I came here on a Thursday for lunch and there were no more than 5 tables occupied. My server was Egor and things started off well. I got a glass of prosecco and it was fine. The food was good but I wasn't allowed to swap out the poached or sunny side up eggs. I had to order a side eggs in a different style if I wanted to have the eggs my way. At least I was able to get the sunny side up eggs over medium. The avocado toast was piled quite high and very difficult to eat, but it was tasty. The steak was ice cold when it was served! Honestly, I think Egor forgot about the order and it sat in the back for a while, because I waited a long time for the food. Egor did not check on me after delivering the food. I felt like I had to keep hunting him down for more drinks and a dessert menu. It wasn't very busy in there. He also forgot to bring out the dessert all together. I had to ask him and when he brought it out, it was clearly already made sitting in the back. He just needed to get it. The ambiance is nice and the bar is cute. I probably won't return because the service was subpar, the food can't be changed to my liking, and the food was cold. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. read more

Steak and eggs 4/5 Two Sunny Side Up Eggs with Skirt Steak, Green Salad and Parmesan $24 Steak was good. 3/5 yes, a lot of truffle but just scrambled eggs. Something was overpowering one another, not enough balance Creamy Three-Egg Scramble with Black Truffle & Parmesan, Toast $18 Savory Syrnyk with Cream Cheese, Dill, Smoked Salmon & Red Caviar $25 - idk but this was not as good as it looked. Not sure it's worth the 25 lol the flavors of the potato pancake was something. Such a great restaurant with amazing service. I love the neutral colors of the restaurant. We came with a group of 10 and the service was perfect. We ordered a mix of appetizers and then our own entree. A must try is the pate and the syrniki which are amazing! The Bloody Mary was a house mix and was great. The shrimp risotto has a bisque consistency and cooked to perfection. read more

Thanks to Harrison.... I am a very happy person! Dropped in on a Friday for brunch and let me just start by saying this place is a must visit. The interior and decor is very clean and captivating. Creating the perfect environment to enjoy a nice meal or drink. The cocktail menu was very impressive! While I didn't have a drink, seeing their cocktail menu was enough to know I had to come back for drinks. Started off with a single shot of espresso and a Cortado. The coffee was good and the custom glass wear it was served in made for an elevated coffee experience. After browsing the menu, the Shakshuka called my name! The perfect bowl of tomato sauce with peppers and onions. The spices were fragrant and created a very balanced dish and of course the eggs were perfectly cooked and runny when you break into them. After a savory breakfast the sweet tooth kicked in. Our server suggested the cheesecake that came with a table side pour of chocolate. The only downside to this dessert was I didn't want to share it lol I would literally come back here just for that cheesecake it was that freaking good. Overall Thanks To Harrison's beautiful environment, great tasting coffee, and unique European Fusion Cuisine brings unique flavors to Hollywood that is worth traveling for. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu. read more

Nice place with a fun vibe! Service was good and fast! Food was good and unique. What we ordered : Syrnyky with Vanilla Cream & Passionfruit. The cream was phenominal but the Syrnyky had something sour which i wasnt a fan of, and Im not sure if it was the passion fruit, but that cream was fire! Two eggs with Salmon and Avocado. Scrambled eggs, salmon, and guacamole were delicious. The toast was good too! Creamy Three-Egg Scramble with Black Truffle & Parmesan. This was unique and flavorful! They didnt short us on the black truffle which was great! Loved this dish! Overall Food & Vibe read more

I always enjoy this place. Good food. Good service most of the time. Have the pate/fois gras, the duck, the branzino, truffle mashed potatoes, spinach in cream w almonds.. it's hard to go wrong. Also, wild - our service Costa split our checks like PERFECTLY CRAZY. Divided everything we shared on the table by the 10 of us, and even split the branzino I shared w a friend for my entree! Nuts. Anyways, highly recommend. read more

