The first encounter with First Watch is the branch in Broward by Pembroke Pines. Most of my experience with First Watch was in Miami by Blue Lagoon Shopping Center. I do know that they have several branches all over the state, including one that I just vacationed and wish I knew since it was a few minutes from Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa. That will be my next visit. I loved every item on the menu so far. Their portions, prices, presentation, specially if you are a breakfast or brunch lover. Some people can have breakfast all day long, including myself. Although their menu indicates that they serve (breakfast, brunch and lunch) it keeps driving your eyes to breakfast items only (eggs everywhere). There is a couple of things that I would like to point out to keep you from being surprised. During the weekends, they are packed. I highly recommend calling to find out the waiting as this could upset you and it wouldn't be their fault. They are great for small and large groups as well, but sometimes people complaint about some slow servers. I have gotten a couple, one was great and the other was always MIA. But overall, I loved the place and their concept. Please check out my pictures for a preview. My favorite item so far is the Parma Skillet Hash. This dish is a mix of: - Potatoes - Italian sausage - Crimini mushrooms - Onions - Tomatoes - Cheeses (Parmesan and Mozzarella) - Eggs cooked at your choice It was great and keto lovers should appreciate this dish. I would have it again and again. Don't forget to try super food bowls and download their apps (Apple and Android) read more

Okay, I'm not sure how people haven't heard of this location, but I've never liked first watch as much as I do in Miami. First and foremost the service here is phenomenal. always responsive and attentive. I usually visit three to four times per month since the food is so delicious. Everything is cooked so perfectly and always tastes incredible. I often order whatever is on their monthly special menu, but if you're not interested in anything there, I recommend trying the chickichanga since the sauce just transforms it. The French toast with tropical ingredients is great and the lemon ricotta pancakes are flame. The kaletonic is the best beverage to try, and the morning meditation makes you want another. read more

I love ANTHONYs customer service. I wish all restaurants had a person like him! He needs to teach them all! He is wonderful in anticipating customers needs. He recommended their turkey burger and I do not regret one bit of it. I devoured that burger, in a classy way of course. It's juicy, comes with avocado and tomatoes which I love. There are several sides to choose from, I chose their broccoli cheddar soup. The burger is big enough to fill you, you might take the side home. Thanks Anthony!!! read more

It's always an incredible experience when I come here. Servers are nice and the food is very honest. You get exactly what you order, perhaps even way more than you expect for a very good price. Their menu while huge and filled with many many choices, is somehow well arranged and designed with great aesthetics that feel comforting to the eyes and adds much character to the whole experience, and the menu item names are creative and fun. They focus on the farm-style and environmentally-conscious side of things and do a great job at making a point of it. From their inspirational blends of fresh wellness juices, to the vitamin wellness shots you can add to them for .99¢ more, one can defiantly recharge the next day after a long night of partying in Miami. Located at the "Aiport Plaza" right on the South side of Miami Intl Airport, it is close to many Airport Hotels, and surrounded by some of "the most Miami" neighborhoods of the are like Blue Lagoon, Doral, Coral Gables, and West Miami. You will never have a bad time here, and there is no breakfast like First Watch around! read more

I was on vacation and heard a lot of good things about First Watch from my friend. So I found this location and decided to stop in. The good parts; there is a decent sized parking lot, the restaurant is also a good size on the inside which is a little hard to tell when standing outside from certain angles and they have a good sized menu with a lot of different options to choose from. There was a 15 minute wait, that ended being like 5 minutes for one person as long as I sat the table with others. So I choose to sit with 4 other people. I sat down and was quickly greeted with by my server. She took my order and left. Everything was good up until this point. Talked with the other people at the table and had great conversations. However, it took about 45 minutes or so before my food came. I had to remind the server that I didn't get my food yet, especially since everyone at the table had gotten there food while I sat there and we talked and were almost done. It took an additional 5-6 minutes before it came. Now the food was good, I had the Tri-Fecta with sausage and bacon. Everything came correctly and my server was friendly and nice. But the two reasons this wasn't a 5-star experience was the wait time of about 50 minutes before I ate and the bacon was very salty. Other than that everything else was excellent. I went to pay the cashier was nice and friendly as well. Tipped on the card and gave her some cash in my pocket as well because she was good and patient since this was my first time. If they could work on the wait times, the saltiness of certain food items and the breakdown between kitchen and server than this would be a 5-star review for sure. I would go back still, just would need to expect longer wait times when I go. read more

