I had an issue with an order that was never delivered, and I was honestly very frustrated. However, the manager Ashley Downs stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She was very professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way she do. Because of her help, I will definitely continue doing business here. Five stars all the way! read more

Can't go wrong at breakfast or lunch. Bigger menu has something for everyone. Lavender drink delicious and lemony.

This was my first time visiting a First Watch and not the best experience. Everything was just ok. The checking in system was easy and took about 30 mins to get a table so no harm no foul. There are plenty of options but nothing that screamed out to me. Im disappointed this establishment doesn't carry non dairy milk options because I wanted to try honey caramel crunch iced coffee and it's premade with regular milk. Instead, I got the purple haze and it was definitely a haze because as you can tell by my picture, there was hardly any effort into making that drink. It looks like they mixed water and one of those crystal lite drink enhancers into it. The star of the show was the tres leches French toast and that was it. The price and wait for this kind of effort wasn't worth it to me at all. read more

We are visiting family in Florida so decided to bring my wife to First Watch for the first time since she has never been. Terrible mistake. While I personally have had prior good experiences at other FW locations that was not the case at this location. Never in our lives have we been discriminated against at a restaurant. But after thoroughly looking back at what transpired we came to this conclusion. Yes discrimination that's what it was. We were seated outdoors and then basically were ignored. Other guests came after us and were immediately taken care of. Two waitresses pass us at least twice and ignored us. Finally, my wife decides to stop one of the waitresses. The waitress says "sure I can take your order". Then we see that others (who were seated well after us) were getting their food but not us. Finally, our waitress comes out with only my dish and says that there's a problem with my wife's food and that it has to be remade. My food was ice cold. My wife's food comes out about 10 minutes later. It was terrible/horrible. Then less than 5 minutes after serving my wife, the waitress comes out and informs us that that the manager is comping us for my wife's dish and presents a check. We're like thanks but at this point we telling each other that this is a real bad experience. I even said to my wife that I should say something to the manager. I swear that we were being heard because the manager does come out to apologize. She was very pleasant and was willing to hear us out. In our hearts we believe that she was genuine. Never had such a bad restaurant experience in our lives. I had to apologize to my wife for bringing her to FW. read more

I ordered ahead so I didn't spend time in the restaurant, but it was quiet on a Tuesday morning. The food was great as usual, everything I ordered was in the bag and ready. Thank you guys for putting the berry compote for the Belgian waffle in the bags now. I used to have to ask for it when I'd get my order and it wasn't in there, even though the Belgian waffle is always supposed to come with it. read more

The waiter who sat us was very friendly and held a conversation with us almost naturally. His name was Akim, and he was so funny and sweet! The Healthy Turkey omelet lacked any sort of turkey, so it was basically just egg-whites and spinach. I'm confused as to why we get three raw tomato slices on the side of the omelet, i thought they would be cooked inside? The banana granola pancake was good but it fell apart almost immediately and was very difficult to eat. The carrot cake pancake not only fell apart but had bunched up carrot slices in the middle of it, and tasted like straight flour. Besides those cons, the power wrap was delicious and the coffee as always was up to par. read more

Food is always great at this location, this is definitely the place I would normally bring my family for breakfast on weekends but after today, I will not return. First They got our order wrong and brought us an extra plate of something we did not order after waiting about 30 mins but the most upsetting thing about our day is that a couple that sat next to us started smoking , mind you I had my infant child with me. Big smoke clouds blowing over our table until I had to call the server and told her this was unacceptable, even though she spoke to the couple about their behavior, they had a nasty attitude. This is a place where we normally have great food, drinks and laughter its turned into a smoking lounge. I will definitely not bring back my elderly parents and kids to this place.....it's disgusting. read more

Si la comida , el servicio y el ambiente muy bueno. En todos los restaurantes que he visitado con la familia.

Great interesting food that is cooked well. Best over easy eggs I've had in many years!

