Hands down my go-to spot for breakfast or lunch! I am very picky when it comes to eating out and trying to find healthy good food but this place has become my favorite since my first visit. Service is always quick and friendly, even if there's a wait for Sunday brunch, we are usually sat before the estimated wait time. The online menu offers nutrition facts about every item so you can see exactly what you are ordering. You also have the option to add/sub any item you like. I've tried just about everything on the "healthier side" menu and it's absolutely delicious! Excellent service with yummy food that came to the table quickly! Just a heads up: if you go on Sunday mornings, be prepared to wait anywhere between 20 minutes and an hour before being seated. Okay so the food was great and came out remarkably fast but we stood at the door for ten minutes waiting to be sat, once we were sat our server had three other tables and didn't great us for a good 15 minutes, we were almost about to get up and leave but she finally came by. She didn't refill our waters and it took us 20 minutes for us to finally get our check which you have to pay at the counter, where we waited another 10-15 minutes for someone to come over and cash us out. Cannot say enough good things about this place! Food is great, service is always great. I ordered for pick-up and when I arrived to pick it up they were a bit busy and I rushed off with my salads without grabbing my second bag(with the sandwiches). So I called to let them know so they could possibly reimburse my card and the owner brought me two fresh sandwiches to my home 5 miles away... I am blown away by how generous and cool that was!! I've eaten at many First Watches. This is the worst. They forgot to serve us our food. The manager never had the courtesy to speak to us. The remade waffle had spinach in it. Meals came out wrong. And cold when it did make it. And I waited for 10 minutes for someone to man the register. When the person at the register FINALLY showed, he asked how it was. I told him it was bad. He said "ok have a nice day." First Watch is usually good. Just not this one. read more

So this is my third time eating at this restaurant. My wife has been a few more times with friends. The wait time to get seated isn't too bad. They have coffee available in the waiting area and a nice area to sit while waiting. We've waited as long as 30 minutes and as few as 5 minutes. The wait is worth it. Let's just start out with the food. The food is amazing. I always order the Trifecta. It's two eggs, meat (bacon, turkey sausage, or pork sausage), and either a waffle or pancake. This meal gives me a decent variety. One negative here, I asked for cheese with my eggs and they sprinkle an extremely small amount (as if there is a shortage of cheese) and charged me $1.69 for it. I could have bought and entire bag for that at the store. But the food is good, so we keep coming back. My wife orders the Avocado Toast which comes with country wheat toast with avocado and two basted eggs. When we first started coming here, the toast was completely covered in avocado. Now, they have cut that amount in half. Again, still very tasty, just smaller portions (same price though). The service is about the only thing that needs improvement. I have had great service once, ok service once, and bad service once. When it was great, it was really a nice experience. The "ok service" was fine, but we waited a while after being seated before anyone came by to take our order. Other tables sat after us had their order taken before us. My glass still had lipstick on it from a previous dinner, and our server only came to our table once after our food was delivered (to give us our check). The bad service was just that. Bad. The waitress was clearly not interested in being at work and it showed. We constantly had to get her attention for things like silverware (we had none), refills on drinks, and ketchup (ours was out). She never came by the table on her own accord, we had to ask her over each time. Half way through the meal (for each visit) they server drops of the check and you pretty much don't see them again. The fresh smoothie like juices (my favorite is carrot ginger) are goodness in a glass. The omelets served with thick crust multi grain fresh baked bread are the best I have ever been served. I am only taking the time to write this review because my experience was unlike the other reviewers. My husband and my parents came down for a quick weekend getaway without the kids and chose this place based on the reviews. The waitress was very inattentive and only visited our table in the beginning. It took over an hour to receive our meals without little acknowledgement from the waitress that we were still waiting. She didn't check in with us or ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is because the Manager was very apologetic and nice (AFTER I HAD TO FLAG HIM DOWN FOR SERVICE). The table next to us left due to the long delay as her grand boys had to get to a soccer game. Two of us had to ask for our food re-heated with her another delay in experience. After the manager resolved our issues, the waitress then tries to re-insert herself and apologize. A day late and a dollar short. Overall the food was average tasting with a less than acceptable customer service experience as first time guests! read more

Ok, first let me say that the food was AMAZING. That being said, the service was horrible. We were just two of us and we walked into probably half the restaurant with seated patrons the other half with dirty tables. The hostess looked around and said "I'll have to clean one off first...give me a minute", and we sat on the bench in the waiting area. We sat for about 10 minutes and she then preceded to seat two other parties who just walked in the door BEFORE us! As she sat the second couple, I stood up and said "Excuse me but we've been waiting!" And she said "Fine. You can sit there (pointing to the table she was going to)". We sat and our waitress was prompt. We ordered and waited 40 minutes (!) for our food. When we finally got it, we had no silverware (big surprise-it was on all the dirty tables full of dirty dishes!). We asked 3 people for silverware and I guess they had to wash and roll it, but we finally got it after 5 minutes or so. Staff was all standing around up front with a restaurant full of dirty dishes. Unacceptable. I worked in a restaurant for 5 years and management would not allow that kind of apathy. But, as I said before, food was great. Staff needs to be "tweaked". read more