Delicious! Never disappoints! I took my sister and nephews to pick up lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to shop while waiting for our order. Everyone was so pleased. We ordered a Belgian Waffle, Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, and 3 Elevated Eggs Sandwiches. They were all good and perfectly portioned with ample sizes that were worth every penny. Great prices and waffles are huge! They are super busy and there's usually a wait of 15 to 20 minutes but it is well worth it. read more

Yum! The breakfast we ordered was delicious! My little one ordered chocolate chip pancakes, sausage and an egg. It was such a fluffy and tasty pancake. The syrup was very yummy as well. I had the eggs Benedict. Thy have a good variety to choose from. It was a great sized portion and delicious as well. We also shared the biscuits and gravy and I totally recommend that! The waiter was very attentive and came by frequently to check on us. The food took a little long but there was a good amount of people there. All in all, we'll be back soon! read more

I enjoyed it. Breakfast and lunch café, part of a larger Florida-based chain, serving adequately priced dishes with a lot of healthy options. We had a salad and the egg sandwich. Both were very good, and were brought to us fairly quickly. Service is good. Payment at the front counter. Wanna go back to try other dishes. The menu is massive, and the avocado toast and pancakes looked tasty. read more

Went here this morning for breakfast. It just opened on Monday of this week and it looks like they are still sorting things out. Surprisingly it wasn't that busy at all, perhaps because it's so new. Our waitress was friendly and informed us about the different specials, but she forgot to bring us the water we asked. We ordered the Healthy Turkey and the Chickichanga breakfast dishes. We had to wait over 30 minutes for them to arrive, and the Healthy Turkey dish was cold. It seems they made it first, and let it sit, while a cook eventually got to the Chickichanga. The latter tasted really good, with the tortilla filled with avocado, chicken, spicy sauce, and lots of cheese. My dish came with a fruit cup, and while I was eating it, another waitress reached over and took my main plate away. I didn't like that. If I'm still eating, don't take my plate away. Further, our waitress brought the bill when we're weren't even close to being finished with our meals. It seems to me that there needs to be a bit more training on proper server etiquette here. Hopefully with more practice they will get it right. read more

Ughh I really wanted to like this place but it just wasn't up to par. The service is amazing so that's not even why this review is being written up. Everyone was super sweet and attentive. The food was mediocre. I had really high expectations since this restaurant opened right by my house, I was excited. But unfortunately, the potatoes were burnt and the food had a particular spice that didn't go well with our food at all. Aesthetically pleasing though, i'll give it that lol read more

Love coming to this place!! The food is fresh and healthy. My all time favorite is the million dollar bacon it's a must appetizer. I also really like their eggs Benedict. Another great feature they offer is the online check in. Check in where ever you are and see their wait time. When you get there just check in with the host. I just wished they were open all day. Everyone loves breakfast at all hours. Place is great I highly recommend. read more

In Miami for a girls trip! An employee at Pullman Hotel recommended this place to us, said it's the best & everything taste good. This is our third time here in two days. The first two visits OMGGG our tastes buds were in heaven! I ordered the trifecta & my girls ordered the traditional breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon etc) everything was so damn good especially the blackberry lemonade recommended by our waitress. We were so satisfied with our meals we had to come back BUT during our third visit I don't know if the chef was tired or what but baby it was blahhh. The bacon was over cooked, the home fries weren't home-frying everything's over cooked this third visit. I'll still recommend this place because it's so good & the service is top top! But yeah kinda disappointed third time around (I would add videos but yelps not allowing me ‍) read more

Wow we made reservations for two tables 6 each even though we put our names on the wait-list via the app and it Showed a 60-90 minute air we sat in the Parking lot for 60 min went in to check how the list was progressing come to find out there was still a 90 minute wait , We have frequented a few of the restaurants One in Fort Myers and some other location and never have witnessed the disorganization as the one here on 57 ave and NW 7 st terrible complete let down since I was bragging about your leave of quality . What good does it do to have an online wait-list if your not going to use it ? .Still hungry, going to a neighboring restaurant to enjoy a Latin breakfast . read more

