The service was slowed by the fact that the hostess was also the cashier. We could have been seated 10 minutes faster, but the bussing was slow and she had 3 people in line waiting to pay. The pot of coffee the waitress brought to the table was not big enough to give everyone a cup in one trip. Default was to serve 3/4 of a mug and she still had to come back. Half of us got food. We had been waiting bout 55 minutes at this point and I was very hungry, but I had to sit there and look at my plate of food for 5 minutes while we waited for the other half of the group to be served. The food was fine. I had the Chikichanga. It was fine. Not the best breakfast burrito I ever had. I was actually engrossed in the conversation with the family so much that I just kind of ate it without taking note of any of the flavors. In other words, there was nothing about the dish that made me stop and say "hey, wow, this is really good". The fruit was quite good though. This place might be great. Bring two people, get some food in 20 minutes, awesome. But there are sooo many places to eat, there is just no reason to bother slow service. read more

I have been to this restaurant 3 times so far and every time I have been here it's been consistently the same. The food and drinks has always been good, but the service has never been the best. Our last experience had many hiccups, but we were compensated very nicely. Don't have too much expectations for this place, but I definitely recommend to give this place a try! Once seated our food took a long time and our server never asked us if we needed anything or how it was. Not a great day at First Watch. I've had the Traditional, the Farmhouse Skillet Hash, and the Biscuits and Gravy and they're all absolutely amazing. The Farmhouse is my favorite so far and I look forward to trying their other items. The millionaire bacon is pretty tasty as well so start off with it! My boyfriend and I were super excited to try this restaurant out! It's took an hour and a half to get seated and an additional 45 minutes for the food. When it did eventually came out my food was cold. My boyfriend saw that my food was sitting ready for at least 10 minutes before I received it. What a pleasant surprise. Stumbled upon this based on Yelp recommendation not sure what to expect. Walked in to take the last available table (at 8AM on Saturday. By the time we left - 1 hour wait). Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything on the menu was intriguing; very hard to choose. I ended up with a very fresh tasting benedict with thick bacon and greens and a beautiful juice nonalcoholic cocktail. Super impressed with this place! Delicious eggs- they are farm fresh and perfectly cooked. Service was solid and their coffee was awesome. Lots of healthy options... Love their power bowls- quinoa bowls with breakfasty add-ins. Waited twenty minutes for a seat though... They have some comfy patio seating in the front... I sat out and got some sun... I love brunch places. Seriously. It's like an unhealthy obsession..almost. So it's safe to say I have been to quite a few places in this (Arvada/Denver/Westminster/ish) area. So having been to some glorious places, I didn't really want to drive to Northglen. But we were celebrating (yes, at 1 on a Sunday) so what the hey. YOU GUYS. It was amazing. First of all, get their kale tonic. It's phenomenal. Second. The service was really great, and someone I assume was a manager/owner came by to make sure we enjoyed everything and that was lovely.