Everything went well form the parking to desert was great!!! Amazing service top shelf everything from the drinks to dessert, we got there before seven so it was happy hour half off drinks before seven during the week, the drinks were amazing everything was amazing. We spent 60 dollars for four including the tip, drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert, everything was top quality and delicious, everything is made fresh in house, quality isn't inexpensive and we feel our experience was well worth it and we will definitely return, give them a try and save room for the cheese cake it was the best I've ever had. read more

I've often had the sense that Florida births restaurants started by enthusiastic, but inexperienced entrepreneurs. Restaurants should be more than a place to eat; it should be an experience, a vibe. Thanks to Harrison seems to get that. I had a conversation with the gentleman working at the counter. (I didn't ask if he was the owner...but I had the feeling he was). I commented on how much I liked the music. Relaxing, classic, jazzy. I'm probably not describing it accurately; I just felt like there was a feeling there. He told me they put a lot of thought into using the right music servicer; something where they could create a nice listening and dining experience. In the restroom, I noticed a metal, rectangular holder for your cellphone on top of the large TP dispenser. I've never seen that before; another little thoughtful detail. OK, so there is food too, right?? Yes, and it is great! I had a shrimp and roasted cherry tomato omelette with homemade bread toast and a cup of cappuccino. Excellent, excellent quality and flavor. These people really know what they are doing. I mean, I'm not an expert, but I noticed and appreciate when somebody cares about the product and service they are delivering. read more

This was my first dinner in Hollywood after traveling from Toronto. The restaurant had a very nice ambiance, cozy, with great service. I started with the clam chowder and tuna tartare. The chowder was creamy and loaded with clams, plus it came with three large shrimp. For my main course, I had the mushroom risotto, which had a nice variety of mushrooms. The presentation of the food was beautiful, but unfortunately, the flavors didn't match the visuals. The risotto rice was also really hard with random crunch. All the dishes I tried were quite bland, and I expected more. read more

We been to this place quite a bit, mostly for brunch. While the food is always tasty, portions are always on the small size and prices a high, so we always end up being hungry when we leave :) but we went for dinner recently and we found it to be a better deal. Everything was good and reasonable portion wise. Staff is always nice and service is fast. There is a nice atmosphere and decoration. Overall Thanks to Harrison is a solid place that I recommend! read more

Joined friends for lunch at 1:00. A group of six was seated by a sweet waitress. The ambiance was clean and modern. Beautiful woodwork was throughout including the table tops. Saturday and Sunday lunch starts at 2:00 so we ordered from the brunch menu. I ordered the fennel salad fresh and tasty. My husband ordered the omelette with mushrooms which was fresh and favorable. Our friends also ordered pancakes with berries and avocado toast. Everyone loved their meals. Several coffee drinks available as well as a cocktail menu. The lunch menu also looks very interesting. Looking forward to return to try it out. read more

More like Thank You Harrison for this awesome brunch and dinner spot in the heart of Hollywood. The vibes of this place are great and the service is even better. The brunch menu is pretty unique but there is something for everyone. I ordered the beef patty on a bun with egg, cheddar cheese, pickles and onion. This was a perfect breakfast dish for me, because I prefer a savory morning meal over a sweet one. I also got a cortado with oat milk and vanilla which was delicious. Some of the best coffee I've ever had, and I was told the latte was fantastic too. Overall, this is a great restaurant to check out and I will definitely be back to try their dinner menu. read more

ETHIOPIAN COFFEE - OH YEAH! I think I just found my favorite cafe in Downtown Hollywood. My number one request as a self-proclaimed coffee shop expert is excellent customer service and this cafe supercedes my expectations. Within the first minute, the barista, Dimitri, was proudly explaining the cafe's Kavka Ethiopian coffee blend. Aside from serving the blend daily from the espresso machine, they offer bags of fresh beans to customers for $20.00. What's better than a Ukrainian refugee founding Kavka coffee? Great coffee with a great story. The wife ordered a Hugo Spritz with a lime garnish which was a visually masterpiece. The medium roast espresso had an amazing scent and strong flavor. While sipping my coffee, my eyes continually gazed at the wall unit filled with cookbooks near the chess board sitting idle on the thick light wood block table. The bathroom was clean with a thin lined modern matte white sink and black cement flooring. Thanks to Harrison, should be at the top of everyone's checklist when visiting Downtown Hollywood. read more