Yum! First, i ordered a "tangerine dream" and I'm so glad I did! This is a healthy version of an orange Julius and also, not as sweet. But it hits the spot without feeling guilty or sluggish. Service was good, polite, and quick. This is something I treat myself to occasionally after I drop the kids off somewhere. It became a favorite of mine on Tuesday mornings. Surprisingly still a good amount of people there, not too busy, still plenty of seating. read more

Everything was laxed here. From the service to the food. The ambiance is nice however. Server never even came to check and ask if everything came out good. We had to flag down another server to get the berries that were missing. My bacon was cold and eggs and waffles were lukewarm. It seems like our food was sitting before they served it. The flavors of the food was really good. Maybe inside would have prompted better service and hotter food. read more

Always have had a decent experience at this First Watch. Make sure to always get in line before arriving to cut down in the wait time. There is ALMOST ALWAYS a wait time. Our party of 2 had a 3 minute live wait because we got in line online! The party behind us of 2 was told 35-40 minutes! Service is great even if it's a bit busy for everyone so make sure to ask for what you want when you see them because they are hustling! Food is consistently delicious and fresh. My fave are the Lemon curd ricotta pancakes! We had the pumpkin pancakes and I ordered the Morning Meditation freshly made juice. read more

Been to this First Watch a handful of times now and today was just a little off. Our waiter was obviously distracted with other tables and disappeared for long periods at a time. If I wasn't in a rush this morning it wouldn't have bothered me, but I felt like I was constantly trying to catch their eye or locate them. When we finally got our food all wasn't there. They forgot one of our dishes, but because of our rush we didn't bother correcting them. I've learned that when coming to First Watch that it is defintely learned they're in their own time zone so proceed with caution. This won't stop me from returning as I do enjoy their food I just need to come when I have extra time to spare. read more

October 21/2022: A very busy breakfast spot. It was packed for a Friday morning brunch. Our server was very nice but the kitchen made errors on the order. I ordered Turkey Sausage gravy on a biscuit with an extra egg. The eggs with the meal were WAY under cooked & the extra egg I ordered we over cooked. The potatoes were under as well! For a breakfast place, shouldn't they KNOW how to poach an egg & fry potatoes? Just saying. I can say the the flavour profile was there for the sausage gravy. I'm not sure I'd go here again. read more

The service is incredible here. A great stop whether you're on the highway and need a solid breakfast or lunch or even if you're heading to the beach and need to fuel up. There is tons of parking at this location and I was immediately greeted and seated by the host. I enjoy trying a variety of items especially those items that I have not yet tasted and today's choices were great. The a.m super food bowl was great, it's made with a coconut milk chia seed pudding topped with fresh blueberries , strawberry and banana slices and granola served with a side of almond buttered toast. The morning meditation and watermelon juices were fresh and refreshing, I recommend adding the wellness booster for added vitamins. The trifecta was absolutely filling and delicious. You get a very large pancake and it's perfectly made. The eggs are also made to order and you can select between sausage or bacon. Overall, the restaurant has great things to offer and I'm glad to support! read more

Part of a very big group after a morning "Color Run", when I got to First Watch that Saturday Morning, most of were already on a table and eating. The place was crowded, but the service was still very quick and dedicated. We sat at the outdoors area, dripping coloring and mud and sweat and still we received a very good service and attention. The place was very accommodating and, and while there was nothing exceptional about the food, it was good; meaning that it is exactly what you expect from a breakfast on a weekend, no more, but no less. It is a perfectly good place to return for a weekend breakfast read more

First Watch Dania Beach Location... I ordered a veggie burger with a side salad supposedly dressed with a yummy-sounding vinaigrette and some-kind of OJ-based health drink with turmeric and ginger and other healthy stuff to-go. After about 30 minutes I asked how much longer I would have to wait while eyeing a couple of to-go bags that were sitting there on the counter...turns out after some back-and-forth one of them WAS my veggie burger (the kid who took my order most-likely hated his job but he was sweet and is probably a great gamer)...by this time my food had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. My drink order wasn't there. I'm aggravated at this point and tell them I'll forfeit the drink. One of the servers offered to make it for me...so against my better judgment I sat back down...she seemed sincere. Then another 10 minutes ticks by and she brings out my health drink and tells me they're "out of beet juice" so my health drink turned out to be a pricey glass of orange juice...which on-it's-face is healthy but is a dishonest fix for an already incompetent and frankly weird take-out situation. (I won't go into the weird.) So anyway... In First Watch's defense the veggie burger was a pretty tasty, compact, patty but cold by the time I actually ate it. The "salad" was a couple of handfuls of undressed mixed greens and two sad, spongy slices of tomato. What First Watch did fairly efficiently is disappoint me. I may try again...but I'd definitely eat in. It should also be noted that they were getting close to closing time. If I had known they were within an hour of closing I never would have gone in there in the first place.‍ read more