This place is def worth the wait! Today was their first Sunday open since the Coronavirus. All the tables are reasonably away from each other and all the staff is wearing a mask. The food here is one of the best breakfast food in Miami without a doubt. However, note that because they are taking less people in, the wait time is way longer than before. So if they tell you 30/35 minutes, that means that most likely is over an hour. But again, worth the wait. All the staff is happy to see you there. Again, they are readjusting to this "new way" of serving. So be patient, things are taking longer than normal. Shout out to Terrence! Excited to visit specialty breakfast place in the area but unfortunately not what was expected. We were brought the coffee but no spoons or stirrers. On the plus side I was happy that Silk Oatmeal Creamer was a choice placed on the table. read more

Today, we finally returned to First Watch. It was packed but from the moment we came in, we felt welcomed. The 30 minute wait was totally worth it. They had fresh coffee at the door and some areas where we could sit and wait for our table. The two ladies who were managing that traffic handled it efficiently. When we sat down our server, Alex was kind, professional and attentive. Every single one of our meals was delicious. From the banana pancake to the soup, salad and sandwich combo, to the breakfast tacos, everything came out warm, fresh and delicious. I am definitely looking forward to coming back to First Watch! read more

Wonderful place!! My wife has been here a few times, and kept telling me how wonderful it is. Today was my first visit here. We arrived at 7:10 on a Sunday morning for breakfast; we were the only customers present that early. The service was very friendly and swift. By the time we left it was starting to get busy. We were quickly given menus and a lot of coffee arrived soon after. I was very happy to discover that they use Red Mill grits... a non GMO brand that I can eat without an allergic reaction that I have to GMO corn. What a treat to have their "cheesy grits"! For breakfast my wife had the ricotta pancakes, and I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. My only criticism is that the tomatoes on the Benedict were firm and under ripe... partly green in the middle. This would have been perfect with some nice juicy properly ripe tomatoes. These tomatoes were flavorless. The very good sauce and salmon mostly made up for them, however. This was definitely a nice place for breakfast, and we'll be returning very soon! read more

First Watch is notorious for their breakfast, so when I found myself here at a weekday for brunch, I couldn't be happier! Yes, as others state, be prepared to take selfies right when you walk in! I chose the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Million Dollar Bacon to start off. Both were so amazingly delicious and I could not stop eating the pancakes, even when my stomach told me NO MORE! Service was friendly and our food came out promptly. Their basic brewed coffee was yummy and I appreciated that they had Silk Oatmilk Creamer. I will definitely be back to try more things. read more

OH MY BRUNCH! This place is a gem! A hidden gem . When you enter you feel the rustic farmhouse vibes with warm lights perfect for your selfies. There is usually a wait but I HIGHLY suggest joining their waitlist on google before arriving. The seating is not crowded or overbearing and it's a big space. The menu is HUGE but strangely affordable. We got the farmhouse hash and the elevated egg sandwich. First off the farmhouse hash, WOW! It's incredibly big and flavorful. It wasn't overly seasoned but seasoned enough that ketchup wasn't needed on the potatoes or nothing. Brings a little side of fruit and it was so filling! It was a true brunch plate fulfilling both meals into one! Bacon was also at its perfect point crunchy but not burned or soggy! The elevated egg sandwich was basically the farmhouse but in a sandwich form. But so amazing I can't even process it. I'm a huge fan of gruyere cheese and this was the first time I saw it as the preferred cheese choice of the sandwich. The flavors of the ingredients complimented each other perfectly and was also very filling! I also got the morning meditation juice which if you're not a fan of health juices it might be a hard take. But as someone who loves health juices it was refreshing and just great! Our server Citlally was very nice and polite. Came around exactly when needed but not overbearing and was even the one who basically chose my juice for me. There wasn't any point in our meal when we missed anything because she made sure everything was on point. Overall this place deserves ALL THE STARS & MORE! read more
