The wait time for a table outside was ridiculous. An hour for two adults and one child although there were three tables open outside. We seen much larger groups being sat with no offer to us to change our preference due to the lengthy wait time. They simply kept seating everyone else with not a word to us about anything. When the manager came outside she explained the tables were only for two people. As if the tables cannot be moved or a small chair added for a child. The whole ordeal was not accommodating and very distasteful. I can't even enjoy the service or food at this point because the start was so rough. Im writing for those who offer online. I will say don't expect to what you pay for. We spent over 100$ in breakfast. They order was really incomplete. When I called they gave the excuse of being really busy. The manager was nice but he seemed to busy to hear my conversation about missing meals. He asked that I come back to see what they can do..I ordered 4 breakfasts. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor. Going forward i will not order from here.. I encourage those order to think twice about ordering from this location. Its not the first time that order was bad or dried out we tried to give it a chance but no more. Good luck to the owners. One of the absolute best experience I've had at a restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious the coffee was perfect. I had the honey caramel crunch band it blew my mind away. The chikichanga was mouthwatering spectacular. From the way it presented to the way it made my taste buds dance as I bit into it. It was everything and nothing like I had before. I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to enjoy that meal. By the way the million dollar potatoes with Parmesan cheese sauce had my wife and I squirming like kids after eating it. Their opening week I was told that the chefs were still learning the menu. I've been to multiple locations in Tampa and Saint Pete and the food here was the best! The chefs have nothing to worry about. Also Franky, a server here was greeting people at the door. He was so kind and nice and professional. I don't know what has happened, but since my first visit, I have been here a few more times for breakfast, and each time the home fries are burnt and cold, eggs are burnt. I recently visited First Watch in Pinecrest, and I can confidently say it was my best experience yet! I've typically gone to the Kendall or Doral locations, but Pinecrest truly impressed me. The appetizers came out first and were served hot, which was a delightful surprise. My server, Dargis, was amazing, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my meal. The food came out quickly and, most importantly, HOT! The food was burnt and the service was bad and the timing to even get in was 40 minutes then we asked how much longer the host said 25 more minutes after we finally sat down and it took the server a while to get one ice coffee and one sprite (mind you I was in the restroom came back and no drinks at all), the food came out fast but my dish was burnt and the sunny side up eggs were semi raw I could still see the egg white. Just ate half of it , I had to just separated the burnt and raw egg. All in all, I would rather drive 3-4 hours to Orlando to go to first watch than to ever come back to a Miami location. read more

I've been here once and had the special pancakes (banana and nuts). They were delicious. I started Keto diet right afterwards so haven't been there again but I intend to. Everything about the place was great. It was a rainy Sunday morning but I was already out so went there. Around 9 am. No wait. Server was good. I also had decaf coffee so wasn't a difficult customer. Pricing is fair. They do have some specials. I do intend to go again. Everything is new of course and restaurant is very clean.