First watch never disappoints! Been here many times since they opened up and always have a good experience. The wait times can be very long on a weekend but we like to work out at Youfit next door until our table is ready and then walk over. Plenty of parking in the lot out front, and it is very clean restaurant. The inside is a little small but they have outside seating as well. Tons of healthy options and different fun juices as well. My favorite is the Turkey burger for lunch and fratatas for breakfast. They add new specialty items often so there is always something new to try. Servers are always so nice and accommodating. I have the Italian frittata and my dad recently told me he's Cutting out meat so he has a vegetarian omelette which came with zucchini inside and it was great to be honest specially the salad and toast. My family and I came here for breakfast this morning. There wasn't a wait but service was slow. Our food didn't come out fast and when we did receive it, it was either cold or room temp. My in-laws eggs Benedict was cold but the potatoes were hot. My carnitas tostada was good that I got it but wasn't hot only warm. My husband's strawberry French toast was the same. On our way out the door, my MIL told the manager the food was cold and all he did was say sorry. He didn't try to fix anything or offer to fix anything. I wasn't too impressed with this place. Perhaps it was the day I went but I was seated outside and the sewers line started leaking so our area started filling with stinky sewer water. My waitress was very nice and my food came on time. I got the Traditional Breakfast and it was super skimpy on the eggs, which is my favorite part. It was flavorful though. I also got the kale juice which tasted too sweet. It's likely a bottled juice. Lastly, the people sitting next to me waited 45 minutes for their meal, which they weren read more

Came in to this location for the first time on a Sunday morning and I'm glad I had put my name on the online waiting out because it was PACKED! When I came in I checked in with the hostess and got our table in less than 10 min. Nice and cozy location with indoor and outdoor sitting. Everything on the menu looks in the healthier side. (Cage-free eggs, organic, multi grain, etc) Our server Sage was super nice and quick. We started with coffee which we got our own pot and it was hot and fresh. For breakfast we had the avocado toasts with fried eggs and a side of chicken sausage; and the work's omelette. Both plates were very filling and tasty. The prices are also very affordable in the $10-15 range. I would definitely recommend. read more

I was in Florida and found this delicious breakfast spot walking distance from my hotel. Came in on a Monday morning and was greeted right away and seated. It was pretty packed with seating inside and outside. The waitress came up to us brought us iced water and took our order. I ordered the works omelette which came with sausage, bacon, ham, and mushrooms. I also got a choice of fruit, potatoes, or grits. I chose cheesy grits. I also hot toast which came with some delicious preserves, the toast tasted like it was freshly baked bread, which was a big plus. My friend got the waffle with sausage and an egg. We also got fresh donuts came with preserves and chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious fresh and piping hot. This restaurant has a huge parking lot so If you were to drive there, parking is easy. Server was excellent and right on top of everything we asked. Got the upgraded potatoes - well worth it. Blue Booster drink was very good and not too sweet. Eggs and gravy biscuit for me was perfect. I need to leave a review because this has happened too many times. I live down the street so I constantly come here for a quick bite to eat. While the service is great the waiters and waitresses are nice whoever is the chef needs more training. More than 3 times I have had to return food because it's not how I asked specifically my bacon.. and then when I get it back it's the same and it's cold. Today my eggs came wrong and when it was returned it was cold. I'm over the inconsistency here ! Then I look like the bad guy everytime I have to return my food read more
