky she didn't try to charge me for it. My mother and I both ordered the avocado toast. (Thanks by the way for adding this to the menu!) it was good maybe a bit too much lemon in the avocado. But I enjoyed it. The avocado tasted fresh. Our server however never came back to check on us to see how everything was. Not a refill. Nothing. She dropped the check off and we waited for 15 minutes for her to pick it up. When she finally came around she was reaching for what I thought was the check but quickly retracted her hand away and said "you have to take it to the front" and preceded to clear our table. That would have been nice to know 15 minutes ago when you dropped off the check. Good service here is hard to come by. I like their food but it's hard to consider coming back with such spacey servers. read more

Food = 5 Was perfect portion sizes! Juices are freshly squeeze and coffee is great! Their pancakes are where it's at! Service = 4 but typical for a breakfast place. Suggest they increase staff size for the amount of business, but call/on-line ahead wait list helps. Highly recommend and will be coming back! read more

Pretty busy during the weekend. Download the nowait app to reserve your spot before you get there. Omelets are just the right sized and reasonably priced. Coffee had a nice flavor but with all the natural stuff why not have fresh cream instead of prepackaged? Potatoes, toast and preserves were yum. The cream was the only disappointment. read more

This is my first place eating in Denver/Thorton and it was the best decision for me. The quality of the food was amazing. They really take there time to prepare it. I ordered the Chikichanga and I highly recommended it to everyone. read more

Delicious! I'm not one for breakfast so I opted for salad and a sandwich. Very generous portions. I got a turkey and avocado sandwich and a Cobb salad. All very fresh and tasty! Plenty of parking, little to no wait time when I went at 11am. My co-workers got breakfast which looked amazing and fresh as well. Lots of options on the menu. Service was friendly, fast and professional. Awesome location right off I25. Can't wait to make a trip back! read more

Quality food and quality service. It appears to be a very popular place. You might have to wait to get in to the restaurant.

I have tried several things on the menu and nothing has disappointed. I love going to this place because the servers are friendly and knowledgeable, the food is great, and the location is convenient. Keep up the good work First Watch. read more

This place is wildly inconsistent. In addition, I'm waiting here right now, I got on the list when there was maybe 4 parties in the waiting area. But apparently people who check in online and come in after receive a higher priority because I'm now 10th in line and my 25 minute wait is now going closer to an hour. I also have a busy day ahead and don't think we'll be able to make this meal. Don't think we'll be coming anymore read more

Favorite Breakfast spot! Healthier alternatives to normal Breakfast places. Super nice staff. Did you know they have an app where you can put your name down for busier days? Made getting a table on Labor Day a breeze. read more

I really enjoyed the Market Hash w/ poached eggs. My wife had the Trifecta w/bacon & scrambled egg + pancake which was just basic so nothing really good/bad to say although she hoped the multigrain pancake. would be more interesting. Great friendly service and atmosphere. Mariyah was our server and really on the ball and very sweet. We're glad to have First Watch in our neighborhood and will be back read more

So i normally get the quinoa chicken pesto bowl because its delicious and GF. BUT the last 2 times I've ordered it, it's come out COLD and the kale is RAW. You guys get 1 more chance to make this right. read more

This place is amazing!!! When you walk in, it feels light and airy and there's easy view of the kitchen. The coffee was so friggin' delicious, I don't know how many cups I poured myself!! The Root Down juice was extremely tasty and refreshing. The food was fresh and so good that my boyfriend didn't want to share anything with me, and he ALWAYS shares!! The price is extremely reasonable, especially since u are getting fresh ingredients! Will definitely return here during my time in Denver! read more

We went here to celebrate a birthday and to anniversaries. There were female waitress with long blonde hair was less than attentive. She did not check on us during any time during our meal, did not ask if we needed refills, nothing. In addition, she got my order wrong but I chose not to bother to say anything. What should have been maybe a 1 and 1/2 hour meal turned into three hours. Terrible service and she definitely didn't deserve the 18% tip that we gave. There were six of us and none of us will be back! read more

Breakfast was pretty good. I liked the carrot cake pecan pancakes - but for some reason the kitchen screwed up the first try and it came out cold. They fixed it and it turned out delicious. Everything else is pretty standard fare. Unlike some reviewers I did not find there anything special with the bacon. Service was decent, atmosphere was casual and typical. Overall decent, would return. read more

Really, really great breakfast food. There's quite a wait, but it's totally worth it. Also I believe they have an app for that now where you can get in line virtually read more