Amazing food! Exceptional service. Amazing cocktails. Sangria Sour, and Kiev Chestnut cocktails were da bomb. Walnuts not noted on the orange fennel salad, on the menu. That needs to change. The salad was replaced, with respect, by a very professional wait staff. Most of them are from Kyiv. Very top-notch, the service was a big star. The shrimp risotto was perfect. Well loaded on shrimp. Perfectly cooked. Fresh ricotta. Saffron. Wow! We sat outside, with our dogs. There's only a couple of outside seating spaces, so not a ton of room for those with pets, but they're welcome. Some of the most comfortable outdoor chairs that I've ever experienced. I drifted inside. The ambience there is very clean and nice. Came back again and tried the chicken, meatball soup and the roast beef salad both are to die for. Also the Bisou cocktail... no words... Prices? High, but worth every cent. Michelin should hit this place. Word. Hidden gem! Destination. Elites: rock this place. read more

So disappointed after really wanting to try this place for a while. I'll start with the minimal good. Food came out in solid time for a busy Saturday morning and as you can tell by the pictures it's very aesthetically pleasing. I also found the pricing to be fair other than being forced to order a whole pot of tea for $7. The food was very disappointing. Other than the Syrnyky all the dishes lack flavor. Very bland, all tasted like something was missing to complete the dish. All dishes were below room temp. The cheese sauce for the burger was very grainy and cold, Parmesan cream on under seasoned hash browns tasted like nothing and the Benedict was what it is, a poached egg with an average hollandaise on a donut with ham. We had horrible service as well, which I understand happened but he was very attentive to the two tables next to us who spoke his language but never even filled our waters once. The server assistant eventually did and he was very nice as was another female server I had to flag down to finally get a check. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately have to be honest. read more

If we are just basing this on food it is FIVE STARS. the food is AMAZING!!!!! Truly incredible food. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is the following, the bathroom was gross, it needed a deep clean. It was such a nice restaurant and the bathrooms need to be clean. Service was ok, needed to ask for water A couple of times. My co worker order a burger medium well - it came out rare. We sent it back, and she wasn't even hungry anymore so they packed it up to go, when she bit into it when she got home it was still rare, which is unacceptable! They also charged us for the burger which I think is tacky, you messed up and cooked it wrong not once but twice - don't charge your customer. But food is truly incredible. Genuinely the best tuna tartar I have ever had!!! I got the chicken and corn Alfredo dish, sooooo yummy. Also the gnocchi burrata dish is amazing - very rich! read more

Had been looking forward to visiting this spot and ended up going for Sunday brunch/lunch. We were seated right away but the tables were very close to one another (understandable as it's a small restaurant just don't expect privacy) and the AC didn't seem to be working well on a hot summer day which made it a bit uncomfortable. Service wasn't the best but it was busy. The food was good but we had to wait a while for the branzino. I do love that they pick out the bones for you before serving. The ambiance was really nice and it felt cozy but it might be a better nighttime spot. read more

Coming from a family of restaurateurs and having lived in NYC, Seattle, San Fran and not by trade, an expert in fine food, I find the pricing reasonable but not the prep and plating. Why would anyone order roast beef vs prime sirloin beef for carpaccio or grilled in a salad, and chopped tartare beef is not carpaccio??? Just my humble expertise. Don't try to be so clever. Real chefs see through it. And diners, not sophisticated to see through the padded advertising. read more

The parking is street side and has meters. We were very lucky and got a spot across the street. When we arrived we were seated very quickly. More than 1/2 the restaurant was empty but there was an event nearby which closed off Hollywood Blvd and may have accounted for slower traffic in all restaurants one block over. The restaurant was clean and noise was low. They had highchairs but no booster seats. One of the servers very kindly offered a large cushion for our little one to sit in so she could eat at the table with us. We ordered a Green Salad with Fennel, Parmesan, and Oranges & the Chicken Broth with Orecchiette Pasta and Chicken Meatballs to start. For entrees, our little one had the Mac & Cheese with Shrimp while we shared the Wagyu Cheeseburger with Coleslaw Salad and the Sous-vide Duck Breast with Truffle Puree. We skipped the dessert this go round. read more

