The hash browns and waffle were good, but the scrambled eggs I ordered were very disappointing. Instead of fresh scrambled eggs, I received what appeared to be overcooked eggs that had simply been cut into pieces. The biggest issue, however, was the service. Our server never came back to check on us, and we had a very difficult time getting anyone's attention. It was obvious that the restaurant had regular customers who were receiving attentive service, but that should not mean other paying customers are ignored. We would have liked a refill on our drinks, but no one ever came by to ask or check on us. Overall, the food had some good points, but the lack of attention and service really took away from the experience. We left feeling overlooked and disappointed. We will not be returning.

The food came out fast, fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, and very kind. The only downside is that the servers apparently do not introduce themselves by name because anyone on the team can assist your table. I understand the reasoning, but I still think sharing their names would make the experience feel more personal and would help customers properly recognize and tip the person who provided such great service. Also, First Watch, please bring back the original Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk cocktail! It was so good. The coffee-flavored replacement is just not hitting the same at all. Bring back the OG Other than that, the food and service were phenomenal as usual. I always enjoy coming here and hopefully we see that drink return soon. Amen

The liver was tender and cooked just right, not overdone and rubbery like it can be sometimes with plenty of sautéed onions for that classic savory bite. That said, the side of brown gravy I added was a big miss, nearly inedible. It tasted overly salty, thick in a pasty way, and had an off, almost burnt flavor that overpowered everything else. I left most of it untouched. On the bright side, the service was genuinely good; friendly, quick, and attentive without hovering. The prices are very affordable, making it an easy spot for a no-fuss, hearty meal when you're craving classic diner comfort food. If you're in the mood for authentic greasy spoon atmosphere and don't mind picking your dishes carefully this place delivers that retro charm. Solid for what it is, but that gravy needs some work