So what are the guidelines for seating in your restaurant?!?!? We literally walked in with a couple, put our names in together. They were seated, ate the breakfast and left 15 minutes before we were called to our table! At one point I asked the hostess how much longer it would be. The restaurant was at least 1/4 empty! She said the kitchen needed to catch up, it would be cruel to put them under pressure. ?!?!? What is that about? At 10:30 on a Sunday morning should a breakfast restaurant be better prepared for a full house. After finally being seated more than one hour later, the restaurant is dirty! Food on the floor, tables not yet cleared. To be fair we were informed that it was a 30 to 45 minute wait. Our complaint is that it seems to be an unfair wait list. "Who deserves to be seated first?" This our last visit to your restaurant!!! Mediocre food, poor service. My iced tea arrived without ice and I was never offered a refill. We asked for eggs to be cooked over medium and were served cooked solid dry eggs. Too bad a negative rating is not an option. So very sad! A very sad waste of time and money. :( read more

It's Thursday, late morning. The hostess opened the door for me asking if I was here for breakfast, I was. She made sure the menu was breakfast side up. Alex quickly got my drink order, and returned shortly with my water and chocolate milk. "Is that chocolatey enough?" It was. He took my food order and moved on. A few moments later the clipboard wielding manager strolled by also checking to see that the chocolate milk was indeed brown enough for my taste. I like that they bring an old fashioned milk bottle filled with chilled water instead of the typical one glass at a time. I ordered the Monty Cristo French toast sandwich which came out hot and fresh and yummy, with a nicely dressed spring mix on the side. Prompt service Good appearance Good food I'll be back read more

I haven't ate the food yet but already it's 5 stars. The service was friendly, coffee is good, dressed greens is a regular side with the meal and it came super quick. It smells and looks delicious, can't wait to eat. read more

The service here is horrible. We first arrive and are told there would be a 10-15 minute wait (they were not busy) about 10 minutes later we are seated in their back room past the kitchen. The hostess said she would let the waitress know we are back there. Ten minutes later we still haven't been asked for drinks, so we went and found a server. She acted so incredibly frustrated we were even there. Like we bothered her. The drinks arrive and both sodas were completely flat and tasted like water. We let her know and she brings us new ones, but again they tasted like water. She didn't bother to ask if the second drink was better nor if we wanted to try something else. We also asked twice for orange juice. The food was cold and bland. Honestly, you'll get better food and service at any of the other restaurants in this center. Save your money and time. read more

Such a fun atmosphere with delicious, consistent food! Love that they have a waitlist option on here, too. Service is always right on!!

Um.... wow! The restaurant is super cute and the wait staff was attentive and friendly. Epic mamosas with fresh orange juice. I got the chocolate chip pancake -- which was huge. The food here is usually really great. However after ordering online and setting a time for pick up @1:15pm they were way off- still waiting 35 minutes after the pick up time that I selected. Just really disappointed and probably won't order again. read more

I used to love this place. We were on a waitlist for an hour (precheckin) and they finally sat us over 45 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be. They finally called out names to be sat at the "community table". We were also told they could seat us right away outside. At this point we had waited long enough that we asked for an actual table. We got one all right, one they threw together literally sitting in the walkway of the kitchen. Our server was so kind but warned us the wait for food would be a long wait. This is unacceptable. The front staffing was so disorganized and rude. Though I had such a lovely view of the kitchen entryway. AND, we got an extra appetizer (hair) in the coffee creamer bowl! We didn't even have to order it. Oh, and the turn around time for food was super speedy sitting at 1 hour 7 minutes. On a serious note, we had a lovely server and the food was good once it got to us. I felt so bad for him because it was clearly out of his hands. read more

Good food but the portions could have been larger and the menu definitely needs more GF options. I wouldn't recommend if you have a hungry group since the wait was very long and the food was on the lighter side. The plate was only half full with the farmhouse skillet and you only get 1 piece of toast. Come on! read more

We usually eat here at least once one the weekend. We consider this one of the best breakfast places in Denver right up there with Snooze. A few more healthy options which is nice of you are looking for that. The wait can be a little long sometimes but it is really worth that wait. The food is also amazing. I have yet to have anything bad here yet. read more

This place is terrible I ordered online and they said my food would be ready by 10:18 I showed up and it finally came out at 10:40, the hostess was rude about it didn't ask if my order was almost done when I was already upset, will not be coming back here read more