This is a newer restaurant addition to downtown Hollywood that we had been wanting to try since they first opened and finally stopped in for a meal. The restaurant was empty when we stopped in so we were seated immediately. This restaurant is very upscale and dimly lit on the inside. Minimalistic vibes and very clean. Would be a great option for a date night or celebration. All the staff I interacted with were very welcoming, informative, and friendly as well! We ordered plates to share and tried the Duck liver pate with cranberry jam and brioche bun, Carpaccio of fermented salmon with citrus confiture, Beef tartare with stracciatella and truffle, Green risotto with scallops and Parmesan cream, and Octopus with broccoli cream and sun-dried tomatoes. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the prices are fairly high for the amount of food we received. I am really looking forward to returning in the future to try more menu options, they also offer special seasonal menus during certain times of the year so will be on the lookout for those as well! read more

The space is very nice. There is outdoor and indoor seating. There was also live music inside during the night I went. The ambiance I think is the best thing about the establishment. My party ordered some small bites, dessert, and some drinks. I think the food was ok overall, but a little over priced for the value. The real reason for the lower rating was the service. I put in for a dessert and cups of water. My friend order their main some time after and that came out before we even got waters. We had to make multiple request for things. Sitting outside, there are speakers playing, we asked if they could lower it a little so that folks could engage in conversation and there was no accommodation. And then at the end of the evening, we were handed the wrong bill with double the cost. It was just a bit of a damper on the evening. It may be a good space for happy hour, but don't expect too much from the service. read more

Not to be dramatic but I think that Thanks to Harrison is one of the best things to happen to Downtown Hollywood in a while. The dining experience here is nothing like anything in the area. The food, presentation and flavor, is elevated without being pretentious or gimmicky. The atmosphere is clean and sophisticated, while still feeling homey. And while we dined on a rather slow, rainy evening, our experience with the service was lovely. Our server was attentive without being pushy, made excellent suggestions. And while they were out of one of the specials for the evening, every single bite was delicious. We started with complimentary bread and truffle butter and I am shocked they do not charge for this (please don't, it's so so good!). We ordered the steak tartare which was not only beautiful but tasted incredible. It was rich in flavor and the perfect portion. Next up we had the green risotto with scallops which was perfectly balanced and light. The octopus was cooked wonderfully, not tough at all. I was completely shocked by how much I enjoyed the duck liver pate but would absolutely order it again. The salmon carpaccio was the only dish I was not super impressed with, while it was beautifully presented I did not think it had as unique or exciting of flavor as all of the other dishes and felt like it could have been any smoked salmon dish. Beyond impressed by this restaurant and have been counting down the day until my next visit. Put this place on your bucket list! read more

I visit Miami quite often since my company is based there, and I happened to come across this spot while looking for a place with free Wi-Fi, a calm atmosphere, and great food and coffee so I could get some work done. This place checked all the boxes. The interior, designed by Harrison, has a beautiful mid-century modern vibe. There's also a large community table, which is perfect if you're planning to work there like I was--it's spacious and comfortable to share. And the food... so good. I had the shrimp salad, which was fresh, filling, and perfectly seasoned. I paired it with a flat white, which was just as impressive. This is definitely a spot I'll return to whenever I'm in town. A 3 rating is being kind. I wanted very much to like this place. I know how hard it is to thrive in downtown Hollywood. This was a great central meet up spot with some friends. The Good or Ok Nice drink menu. Creative cocktails. Decent wine list. Interesting dishes. Nice design. And there it stops. The portobello risotto decent. The seafood risotto was pretty good. The Not So Good the service was lacking. Constant requests for water. He forgot to bring and open the wine. I suspect they need to do a better job with staffing . It had potential.
